Abstract

This study aims to examine Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on the implementation of E-Government. Data for this study were collected through a questionnaire survey on the people of Malang City who have used E-Government services. Structural model analysis was performed using smartPLS. The results showed that intention was the main determinant of the use of E-Government services. The determining factor of intention to use E-Government services is positive attitude towards E-Government. Other factors such as system quality, its ease of use, and quality of information do not affect people’s interest in using E-Government services. In other words, E-Government application developed by the City Government has been deemed not easy enough to be applied and not informative enough to meet the information needs of the community. This is a challenge for the City Government to be able to improve and develop the quality of systems and information from its E-Government services so that people are increasingly interested in applying it, for the realization of Malang as a smart city.

Then on lactic acid level after activities on Sport massage group was 6.01 mmol/l, whereas the thai massage group was 5.72 mmol/l, and control group was 5.18 mmol/l. whereas in lactic acid levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage namely 8.36 mmol/l , a group of thai massage 7.26 mmol/l, and the control group 5.83 mmol/l. lactic acid levels and then 10 minutes of physical activity on the group after group of sport massage namely 3.81 mmol/l, a group of thai massage 4.11 mmol/l, and the control group 4.62 mmol/l. While on initial data retrieval on the blood glucose levels between 75 – 91 mg/dL. then in blood glucose levels after activities on a group of sport massage namely 93.50 mg/dL, while the Group of thai massage 96.12 mg/dL, and the control group 88.75 mg/dL. While in blood glucose levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage i.e. namely 89.75 mg/dL, a group of thai. massage 88.25 mg/dL and a control group of 88 mg/dL. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze about (1) the effect of the method massed practice against the speed and accuracy of service, (2) the effect of the method of distributed practice against the speed and accuracy of service and (3) the influence of methods of massed practice and distributed practice against the speed and accuracy of service. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasiexperimental methods. The research design uses a non-randomized control group pretest posttest design, and data analysis using Manova. The process of data collection is done by testing the speed of service (dartfish) and test accuracy (Hewitt) during the pretest and posttest. The results of the study as follows: (1) there is a significant influence on the methods of massed practice to increase the speed and accuracy of service (2) there is a significant influence on the method of distributed practice to increase the speed and accuracy of service (3) There is no significant difference influence among methods massed ptactice practice and distributed to the speed and accuracy of service. Conclusions of this research is a method massed practice and distributed practice equally provide significant results but that gives the influence of better is method distributed practice to speed and accuracy of service.

Abstract

RPJMN 2015–2019 mandates universal access of drinking water in 2019. This study analyzes the policy using panel data regression. Random Effect Model (REM ) shows funding, per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP ), and population density explain the water coverage of 23.57%, while the rest are explained by variables outside the model. Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) per capita has the biggest impact on coverage, followed by Population Density. On funding, central government’s budget significantly has the highest impact, followed by local government’s budget (APBD), while others aren’t significant. Investment has positive effect, but high per capita investment may not provide high coverage. The coverage in 2019 based on unit-cost calculation is 80.21%, universal access target isn’t reached.
