Abstract

Pesisir Barat Regency is the youngest regency in Lampung Province. Pesisir Barat Regency is the result of the division of West Lampung Regency, which was ratified based on Law Number 22 of 2012 concerning the Establishment of the West Coast Regency of Lampung Province on October 25, 2012 then inaugurated on April 22, 2013. West as an underdeveloped district in Indonesia, As a new autonomous region, West Coast District continues to improve to catch up, align itself or even surpass other areas in Lampung Province. Efforts to improve are carried out in a synergistic and simultaneous manner covering all fields and sectors, both in the government, economic, and cultural sectors. These efforts lead to the goal of prospering the people of Pesisir Barat Regency. West coast district has a lot of regional potential that can be developed to improve the status of the area and carry out development for progress. This study aims to look at the leading sectors in the disadvantaged areas of the west coast district. Based on the results of the analysis and calculation results that have been carried out, there are several leading sectors in the west coast district, namely the Location Question> 1. Shortly, the west coast district as a disadvantaged district has the potential to be developed based on its superior sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana penerapan prinsip good governance dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa yang berada di Kecamatan Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Sampel penelitian kualitatif ini adalah informan yang berperan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dana desa yang berada di Desa Way Muli dan Desa Batu Balak Kecamatan Rajabasa Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Pengambilan sampel atau sumber data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil wawancara dengan informan dianalisis dengan proses coding menggunakan software pengolahan dan manajemen data yaitu berupa aplikasi NVivo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa prinsip good governance telah diterapkan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang antara empat variabel yaitu: ISSI, JII, dan kurs terhadap Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data bulanan periode januari 2015 - mei 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kointegrasi untuk melihat adanya indikasi hubungan jangka panjang dan Error Correction Model untuk melihat hubungan jangka pendek. Berdasarkan koefisien regresi jangka panjang dan jangka pendek, variabel ISSI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Untuk variabel JII tidak berpengaruh terhadap Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Variabel Kurs berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Index Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG).

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is a relationship between the principlesof accountability, transparency, and participation with the management of villagefunds in Natar District, South Lampung Regency. This study looked at the extent towhich villages apply the principles of Good Governance in managing village fundsin running village government. This is by enacting Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning theFinancial Management of Village Funds. The population in this study was thevillages of Natar District, South Lampung Regency. The analysis method usesmultiple linear regression with SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of hypothesistesting using the Pearson correlation test using SPSS v25 software, only onehypothesis is supported, namely the accountability variable. At the same time, theother two hypotheses, namely, the variables of transparency and participation, arenot supported. The management of village funds in villages in Natar District, SouthLampung Regency is good enough to apply the principles and rules regardingaccountability. However, the principles of transparency and participation in themanagement of village funds are still not maximally implemented.
