Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sistem Pengembangan Karir Pegawai Pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi yang berjumlah 30. Dalam penelitian ini, penyusun melakukan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan metode penghitungan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengaruh Sistem Pengembangan Karir terhadap Motivasi Kerja pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kota Sukabumi, ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 9,002 dengan Sig. (p-value) sebesar 0,000, sehingga diperoleh Sig (p-value) < 0,05.

Abstract

Minimum Service Standards (MSS) in the health sector are one of the national strategic programs, concerning provisions regarding the type and quality of basic services, including mandatory government affairs that every citizen is entitled to obtain at a minimum, so that performance achievements in fulfilling the quality of service of each type of basic service in the MSS in the health sector must be 100% every year. Citarik Public Health Center is one of the health centers that implement the MSS. The purpose of this study was to measure the effectiveness of SPM in handling non-communicable diseases (NCDs) at the health center. Based on initial observations, the achievement of NCDs health services in 2022 has not met the target. The implementation of MSS in handling NCDs at the Citarik Health Center has not been effective. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The theory used in this study is Duncan's theory of effectiveness with the measurement of three indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The results of this study indicate that MSS achievements in 2022 for services for Hypertension patients were 7.78% served according to standards, while for services for Diabetes Mellitus patients exceeded the specified target of 151% served according to standards. Socialization with community targets has not been carried out evenly and the quantity of Posbindu cadres has not been met. As a development of research related to MSS, it is expected to conduct further research related to MSS indicators that have not been researched.

Abstract

Program e-filing merupakan bentuk penerapan tata kelola digital di KPP Pratama Kota Sukabumi dan mulai diterapkan pada tahun 2016 yang awalnya mengacu pada Inpres No. 3 Tahun 2003 tentang kebijakan dan strategi nasional pengembangan pemerintahan elektronik. Fokus permasalahan penelitian ini adalah pelayanan perpajakan yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi dari Michael Hill dan Peter Hupe (2002) yang memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu implementasi, pencapaian, dan penyelesaian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini, penerapan e-filing belum efektif karena masih ditemukannya pelaporan pajak secara manual; belum optimalnya pencapaian tujuan program e-filing karena masih terjadi antrian pelaporan pajak secara manual; penyelesaian belum efektif karena strategi sosialisasi yang diterapkan belum mampu menjangkau seluruh wajib pajak di wilayah Kota Sukabumi. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi e-filing di KPP Pratama Kota Sukabumi belum berjalan efektif. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyarankan perlu adanya perbaikan strategi agar implementasi e-filing berjalan maksimal sehingga tujuan program tercapai secara efektif. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi e-filing di KPP Pratama Kota Sukabumi belum berjalan efektif. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyarankan perlu adanya perbaikan strategi agar implementasi e-filing berjalan maksimal sehingga tujuan program tercapai secara efektif. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Online Learning Media on the effectiveness of Student Learning in SMPN 13 Sukabumi. This research has been carried out from November to December 2022. The method in this study is to use quantitative research methods with operationalvariable approach or the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Sampling technique in this study is to use Proposive sampling. Instrument in this study used a closed questionnaire with likert scale form. Data analysis techniques used in this study validity test, reliability test, normality test, determination, regression, and hypothesis test F. The results found in this study that there is a significant influence between the independent variable is the quality of instructional Media with the effectiveness of Student Learning in SMPN 13 Sukabumi. The results of this calculation is to use the SPSS program which is presented as follows: Based on the results of the study showed that from the calculation data, it was concluded that the independent variables (X) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Y). With the value of pegaruhnya between variables X and Y is equal to 36.3%, based on the value of R square. So according to the researcher that the independent variable (X) is the quality and dependent variable (Y) effectiveness there is a significant influence because of the variable X and variable Y.

Abstract

Young marriages still occur a lot in urban areas, especially in Sukabumi City and are a threat to the young generation who will be the nation's future. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of policies on special early marriages in the city of Sukabumi. This study uses a quantitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The population in this study are teenagers in the city of Sukabumi. Researchers use Cluster Random Sampling. From the calculation results, a total sample of 100 adolescents in Sukabumi City was obtained. The data to be used in this study in terms of data sources are divided into two, namely secondary and primary data. Secondary data comes from related agency documents and literature studies. Meanwhile, the primary data was obtained from respondents, namely teenagers in the city of Sukabumi. Test the hypothesis in this study using a descriptive quantitative approach. Based on the results of the discussion and research described earlier, it can be concluded that the implementation of policies on special early marriages in Sukabumi City is included in the effective scale and classification, which is equal to 65.12%.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Implementation of Waste Management Policy at TPA Cimenteng, Sukabumi Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out what the implementation of waste management policies is like at the Cimenteng TPA, Sukabumi Regency and the inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were the Sukabumi Regency Housing and Settlement Office, the Head of TPA Cimenteng, and the community in the TPA Cimenteng environment. The validity of the data in this study used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and member checking methods. The results of this study indicate that waste management at Cimenteng TPA has been running but has not fully run optimally, this is shown by mountains of garbage that are not managed properly, tools that are often damaged, this clearly disrupts activities at Cimenteng TPA, for the inhibiting factor is . The lack of budget for Cimenteng TPA so as to repair or rejuvenate existing equipment at Cimenteng TPA has caused waste management at Cimenteng TPA to not run optimally. In addition, in 2019 Indonesia was hit by the Covid outbreak, the government finally cut the budget for handling Covid. Abstract

One of the outstanding issues is the employment problem. Considering that a sizable portion of the labor force is still unemployed, there must be an equal distribution of employment throughout the workforce. The study's purposes were to identify the role of the Sukabumi City Labor Office in increasing labor absorption as well as its supporting and inhibiting factors in Sukabumi City. The theory used is the role theory of Jim Ife and Frank Toserioro, namely: 1) the role of facilitating; 2) the role of educating; 3) the role of representation; and 4) the technical role. A qualitative method using a descriptive approach was utilized. Then, the finding of this study was demonstrate that the Sukabumi City Labor Office contribution to increasing labor absorption in Sukabumi City is adequate but not ideal. Firstly, due to job searchers' abilities not meeting the company's requirements, the role of facilitating through job fair activities is still lacking, and there are still many candidates who have not been hired by the company. Secondly, providing an educational role through skill-training activities, the infrastructure and facilities for skill-training are inadequate due to financial restrictions. Thirdly, the Sukabumi City Labor Office only conducts apprenticeship activities with businesses that are in compliance with skills training, and there aren't many participants who are apprenticed. This limits the function of representation through apprenticeship activities. Besides that, there is supporting factor is the support from external parties who are involved in supporting and facilitating to increase labor absorption in Sukabumi City. The inhibiting factors are budget constraints, inadequate infrastructure, and a lack of quality Human Resources (HR).

Abstract

Work motivation by the Head of Service on Employee Performance in the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency is significant. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by researchers, it seems that there are still deficiencies in the presentation and writing of data. For future research, it is expected to look for other factors that influence employee performance and be able to analyze other, broader subjects. The area for taking respondents in this study was limited to certain locations, so that further research is expected to expand the area of research. So that it can obtain representative results from various other regions. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency are one of the most valuable assets of the Sukabumi Regency government, therefore it is necessary to pay attention to the development of human resource capabilities (HR) so that in carrying out their duties they have good performance, so that the services provided to the community can work better. The aims of this study are 1) To find out the work motivation techniques carried out by the Head of Service at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency; 2) To find out the performance of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency; 3) To find out how much influence the motivation of the Head of Service has on the performance of employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency. In this study, researchers will use quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. In this study using descriptive statistics. The population in this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is assistance to provide social protection to poor/poor vulnerable communities originating from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which will be given to the community based on Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). In 2020 the Ministry of Social Affairs and PT Post are working together to speed up the distribution process using application of The Post Giro Cash (PGC). This study aims to find out how the implementation of application of The Post Giro Cash (PGC) in distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) at PT Post of Cisaat. This research method is a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. In determining the informants in this study using non-probability sampling technique snowball sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation using of application of PGC in Distributing Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) at PT Post of Cisaat has been running effectively, seen from the organization the formation of the bureaucratic structure has gone well, Interpretation or Interpretation has been fulfilled and Implementation has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the regulations that have been set.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Cibeureum District, Sukabumi City". This research focuses on how to implement the PKH program in the Cibeureum sub-district, Sukabumi City. This research begins with the discovery of problems which in outline there are still many differences in data on existing systems in DTKS which impede the settlement process. The theory used to measure and find out how successful the PKH program is is the policy implementation theory written by Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). The method used in this research is qualitative by collecting data with documentation, interviews, and observation. In determining the informants in this study using the snowball sampling technique. The results of implementing these policies concluded that the results of this study indicated that the implementation of the PKH program in Cibeureum District, Sukabumi City had not fully gone well, when viewed from an inter-organizational communication perspective, there was still communication between implementers and recipients regarding updating data that had not been implemented. But in terms of human resources it can be said that it is very good and the response is positive, and from the government side it fully supports this program, in terms of the economic, social and political environment it is almost going well but in the political environment there are still those who use it for personal interests and needs.
