Abstract

Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi potensi lokal dan menyusun model pengembangan wisata di wilayah sekitar Taman Nasional Gunung Bromo yang meliputi Kabupaten Malang, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, dan Lumajang. Teridentifikasi bahwa potensi keempat kabupaten di sekitar kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Bromo tersebut memiliki potensi alam yang besar untuk dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata untuk mendukung destinasi wisata Gunung Bromo. Potensi tersebut antara lain berupa desa wisata, air terjun, pemandangan alam berupa gunung, dan danau. Terhadap potensi destinasi wisata yang ada, secara ekonomi keempat kabupaten tersebut akan lebih mendapatkan manfaat apabila sumber daya yang dimiliki digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas manajemen, harga, ketersediaan informasi, dan kesediaan masyarakat untuk membayar. Adapun strategi yang berbasis masyarakat akan lebih tepat untuk pengembangan destinasi wisata di sekitar kawasan Bromo tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di empat kabupaten sekitar kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Bromo yakni Kabupaten Malang, Pasurauan, Probolinggo, dan Lumajang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif.

Abstract

Jember has a very diverse natural, cultural and artificial tourism potential. One of the natural potentials that currently become the prima donna in Jember is Teluk Love beach, located in Sumberrejo-Ambulu-Jember. The main attraction of the Love Bay is in terms of its shape that symbolizes love, which is not possessed by other destinations in Jember. The booming existence of the Love Bay increases tourist arrivals at this destination every day, in the other hand the condition of human resources and social economic environment is not ready to face of the growth of Love Bay tourism. Weak tourism knowledge, slum social environment patterns, society economic management are some challenges in developing this Love Bay tourism. Theoretically, if a tourist destination is well managed, tourists as subjects in the tourism industry have an important role in the sustainability of a tourist destination. The tourist services needs to get special attention. If the tourists are well served, then they will feel satisfied. This is a factor driving these tourists to come back, and with the more tourists it will have an effect on improving the economic level of the community itself. Based on the problems experienced by partners, the solutions that can be offered are providing soft skills training (attitude) for tourism services, providing hard skills training (procedural), providing assistance in the form of procurement of quality improvement service.

Abstract

Abstract Tourism is everything that concerns and deals with the affairs of someone travelling. Every traveller needs transportation and service facilities to get to their destination. Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal Bintan is a sea transportation company in Indonesia that provides international crossing services with Indonesian routes to Singapore. The services provided are still good and prioritize passenger comfort and safety. Passengers who use this transportation service come from various countries, namely, China, Australia, Singapore, Thailand and others countries with different types of classes. Not all ferry ports provide two different classes for passengers, namely economy class and Very Important Person (VIP) class such as those in the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal Bintan. VIP class passenger services require special services to be carried out in accordance with the standard operating procedures of the rules made by the company. Abstract

Abstract The area around Mount Bromo has many interesting tourism potential to be developed, such as eco-tourism, educational tourism, historical tourism, arts andculture and others. The government plans to make District Tutur, Pasuruan as a tourist destination will be related to the establishment of the Authority of BromoTengger Semeru. It is expected to be integrated, so that the TuturDistrictcan become part of the tourist destinations around Bromo. The method used in this research is descriptive method,using qualitative analysis. The approach used is a survey approach, observation and study of literature. Some tourist destinations are located in this area are: 1) Plantation Apples Krishna; 2) Bhakti Alam; 3) Condido Herbal Agro; 4) Mount Flora. The fourth potential of this tour has its own charm. With the fourth development potential of this tour, it is expected to support the development of local potential in the Tuturdistrict, Pasuruan in terms of tourism, so tourists who will visit Mount Bromo, would transit in the Tutur district and spend their money. Abstract

ABSTRACT Nglanggeran Tourism Village is a tourism village that has successfully implemented the ecotourism concept because when tourists are in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, they don't just come, take photos and go home, but can enjoy the beauty of nature, learn about nature, culture and mingle with local communities. Nglanggeran Tourism Village has excellent tourist attractions, namely Purba Volcano, Nglanggeran Embung, Kedung Kandang Waterfall, Puncak Kampung Pitu, Goat milk products and Nglanggeran specialty chocolate products. Nglanggeran Tourism Village also has various tours such as education tourism, culture tourism, adventure tourism, agro tourism and green tourism. All of these tours aim to allow tourists to mingle with nature, the local community and the culture of Nglanggeran Village. Abstract

Abstract Events are activities consist of transient, and every event is a unique blending of its duration, setting, management, and people. The aim of research are describe management of monthly and weekly event and marketing strategyoturism at Nusa Dua. The result are that event gathering financial, image and experiences. As the tourists are Nusa Dua organizer have hold the event by monthly and weekly based on theme and kind of event. Every event use rental space and ticket. Guidanceform the Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation the tarketing strategy to increasing tourists to visits Nusa Dua area are use flyer, baliho, roadshow, presentation and posting at social media (instagram, facebook). Abstract

Kampung Blekok terletak di Desa Klatakan, Kecamatan Kendit, Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur. Peraturan Bupati Situbondo No. 13 Tahun 2017 kawasan ini ditetapkan sebagai kawasan ekowisata mangrove dan burung air, bahkan dikategorikan 6 Desa Wisata Terbaik di Jawa Timur, Berdasarkan data Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Situbondo pada bulan Juni 2019, jumlah pengunjung Kampung Blekok sebesar 9.767 orang. Tingginya animo wisatawan sejauh ini belum diimbangi dengan layanan promosi dan reservasi yang optimal, sehingga mereka butuh sebuah media promosi berupa Website yang didalamnya memuat fitur pemesanan tiket (reservasi) sebelum wisatawan berkunjung ke Kampung Blekok. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pihak pengelola di Kampung Blekok dalam memberikan fasilitas informasi dan promosi terkait cara pemesanan untuk berkunjung dan menginap di homestay di Kampung Blekok. Rencana solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan adalah dengan membangun aplikasi berupa Website yang memberikan gambaran kepada calon pengunjung tentang wisata kampung Blekok yang di dalamnya terdapat fitur reservasi. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), metode pembimbingan dan pendampingan oleh tim pelaksana pengabdian dengan pihak Pokdarwis Kampung Blekok, Website dapat diakses melaluihttps://wisatakampungblekok.com/ Luaran yang ditargetkan adalah pengembangan Kampung Blekok menuju salah satu national destination.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi berhasil dalam pengembangan Pariwisata. Adanya perubahan dari citra buruk menjadi citra kota wisata dalam waktu 6 tahun perlu diteliti lebih lanjut sehingga citra yang sudah baik tidak menjadi buruk lagi. Citra Destinasi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar citra destinasi di Banyuwangi tetap terjaga dengan baik sehingga memunculkan loyalitas wisawatan yang baik juga. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan program statistik LISREL 8.80. Sampel yang digunakan adalah responden atau wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Banyuwangi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah citra tujuan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap variabel persepsi nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan. Demikian juga, nilai yang dirasakan memiliki pengaruh positif pada kepuasan dan loyalitas wisatawan.
