Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occur in schools where most of the students have high intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence but do not have good morals. Thus, through tahfidz learning, they are expected to be able to realize that spiritual intelligence is important for their morals so that they can growup to be a generation that has good potential and also good morals. Based on this background, the writer wishes to discuss it in his thesis and take the title of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research focused on:(1) How is the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang? (2) How is the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang? (3) How is the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. The purposes of this researchare (1) To describe the concept of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve the spiritual intelligence of students at MTs Exampel Gebang; (2) To describe the implementation of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang; (3) To describe the implications of tahfidzqur'an learning to improve students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Exampel Gebang. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Check the validity of the data using extension of participation, observer perseverance, and triangulation. The results of the research are (1) The concept of tahfidzqur'an learning aims to train students to love the Qur'an and become a superior person from within themselves in the form of personality and spiritual intelligence; (2) The implementation of tahfidz learning includes arranging sincere intentions, with parental permission, diligent and patient in memorizing, leaving any immorality behind and keep away from harm. There are two methods used by the tahfidz teacher, namely the bin nadzar method and the murajaah method; (3) The implications of tahfidzqur'an learning make students have a high sense of empathy and always be grateful.

Abstract

This research is concerned with the relationship of the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers to the formation of students' character. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of social competence of Islamic religious education teachers to the character formation of eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin. This research is a quantitative research research. The implementation of this research was carried out in 2021 in April to June 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers to the character building of the eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin. the two variables have a significant relationship. To prove this, the author conducted a study on the title. This research was conducted on 69 students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin which were used as research samples. Data collection tools are library research, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were processed by tabulating the data to determine the frequency. Based on the discussion of the research results in this thesis, it can be seen that the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers for class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin is very good (59%). While the character formation of grade VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin students in general is very good (54%). The results of the tabulation calculation between the relationship of the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers to the character formation of the eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Miftahul Jannah Pantai Cermin with a moderate or sufficient level of significance.

Abstract

The purpose of the counseling held by the community service implementing team is to provide understanding and knowledge to school principals, educators and education staff at MAS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah about the management of the Education laboratory. This is done so that educators and education personnel who play a role in learning activities that will be carried out in educational laboratories can run well and support the development of the potential of students. Procurement of laboratories without management causes the use of laboratories as learning resources is not optimal. For this reason, counseling was held on how to manage educational laboratories in schools, especially at MAS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. The method of implementation of counseling is done by presentation and question and answer. The counseling material was delivered by presenting slide modules that had been prepared by the service team and distributed to participants. Participants listened to the explanations given by the community service team and asked questions related to the material. After providing an understanding of the Education laboratory and how to manage the Education laboratory, participants are expected to be able to apply it in learning activities, especially in the use of the Education laboratory at MAS Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura. From the results of observations, some of the obstacles faced in relation to the education laboratory are inadequate facilities at the educational institution.
