Abstract

In today's digital era, database systems are becoming a mandatory thing that is used in every industry field to improve the performance of the industry, over time with the increasing need for databases, single databases and single servers are considered less capable in handling data that continues to increase in number, so it often leads to a decline in performance. Therefore came the idea of centralized data storage that can be modified to accommodate the availability, scalability, reliability, and management of data. One way that can be done is to apply Distribute Database using Sharding Horizontal Partition technique and experimental methods using mariadb and spider engine. The test was carried out on the database of food processing sites (TPP) in the TPP application at the ministry of health. The test results prove that although in some journals about Sharding, more sharding is implemented on NoSQL DBMS such as MongoDB, influx dB. In this study it can be proven that sharding can also be done in relational DBMS such as MariaDB and MySQL, data can be distribute and load process too, test result successful although the performance of time query response is still better single database than distribute database.

Abstract

Di era kemajuan teknologi saat ini, keterampilan dalam menggunakan komputer sangat diperlukan, termasuk dalam bidang pemerintahan. Hampir semua kegiatan pemerintahan, mulai dari pembuatan dokumen sampai dengan pelaporan kegiatan sudah mulai menggunakan komputer agar lebih praktis dan efisien. Salah satu contonya adalah penggunaan Microsoft Office sebagai media pembuatan laporan kegiatan di tingkat kelurahan, namun yang menjadi kendala adalah belum mahirnya dalam pembuatan laporan menggunakan Microsft Office menjadikan adanya ketidakpuasan dalam proses pelayanan. Pelatihan keberlanjutan Microsoft Office yang meliputi Microsft word, Power Point dan Excel, ditujukan untuk membantu dalam proses penyelesaian permasalahan dalam pelaporan kegiatan. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para peserta dalam hal pengoperasian Microsoft office guna menunjang tugas dan kegiatan. Pada pelatihan ini menggunakan metode sosialisai, pelatihan secara intensif dan pendampingan serta evaluasi di akhir pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta lebih memahami dan semakin mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office sebagai media pembuatan laporan kegiatan.

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic, every individual is required to be more creative in carrying out every activity and not make a distance as the reason an activity cannot be carried out. Documentation data, which is usually sent manually by post, will experience difficulties at this time. This research will discuss other ways that can be done to ensure the data exchange process of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between PT. Bank XYZ with partners. The solution that can be implemented is to use the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) method. EDI is an online-based data exchange method. In other words, the method of exchanging data via postal service is not necessary. Based on this research, the EDI method can meet users' needs in terms of exchanging or sending documentary data on the MOU between PT. Bank XYZ with partners. The method used in building this system design is analyzing the running system and designing the system with UML tools. The final result of the validation test of the system design through the FGD method states that the e-approval system application design of the MOU is by the specifications of the functional requirements required by the user.

Abstract

Web and Mobile-Based Attendance System Design at PT. Bintang Millennium Perkasa, the author tries to do research to design a web-based information system for PT. Mighty Millennium Star. The main problem of this research is the difficulty of calculating food and transportation fees because there is no real-time recording of attendance. The system development method uses RAD and ISO 9126 testing and system security testing tools with Acunetix, Loic tools, and Hoic tools. By using the Research Methodology Rapid Application Development (RAD). The author's goal is to create an information system that makes it easier for the Human Resources Management (HRD) section to manage employee administration to the company, as a tool for the HRD section and employees to carry out employee administrative processes for the company. As well as displaying employee data, leave and attendance on this website. The result of this research is a Web and Mobile-based attendance system with the main modules are employee data, leave management, and attendance management. The test results with ISO 9126 are good and the acunetix test results are good, Loic is good, Xoic is also good. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the feasibility of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system in the design of the Human Resource Management information system web and the administrative management of employees towards the company.

Abstract

Designing Web-Based Shop Inventory Information System at PT. Rudy Soetadi, the writer tries to do research to make a web based desktop information system design for PT. Rudy Soetadi. The data collection method used by the authors in this study is to use the method of literature study, interviews and observation. By using the RAD Research Methodology. The aim of the author is to reduce the problems that exist in the research area, as a tool for cheap shop administrators to see information on all transactions in low-cost stores. As well as income and expense reports on this desktop website. The results of this study indicate that this desktop web can make it easier for low-cost shopkeepers to do bookkeeping and manage low-cost stores. So it can be concluded that the resulting value still shows the feasibility of the system to be implemented in accordance with the real system for web desktop web design and low-cost store inventory management.

Abstract

The Car Spare Part Shop is one of the Car Spare Parts Shops in Tangerang Regency. Based on interviews conducted with shop owners at the Car Spare Parts Store, it was stated that there was a decrease in sales income every month, so there was limited capital in purchasing car spare parts products which resulted in difficulties in choosing which car spare parts products to order. The purpose of this study is to create a system to process and utilize sales transaction data using the FP-Growth algorithm as well as up selling and cross selling methods which will later be used to sell car spare parts that are purchased simultaneously in a sales package determination system. The sales transaction data used is 6,674 transaction data for 1 year of operation of the Car Spare Part Shop (July 2021 - June 2022) with 30,956 records in Microsoft Excel format. The prototype system uses the Python framework flask and mysql database. Validation test results ensure that the software that has been made is in accordance with the expected functional requirements specifications. The results of the system quality test with ISO 9126 can be concluded in the criteria of Very Good with a value of 98.59%. With the results of the Functionality aspect of 99.25%, the results of the Reliability aspect of 98.13%, the results of the Usability aspect of 98.33% and the results of the Efficiency aspect of 98.66%. The results of system security testing with Acunetix and LOIC software have been carried out and the system is still stable and the system is declared safe when used.

Abstract

The need for outpatient hospital services that can be accessed quickly by the community is a very important aspect. By looking at the downturn caused by the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world since 2019 and has an impact on various economic aspects including hospital services, digitizing the hospital system must be implemented to be a solution in providing fast services for patients who come for treatment. The information system is not without problems, as the amount of data increases so that the selection of the right database including the use of appropriate queries can help provide accurate and fast output. indexing method can be applied to tables with a large number of databases. the use of subqueries as with previous research shows an increase in data access performance.

Abstract

Style Queen Kebaya Store (SQ Kebaya) is a store that is engaged in apparel, its product sales focus includes adult and children's kebaya. The negative impact of the Covid 19 Pandemic has proven that the Store (SQ Kebaya) has experienced a decline in sales turnover in 2020, therefore the SQ Kebaya Store's efforts to restore its sales activities are by giving gifts for customer appreciation during the COVID 19 season through selecting the best customers for the 2020 period. However, the problem faced by SQ Kebaya Stores in the process of evaluating the best customer selection is that there is no criterion weight so that the decision making is not right on target, making the best customer decisions less efficient because they have to look for customer sales records manually in the sales record book. This study produces a web-based decision support system for selecting the best customers at SQ Kebaya Stores using the AHP (criteria weight), SAW and WASPAS (best customer ranking) methods, this study produces priority weights and importance levels of each criterion, namely status (0.37 ), method of payment (0.23), total spending (0.14), quantity (0.13), intensity of visits (0.07), length of subscription (0.07) and the result of ranking the percentage of the largest alternative value is the alternative SAW method with an average of 0.6952 , while the WASPAS method is 0.6405. It can be concluded that the right method used to obtain the best alternative value is the SAW method.

Abstract

Setiap manusia membutuhkan asupan gizi salah satunya dari buah-buahan. Banyaknya masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi buah-buahan maka akan menghasilkan limbah dari kulit buah tersebut. Limbah kulit buah yang dihasilkan kian lama akan menumpuk namun tidak diimbangi dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah tersebut menjadi salah satu penyebab peningkatan sampah lingkungan atau rumah tangga. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penulis menjalin kerjasama dengan RW 10 Meruya Utara sebagai mitra masyarakat untuk memberikan edukasi dan sosialiasasi bagaimana masyarakat mengelola sampah lingkungan atau rumah tangga menjadi eco enzym melalui bank sampah di Meruya Utara.  Eco enzym adalah cairan yang berasal dari fermentasi limbah buah atau sayuran, air cucian beras dan gula merah. Kegiatan ini merupakan wujud dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat sebagai penunjang tridharma dosen pada perguruan tinggi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan program pengelolaan sampah organik dengan konsep eco enzym dan menghasilkan output berupa jurnal nasional. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah untuk menjelaskan dampak-dampak yang terjadi dari sampah tersebut, praktek secara langsung dalam pengelolaan sampah organik dengan konsep eco enzym dan tanya jawab. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa materi yang dipaparkan dapat diterima dengan baik.

Abstract

ITSM e-Prime is an ICT service management application based on ITSM framework owned by Pusintek that includes service desk, incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and configuration management processes. Currently there is a problem in determining the number of devices that will be included in the device maintenance contract or determining the number of devices that need to be replaced in a given year. The objective of this research is to build an asset management data warehouse so that it can be utilized by the Data Analysis and Presentation Team to produce a dashboard that presents data on network infrastructure assets that need to be maintained or replaced for budget planning needs. This descriptive verification analysis research used nine out of ninety tables from the ITSM e-Prime application and applied dimensional modeling Kimball to build a data warehouse because this methodology offers high query performance and understandable by end-user. The resulting data warehouse were tables in the form of star-schema. The tests were carried out by qualitative methods, namely quality testing by users (user acceptance test and blackbox testing) and quantitative method, namely comparing the number of infrastructure devices included in the maintenance contract in 2022. The final result of this research is a data warehouse consisting of fact table F_infrastructure and dimension table D_Merk, D_Area, D_Kategori, D_EoS, D_Garansi, and D_StatusPemeliharaan with acceptance percentage of 95% based on the test results.
