Abstract

Pemerintah menargetkan 10.300 desa teraliri listrik pada 2019. Pada 2019, peningkatan rasio elektrifikasi nasional ditargetkan menjadi 97 persen. Melalui Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM), meluncurkan Program Indonesia Terang (PIT) dalam rangka memenuhi target peningkatan rasio elektrifikasi nasional dari 85 persen pada tahun 2015 menjadi 97 persen di tahun 2019. PIT juga menjadi bagian dari target pemerintah yang menyediakan akses penerangan bagi masyarakat Indonesia secara merata melalui pembangunan pembangkit 35.000 MW. Dalam rilis pers Kementerian ESDM pada 28 Februari 2016, disebutkan bahwa hingga saat ini, masih ada 12.659 desa tertinggal yang belum memperoleh akses listrik dari jaringan Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), bahkan 2.519 desa diantaranya belum terlistriki sama sekali. Desa-desa ini sebagian besar tersebar di Provinsi Papua dan di kawasan Indonesia Timur lainnya. Populasi penduduk rata-rata sedikit dengan tingkat kepadatan yang rendah, akibatnya membangun jaringan listrik menjadi sangat mahal dan membuat hitung-hitungan ekonomi menjadi rugi. Pemerintah perlu memberikan perhatian lebih khusus kepada masyarakat di desa-desa tertinggal ini supaya mereka dapat segera terlayani listrik, tanpa kebijakan dan aksi yang berpihak, desa-desa tersebut mustahil bisa mengakses listrik sesuai target yang telah dicanangkan.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacture company of vehicle spare parts. One of the product is Arm Visor Shaft D01N. The process of making Arm Visor Shaft D01N can be exposed to be potential risk for workers. The source of potential risk is from the material, equipment, machine, environment and the other hazards. Therefore the risk management of occupational health and safety is very important to be implemented in the company. Hazard identification method using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA), while for risk analysis is undertaken by semi-quantitative method that uses risk assessment criteria (consequence, probability and exposure). Based on the research that the level of risk in the process of making Arm Visor Shaft are risk with very high level has 8, substantial level has 23, priority 2 level has 2 and acceptable level has 3.

Abstract

The research was reflected by the condition of the aquatic environment in the vicinity of settlements which is very poorly marked by physical-chemical data-biological water in drainage channels that are below the threshold value of the quality standards. Yet the availability management and waste water treatment technology source of household activities, small and medium. Research methods method using architecture models of technology waste water treatment plan which provides benefits on ecology, economy, social, culture and healthy, with a technology less pollution, water saving, and clean water. The research of technology waste water treatment plan is able to cleanse and purify waste water at the level of the quality of the raw water that meets the quality, and the collection of water pollutants at medium charcoal as an absorber that can be utilized as a fertilizer plant and as a high-energy fuel. The research designing the models of technology waste water treatment plan, the technology will produce low-cost, environmentally friendly and can be classified as sustainable technology.

Abstract

To ensure the safety and health of workers or others who are in the workplace, including the source of production, production processes, and working in safe environment, that showing the application of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3). The main purpose of application of SMK3 is to giving protection for the workers. Because, workers are assets to be maintained and guarded their safety. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which description of the application Government of Regulation Number 50 in 2012 about SMK3 at Food-Beverage Manufacture in 2015. This research use qualitative method and case study design. The object of this study about SMK3 in Food-Beverage Manufacture. The result of study showed that Food-Beverage Manufacture 89% has completed SMK3 Government of Regulation in which consists: (i) the company has not had a person in charge K3 Certificate valid for every worker who was given the responsibility, (ii) don’t yet have procedures regarding the purchase of equipment or materials production, (iii) not create a new certificate upon expiration crane certificate, (iv) yet have a tagging system for the equipment that is no longer safe to use or are not used, (v) has not tested the emergency alarm system (e.g. sprinkler), (vi) have not done the work environment measurement (ergonomics and psychology), (vii) have not had the procedure inspection and assessment of occupational diseases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design a 3 Gross Tonnage (GT) fishing boat with a speed of 6 knots to obtain the shape and size of the vessel that is suitable for the water area that using the solar panel energy system. The ship was planned to travel about a maximum of 18 Km from the departure point. The steps of the research method for the design of fishing vessels include determining the principal size of the ship, making line drawings, drafting a general plan, construction design, ship tonnage capacity, electricity requirements, and then designing solar panel energy systems. This research resulted in a ship design with a length of 8 meters, 1.75 meters wide, and 1.3 meters high. Those specifications are used as constraints to determine the number of solar panels and batteries. To satisfy all of the goals, the 3 GT boat has limited 0.9KWh solar panels to travel for 9.7 NM (18 KM) at a speed of 6 knots, forcing daytime and night fishing fishermen to idle for 1 day. The difference is in the number of night fishing batteries that are 49% more than the daytime fishing which using 25 pcs 3.2V 100Ah. With the use of 51 pcs of battery, night fishing can move into daytime fishing so that it can fish more frequently than night fishing mode only

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang melibatkan kelompok budidaya ikan lele dan Dengan mitra TP- PKK Desa Curug, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melibatkan kelompok pembudidaya lele dan TP-PKK Desa Curug merupakan desa yang termasuk wilayah yang berkembang dengan Kawasan Minapolitan Budidaya Ikan di Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan hasil panen ikan menjadi produk olahan terutama ikan lele, dan masih adanya ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang diversifikasi olahan dari produk ikan lele. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan potensi hasil budidaya menjadi produk olahan ikan lele. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi perencanaan, sosialisasi penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pengembangan desa mitra ini memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat kepada mitra dalam penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan pengembangan hasil panen budidaya ikan lele menjadi produk olahan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pengolahan hasil budidaya ikan lele menjadi produk olahan ikan seperti fillet ikan lele, bakso ikan lele, dan kerupuk ikan lele menunjukkan peningkatan dengan ketercapaian sekitar 70% dari sebelumnya.Abstract: Community service involves groups of fish cultivators and PKK women in Curug Village, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. Curug Village is one of the villages included in the Minapolitan Development Area for Freshwater Fish Cultivation, Bogor Regency. The problems faced by partners are that the utilization of fish harvests into processed products, especially catfish, has not been maximized, and the partners' ignorance about the diversification of processed catfish products. The purpose of this activity is to assist partners in exploiting the potential of aquaculture products into processed catfish products. Methods of implementing activities include socialization or counseling, training and mentoring. This partner village development activity contributes and benefits partners in the application of appropriate technology and the development of catfish cultivation yields into processed products as an effort to increase the independence and welfare of rural communities.

Abstract

The internet of things technology has become one technology that plays a role in the industrial revolution 4.0. Not only limited to the data communication between devices over internet protocol communication data networks, but on the IoT device is also need the proper interface to visualize the sensor data which has received by the server node, and with that result, the user can understand easily and get insight from those data which has an exchange or communicate each other on the system. In the previous research by Yuliantoro, et. al., the IoT device was designed only to communicate to other devices, where the web server as a server node was designed to receive the sensor data. The design of the visualize system in this research, designed by the PHP script and web server which is connected to the NodeMCU in a wireless local area network or WLAN. The sensor data from NodeMCU sent to the server, then the result will be shown visually by the website interface. Based on the results of this study, the visualized data has been shown the full sensor data, with the delay is following the delay of the NodeMCU, 60 seconds.
