Abstract

Tangerang City is one of the cities that has high concern in creating new entrepreneurs. As a city of MSMEs, South Tangerang City needs to increase its superior products which are characteristic of regional products. Among the entrepreneurs who have great potential to be developed and become an icon for the city of South Tangerang are Presto Milkfish processed products. However, this small industry still has obstacles, making it difficult to develop. With regard to the problems faced, the objectives of this activity are (1) To provide assistance and training in branding the EII Bandeng Presto products; (2) Provide assistance in an effort to make the EII Bandeng Presto product a superior product and a characteristic product of South Tangerang City; (3) Providing marketing assistance in order to reach a wider market. The method of activities to be carried out is a participatory approach through three stages, namely, preliminary surveys, mentoring, and evaluation. Activities to produce good and attractive partner product packaging. The results of the packaging evaluation show that the packaging used is quite good and attractive according to the packaging function.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and examine the correctness of the calculation and reporting as well as filling in the VAT period SPT based on Law number 11/2020. The type of data obtained is qualitative, and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research technique used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analysis technique used is data collection to then draw conclusions. The results show that PT. Khoerindo Makmur has performed calculations in accordance with tax regulations based on Law number 11/2020, but in reporting and depositing PT. Khoerindo Makmur hasn’t been in accordance with the appropriate date in the tax regulations

Abstract

In general, this research aims to find out whether the Implementation of Value Added Tax has been done correctly. This research aims to find out if PT. Geo Indogreen Karya has provided value added tax implementation services in increasing tax revenues at the tax service office optimally (based on value added tax procedures in accordance with applicable laws), and what efforts have been made by PT. Geo Indogreen Karya to overcome the obstacles that arise during the process of implementing the value added tax. The data used is sourced from the primary data of PT. Geo Indogreen Karya. The research methodology used by the authors is with qualitative analysis techniques. Especially for quantitative data analysis techniques, the author analyzes the data that has been obtained to get a broader meaning by calculating and interpreting the data that has been evaluated is associated with existing theories. The conclusion that can be drawn, that PT. Geo Indogreen Karya has carried out the implementation of VAT procedures optimally. Tax examiners have conducted a series of activities to search, collect, process data and or other information to test compliance with the fulfillment of tax obligations and for other purposes in order to implement the provisions of tax laws and regulations. There are still many procedures for implementing VAT that do not understand how to increase tax revenue, so there are obstacles at the time of confirmation submission that will result in the inhibition of the examination process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertuj uan untuk mengtahu i seberapa besar pengaruh brand image clan perceived value terhaclap keputusanpembelian clalam berlangganan layanan Netflix. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif clan menggunakan program SPSS13 clengan jum lah sampe sebanyak 101 responclen yang merupakan Mahasiswa di provinsi Jakarta yang berlangganan aplikasiNetfl ix. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling clan purposive sampling. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital intensity, capital structure, working capital turnover onfinancial performance moderated by independent commissioners. Capital intensity was measured using the capitalintensity ratio, capital structure was measured using the debt to equity ratio, working capital turnover was measuredusing working of capital turnover (WCTO), financial performance was measured using return on assets. Thepopulation used in this study uses companies listed in the food and beverage sector that are listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling with a total of 105 observations. Theanalytical method used in this research is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The hypothesis is accepted if theprobability value is 0.05. The results showed that capital intensity, capital structure and working capital turnover had noeffect on financial performance, independent commissioners did not moderate the effect of capital intensity, capitalstructure and working capital turnover on financial performance.
