Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat sistem pendidikan mengalami perombakan yakni dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran secara online sebagai bentuk social distancing guna memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus. Namun, pembelajaran secara online sedikit menyulitkan pelaksanaan materi perkembangan motorik terutama bagi anak usia dini. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji tentang penggunaan media vlog dalam mengembangkan motorik anak. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta didukung dengan dokumentasi. Adapun lokasi penelitian berada di RA Nurul Hidayah Kalikajar Paiton Probolinggo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media vlog yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan aktivitas motorik seperti mewarnai, menggambar, menggunting, dan bisik berantai dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik anak. Dengan demikian, anak mampu dan berani menggunting, menggambar, mewarnai, melompat, berlari, melempar benda dengan baik. Selain itu, anak menjadi lebih fokus dalam belajar, lebih imajinatif, serta lebih mudah untuk menemukan minat anak. Animasi dan beragam gambar berwarna yang tedapat dalam vlog juga mampu memotivasi anak untuk belajar. Implikasi dari penggunaan media vlog memberikan kemudahan bagi guru dalam mengajar dan siswa dengan mudah mencerna materi.

Abstract

TProblems that occur in MTs Zainul Anwar precisely in class VII students have the characteristics of being difficult to absorb information as a whole due to limited cognitive abilities like poor thinking skills, difficulty with thinking and memory, and uncontrollable the emotion. The purpose of this study is to describe teachers' flexibility in overcoming the slow learner class VII MTs Zainul Anwar through the Auditory, Intellectually, And Repetition model. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study research. Analysis of the data used is the Miles and Huberman Interactive analysis model. The results showed. The teacher's flexibility in applying the AIR learning model is the teacher's efforts through adjustment, technical assistance (additional learning) with a mind mapping, remedial education, and a continuous evaluation with self-monitoring techniques. So, with the teacher's flexibility in applying the AIR learning model, he overcame the slow learner class VII MTs Zainul Anwar. Teachers can use the AIR learning model by using additional classes to make it easier for students to understand the learning material. In addition, it can develop student competence both cognitively and effectively to help improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the principal's supervision of teachers in developing children's receptive language. The researcher used a qualitative case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Perwanida III, Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that implementing the principal's supervision of teachers in developing receptive language at RA Perwanida III was as follows; first problem mapping, second perception equalization, third implementation of supervision activities, and fourth results and follow-up plans. This research implies that supervision must be carried out in a planned and systematic manner with continuous improvement.

Abstract

This paper describes the efforts of MTs Pandean in improving the quality of its institutions through teacher professionalism in the digital era. The quality of educational institutions is closely related to teachers as educators who will prepare students in the digitalization era. To obtain valid and accountable data, the researcher conducted interviews with several informants using purposive sampling technique, which consisted of five people, namely Qodiri, S. Pd as the head of the madrasa, Nurul Huda, S. Pd as the deputy head, Hasan Bashri, S. Pd. I as the deputy head of the curriculum, Noviwahyu Ningtiyas, S.E, S. Pd, one of the teachers at the madrasa. The forms of efforts made at MTs Pandean are training to build digital literacy awareness, teacher working groups (KKG) to build an entrepreneurial spirit, and supervision to build teacher leadership and emotional intelligence. With the fulfillment of the teacher indicators of teacher professionalism at MTs Pandean, it is hoped that then it will be able to improve the quality of these educational institutions.

Abstract

This research is about the leadership of a visionary principal in improving school achievement at SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. To obtain valid and reliable data, the researcher conducted interviews with several informants using purposive sampling technique, which consisted of four people, namely the principal of SMA Nurul Jadid, educators, education staff, alumni of SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The research results obtained are (1) Scientific Integrity (2) Consumption Experiences (3) Social Influences.

Abstract

Abstract: In order to realize the achievement of ideal and professional Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan, a managerial approach is needed in order to increase the competence of these teachers, which includes aspects of planning, organizing, supervising. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses; observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity or validity is carried out by means of data verification, re-checking the report results, and triangulation. The results of research while in the field are as follows; 1) Efforts to increase the competency of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan from a Madrasah-based management perspective are carried out by means of; cultural change, improving the quality of human resources, providing continuous motivation, educational supervision, and continuous evaluation. 2) The results of efforts to increase the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the perspective of Madrasah-based management can be seen in the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers at MA Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Kraksaan which can be seen from; discipline in carrying out duties and responsibilities, improving the quality of teacher human resources, increasing work ethic, and increasing the quality of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan adalah menjadikan peserta didik tidak hanya cerdas dalam intelektual tetapi juga memiliki karakter karakter yang baik dan Sistem pendidikan juga harus mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Sistem pendidikan harus dapat menghasilkan peserta didik milenial yang mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0. Di era industri 4.0 semua berbasis digital, oleh karena itu sistem pendidikan di Indonesia selalu mengalami perbaikan dan perubahan. Perubahan dalam pendidikan diawali dengan pidato Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim yang mengusulkan tentang gerakan “ Merdeka Belajar “. Dalam merdeka belajar ada empat kebijakan yang diusulkan oleh Mendikbud yaitu pertama USBN diganti ujian (asesmen), kedua 2021 UN diganti dengan Asessment Kompetensi Minimum ( AKM ), dan Survey Karakter (SK ), ketiga RPP dipersingkat, keempat Zonasi PPDB lebih fleksibel. Usulan Mendikbud ini adalah untuk mengubah pola lama dalam pendidika yang hanya mementingkan penguasaan materi saja. Sehingga peserta didik tidak dapat berfikir kritis dan inovatif. Merdeka belajar usulan Nadiem, memiliki maksud bahwa guru merdeka memiliki makna unit pendidikan atau sekolah guru dan muridnya mempunyai kebebasan untuk berinovasi, belajar dengan mandiri, dan kreatif.
