Abstract

Population data is information about the existence of someone in a country. The data can be accepted as validity through management in one of the government agencies. The issue of security and confidentiality of the data is something that is very important because it concerns the identity of a person, in order to avoid theft and manipulation of data it is necessary to apply a data security system. Cryptography is the study of mathematical techniques related to aspects of data and information security such as data validity, integrity, and data authentication. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is one method used in data / information safeguards. The implementation of the AES algorithm in securing population data of the Population and Civil Registration Service shows that the method can produce messages that cannot be read or understood by humans (encryption) and produce the same message as the initial plaintext that was imputed (decryption)

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Improve students 'mathematical communication skills, and (2) Know the effectiveness of applying realistic mathematics learning to students' mathematics learning. This study is a classroom action research conducted in class V SD Negeri 064997 with the number of students as much as 19 people. Instruments used to collect data consist of tests, student and teacher activity observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. The result of the research shows: (1) realistic mathematics learning can improve students' mathematical communication ability, for class classification increased from 68,71% in cycle I to 72,96% in cycle II and 80,99% in cycle III, (2) realistic mathematics learning to the effective learning process mathematics, marked by the achievement of (i) classical mastery of 88.89% above the set criteria that is 85%, (ii) completeness of learning objectives in the third cycle reached 88.88% of students who achieve complete learning objectives 75% for each individual, (iii) the percentage of good category student activity is 77,78% at first meeting and second meeting 83,33% in cycle III, for teacher ability to manage learning equal to 82,05% %, (iv) time efficient, where the application of learning has been carried out in accordance with the time in RPP (v) student response to realistic mathematics learning dika very good categorization, to score the student's response questionnaire of 81.25% in cycle III.

Abstract

Datamining is a method for finding knowledge in a large enough data pile by the process of digging and analyzing a very large amount of data in obtaining something that is true, new and useful so that it can be found in a pattern or pattern in the data. Abstract

Criminality is an act that violates the law that can disturb society and even harm society both economically and psychologically. The number of crimes cannot be ascertained over time because the numbers are uncertain. So that the police have difficulty in overcoming criminal acts. With this research, the police can find out the number of criminals that will occur through the prediction that has been made. So that the police can prevent the number of criminals and increase security in Pematangsiantar city. This study uses an artificial neural network with the Levenberg Marquardt method. The research data is sourced from the Pematangsiantar Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Reskrim) in 2014-2019. The data is divided into 2 parts, namely training data and testing data. There are 5 architectural models used in this study, namely 3-30-1, 3-31-1, 3-32-1, 3-36-1 and 3-38-1. Of the 5 architectural models used, the best architecture is 3-36-1 with an accuracy rate of 85%, MSE 0.1465119, and a maximum iteration of 10000, the results obtained from the best architecture in 2020 are 85% with the number of criminals 394 people, in 2021 it is 62 % totaled 238 people, in 2022, namely 69% amounted to 170 people, so this model is good for predicting the number of crimes in Pematangsiantar City.

Abstract

Every health test certainly has a height measurement, so it can be measured how tall a person is, starting from the sole of the foot to the head, As in the Puskesmas Bane Pematangsiantar, as for the height measuring device used is still manual, using the meter and the measurement process at do by someone to measure the height of someone who wants to know his height so that the measurement results require more time when the number of people measured exceeds 20 people in other words the manual height gauge is less effective when used during the recruitment period of new employees begins. With these constraints the authors make a tool that can measure height automatically by utilizing the Ultrasonic sensor as a measuring tool and the Arduino Uno microcontroller as a control center by displaying the measurement results on a 16x2 LCD screen. In this result it is expected to replace the manual height measurement tool so that it helps the worker's activities in carrying out his noble duty to provide health services to the general public.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances that this time we can use to protect our clothesline out of the rain or the weather is not friendly. By using Arduino Mega2560 as the control center, we can design a system prototype for smart clothesline. In this research, the design proposes a clothesline smart equipped with a light sensor, rain sensor, humidity sensor, wind speed sensor, and equipped with fans and lights as the clothes dryer in wet or damp conditions. We do not need to worry about the clothes that are on the line if the weather conditions are not friendly or clothes are still wet or damp, because it is protected with a clever system whereby clothesline clothesline will be entered into a security room at a time when the weather in the rain, overcast, or strong winds and when clothes are safety dirungan still wet or damp, eating humidity sensor will give input to the Arduino Mega 2560 to carry out the drying process by the fan and lights so we do not have to worry anymore if the clothes are dried in the sun is still wet or damp. The design tool created smart clothesline as a whole can work well and allow can be applied in everyday life.

Abstract

The door is the most important and important part of a room to pay attention to its safety compared to other parts because it is from the door that everyone will enter or leave. This study aims to build a door security device using a Fingerprint sensor based on Arduino Mega 256. The door that will be given a security device is the door in classes at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This tool can be used as a security control system at the classroom door, users do not need to use manual security such as keys, and this tool is also equipped with an alarm as a marker when the Fingerprint sensor is accessed by someone who is not the owner, this alarm will sound. This system consists of hardware and Software. The hardware consists of an Arduino Uno, Fingerprint sensor, buzzer, Selenoid door, LCD and then the Software on this system uses the Arduino IDE program. This system runs if the Fingerprint sensor detects a finger from the user, the solenoid as a door lock will open. Otherwise, if the sensor does not see a finger from the user, the solenoid as a door lock will not open, and an alarm will sound. This door safety device can effectively be used as security on classroom doors and other rooms such as leadership rooms, education rooms and staff rooms

Abstract

Perhitungan data gaji pegawai di kantor Desa Nagori TigaDolok masih diragukan kevalidannya. Masih terjadi permasalahan dalam pencatatan data gaji pegawai. Oleh karena itu, untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma untuk melakukan pengamanan data gaji pegawai di Desa nagori TigaDolok adalah algoritma enkripsi einstein. Algoritma ini dipilih karena algoritma einstein memiliki kelebihan dalam melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi pada hampir semua jenis file yang umum digunakan. Algoritma einstein bisa diimplementasikan untuk semua ukuran file. Data penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah data gaji pegawai kantor Desa nagori Tiga Dolok tahun 2019. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh secara langsung di kantor desa nagori Tiga Dolok. Berdasarkan data ini akan dilakukan pengamanan data gaji pegawai dengan menggunakan algoritma enkripsi einstein. Dengan metode ini akan dibentuk rancangan keamanan data agar nantinya mendapatkan hasil keamanan yang diinginkan.

Abstract

PT. TELKOM Indonesia (Persero) tbk merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang jasa layanan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Pemegang saham mayoritas Telkom adalah Pemerintah Republik Indonesia sebesar 52.09%, sedangkan 47.91% sisanya dikuasai oleh Publik. Perusahaan tersebut menggunakan teknologi komputer yang diterapkan dalam pelayanannya, Penggunaan komputer dalam penyimpanan data karyawan maupun data-data penting yang bersifat rahasia lainnya. Untuk menghindari terjadinya pencurian dan manipulasi data maka perlu diterapkannya sebuah sistem keamanan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengamanan data atau informasi adalah algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Penerapan algoritma kriptografi AES dalam pengamanan data menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ini dapat menghasilkan enkripsi yang tidak dapat dibaca atau dimengerti manusia dan menghasilkan dekripsi yang sama persis dengan data awal yang di inputkan. Perbedaan kunci yang digunakan serta ukuran suatu file ikut mempengaruhi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi.
