Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dimasa pandemik ini. Fakulta Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta dituntut untuk merubah sistem pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi sistem daring (E-Class) sebagai dampak pada pandemi covid-19. Dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh ini 96,9% mahasiswa sudah memiliki perangkat dalam pembelajaran online, namun disisi lain mahasiswa merasa belum mampu belajar secara mandiri, dan terdapat ketidakpuasan mahasiswa dalam menerima materi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut maka perguruan tinggi perlu meninjau kembali metode pembelajaran jarak jauh yang ada saat ini, dan juga perlu memperkuat literasi digital baik mahasiswa maupun dosen.ABSTRACTThe aim this reaserch is to determine student satisfaction in distance learning during this pandemic. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta is required to change the face-to-face learning system into an online system (E-Class) as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this distance learning 96.9% of students already have tools in online learning, but on the other hand students feel they are not able to learn independently, and there is student dissatisfaction in receiving learning material. Based on this research, universities need to review current distance learning methods, and also need to strengthen digital literacy for both students and lecturers.Keywords: Impact of Covid-19, Distance Learning System, Student Satisfaction

Abstract

Due to the fierce competition in today's global economy, many businesses are constantly looking for ways to differentiate themselves. Companies in the modern day must invest in and keep their human capital in good shape because of how dependent they are on it. If they want to succeed in today's competitive business climate, companies need to choose employees who are committed to the same strategic goals they are. To do this, businesses must invest in human capital development as a means to improve their bottom line. The research strategy used in this investigation is a combination of literature reviews and qualitative methods. Researchers in this article will look at the nature of human capital, how it is defined, and how it relates to business goals. On the other hand, he thinks HR should be driven by business goals. The study concludes that, to achieve their strategic goals, such as improved business performance, companies should allocate resources toward developing the human capital those goals demand.

Abstract

Makanan dan minuman halal, menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi umat Islam, oleh karenanya konsumen butuh ketenangan dan kenyamanaan saat mengkonsumsi suatu produk. Sertifikasi halal merupakan salah satu cara pemerintah melalui Majelis Ulama Indonesia menyatakan bahwa suatu produk dinyatakan halal dan aman dikonsumsi. Bagi produsen pencantuman label halal dapat membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Lingkungan UMJ sebagai lingkungan akademis yang bernuansa Islam yang memiliki image halal oriented, hendaknya mampu memberikan bukti ke masyarakat bahwa memang benar semua makanan dan minuman yang dijual dilingkukanan UMJ telah memanuhi standar halal meskipun mungkin sertifikat halal belum dimiliki oleh para palaku usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelaku usaha paham akan pentingnya menjual makan dan minuman yang memiliki standar halal, sehingga aktivitas mulai dari pemilihan bahan, penyimpanan, pengolahan dan penyajian semua telah sesuai dengan standar halal MUI. Setalah memahmi, diharapkan para UMKM dilingkungan UMJ mampu menyiapkan segala sesuatunya untuk bisa diajukan sertifikasi halal. Objek pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pedagang di Kantin FEB UMJ baik di kantin gedung pancasila, maupun kantin di lokasi lama.

Abstract

Motivation is a drive that arises within an individual, whether consciously or unconsciously, to perform an action with a specific goal in mind. Motivation at work is closely related to performance evaluation, which reflects the outcomes of tasks carried out by individuals or teams. Performance evaluation is an essential element within an organization that shapes the expectations of each member. With performance evaluation, each individual feels that their efforts and hard work are appreciated by the company. Recognition of job performance achievements serves as a return for the work done and can boost work morale, encouraging employees to work more systematically and enthusiastically towards achieving better results. Therefore, this study aims to understand the impact of motivation on performance evaluation, as well as the relationship between work motivation and work productivity..
