Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses pembelajaran di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar, Adapun teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu Sampling Jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 orang dosen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (2) Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses pembelajaran di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjadosen di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (4) Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (5) Proses pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (6) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses pembelajaran di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar. (7) Sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui proses pembelajaran di Akademi Ilmu Pelayaran AIPI Makassar.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Sarana Prasarana, Proses Pembelajaran, Kinerja ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of competencies and infrastructure on the performance of lecturers through the learning process at the AIPI Makassar Academy of Shipping. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all lecturers at the AIPI Makassar Shipping Sciences Academy. The sample technique used was Saturated Sampling with a total sample of 100 lecturers. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the learning process in the AIPI Shipping Sciences Academy Makassar. (2) Infrastructure facilities have a positive and significant effect on the learning process in the AIPI Shipping Academy of Makassar. (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the AIPI Shipping Academy in Makassar. (4) Infrastructure facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the AIPI Shipping Sciences Academy in Makassar. (5) The learning process has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the AIPI Shipping Academy in Makassar. (6) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers through the learning process at the AIPI Makassar Academy of Shipping. (7) Infrastructure facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers through the learning process at the AIPI Shipping Academy in Makassar.Keywords: Competence, Infrastructure, Learning Process, Performance
