Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan unsur intrinsik pada kumpulan Cerpen Ketika Bismillah menjadi Alhamdulilah karya Dalman, dkk. serta untuk mengetahui apakah cerpen yang dianalisis tersebut dapat dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar pada  SMA  kelas XI Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan menyebarkan angket. Cerpen Antara Cinta dan Cita-cita, Brevet untuk Mak, dan Davina dan Universitas Impian merupakan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil; unsur instrinsik dalam cerpen berupa alur, tokoh/penokohan dan latar. Semua unsur tersebut berdasarkan pada silabus Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI semester dua, yakni mengapresiasi atau menganalisis karya sastra cerpen.  Data yang diperoleh, ketiga cerpen ini layak dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar pada siswa SMA. Hal ini mengacu pada teori pemilihan bahan ajar yakni; dari sudut bahasa, latar belakang budaya, dan psikologi. Kata Kunci: Cerpen, bahan ajar sastra, intrinsik.

Abstract

This article discussed the limited problems namely: lack of the ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI of even semester students at Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine the ability identifying intrinsic elements of drama texts in class XI students of SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, namely by identifying students' abilities in determining intrinsic elements of drama texts in accordance with indicators such as themes, mandate, plot/plot, character/ characterization, setting/setting, perspective, language style. In this study, 30 samples from 150 existing populations were determined and random sampling was taken. Based on the results of research was conducted by the author through data collection techniques using test techniques, namely students were given the task of drama text and determine intrinsic elements, that the level of students ability to identify intrinsic elements of drama text of XI grade students of Gajah Mada High School in Bandar Lampung as a whole can be said to be very good with indicators as follows: (1) determining the theme in the criteria is very well, (2) determining the mandate in the criteria is very well, (3) determining the flow in the criteria is very well, (4) determining the character / characterization in the criteria is very well, (5) determining the setting is in good criteria, (6) determining the point of view is in sufficient criteria, (7) determining the style of language is in sufficient criteria.

Abstract

This determination aims to find out what difficulties exist in high school students, the lack of knowledge of writing is one of the great homeworks for educators especially in the Indonesian language, writing is a way to train students to create creative ways of thinking and expand vocabulary, research in writing assignments This poetry is expected to know the meaning of language style, imagery and the use of both in poetry writing, language style is semeotic in building signs in poetry, imagery is an image that builds the character of a writing so that it reaches the reader when writing poetry.
