Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( PTK ) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan belajarsiswa menggunakan pembelajaran Direct Instruction ( DI ) dengan eksperimen. Penelitianini dilaksanakan di kelas X-6 SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik tahun pelajaran 2012-2013.Dengan latar belakang data prestasi siswa awal yang lulus nilai KKM sebesar 37,5% sertasebagian besar siswanya belum memiliki keterampilan motorik. Satu diantara sebab tidakberhasilnya siswa dalam menguasai suatu konsep dalam Fisika adalah lemahnyakemampuan siswa dalam membaca grafik. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus,setiap siklus dilaksanakan 3 x TM, dan setiap TM x 45 menit. Pelaksanaan pembelajaransetiap siklus dilaksanakan dengan satu kegiatan eksperimen menggunakan LKS dan diakhir pembelajaran setiap siklus dilakukan penilaian performan untuk menjaringkemampuan pembelajaran siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Setelah diupayakan perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus-I prestasi kelulusan nilai KKMmeningkat menjadi 66,4% dan dilanjutkan dengan pembelajaran pada siklus-II prestasikelulusan nilai KKM semakin meningkat menjadi sebesar 75,61%; (2) Partisipasi siswaselama mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran fisika meningkat, karena poses belajar mengajardengan metode eksperimen lebih berpusat kepada siswa; (3) Keterampilan motorik siswamengalami peningkatan, karena melakukan kerjasama melakukan eksperimen dalammencari data dan mengolah data; (4) Respon positif dari siswa yang menunjukkan adanyaketertarikan terhadap penerapan metode eksperimen sehingga dapat menambah minat danmotivasi siswa dalam belajar. Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwapembelajaran Direct Instruction dengan metode eksperimen dapat meningkatkankemampuan membaca grafik siswa kelas X-6 SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the job satisfaction of employees of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Trade. The population of this study was all employees of the Directorate General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade with a total sample of 162 employees with an observation period of 2022. The endogenous variables used were work motivation and job satisfaction, while the exogenous variables used were organizational commitment and work environment. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that organizational commitment and work environment had a positive and significant effect on work motivation; organizational commitment and work environment have no significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; work motivation can mediate the effect of organizational commitment and work environment on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study raises the problem (1) What is the level of need for early childhood character development through learning of the parenting model in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung, Panakkukang District, Makassar City? (2) How is the prototype of early childhood character development through learning parenting models in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung Village Panakkukang District Makassar City? (3) How to analyze the level of validity and practicality of early childhood character development through learning the parenting model in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung, Panakkukang District, Makassar City, The research objectives are (1) Describe the level of early childhood character development needs through learning parenting model in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung Village Panakkukang District Makassar City. (2) Knowing the prototype of early childhood character development through learning parenting models in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung Village Panakkukang District Makassar City. (3) Knowing the analysis of the validity and practicality of early childhood character development through learning the parenting model in Al-Hidayah An-Nas Kindergarten Tamamaung, Panakkukang District, Makassar City. This research method with R&D with ADDIE model, in this study includes three stages of analysis, design and development. The results of the study were obtained (1) The description that basically the teacher has not been optimal in using the parentign model to develop the character of children, where the activity is still centered on the teacher, (2) The description of the needs analysis shows that it is very necessary to have a parenting model to develop the character of children in kindergarten , (3) The description of the results of the development of the model with the validity test on the observation sheet shows valid results and the practical test of learning parenting models in kindergarten empirically shows that the overall implementation is in a very good category and meets the criteria of excellence when testing character development through the parenting learning model takes place in accordance with the character of early childhood.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang baik yaitu ketika anak terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan tidak hanya mengetahui konsep tetapi dapat mengembangkan keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis STEAM dengan media loose parts terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang anak berusia 5-6 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 anak yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang berjumlah 8 anak dan kelompok kontrol yang berjumlah 8 anak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskripif dan statistik non parametrik. Setelah pemberian perlakuan, uji Wilcoxon untuk keterampilan kreativitas anak pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan nilai sig.(2tailed) sebesar 0,012 < 0,05 artinya terdapat perbedaan keterampilan kreativitas pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis STEAM dengan media loose parts efektif terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini.AbstractGood learning is when children are directly involved in the learning process and not only know concepts but can develop skills. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of STEAM-based learning with loose parts media on early childhood creativity. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study amounted to 34 children aged 5-6 years. The sample in this study amounted to 16 children divided into 2 groups, namely the experimental group of 8 children and the control group of 8 children. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and non-parametric statistics. After administering the treatment, the Wilcoxon test for children's creativity skills in the experimental group showed sig values. (2tailed) of 0.012 < 0.05 means that there are differences in creativity skills in the experimental group before and after treatment. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that STEAM-based learning with loose parts media is effective for early childhood creativity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of field employees at PT Jasuma Putri Putra. The population in this study were 40 field employees at PT. Jasuma Putri Putra. The sample used was the entire population of 40 employees. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This study proves that the effect of work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
