Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) blended learning bagi guru Fisika MGMP Ogan Ilir bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran berbasis daring. Kegiatan dikemas dalam konsep penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 3 siklus. Siklus I membahas materi rencana pembelajaran blended learning menggunakan zoom meeting. Siklus 2 pembimbingan secara online dan tugas mandiri secara asinkronis. Siklus 3 pembimbingan secara kolaboratif dengan menggunakan zoom meeting dan pada tahapan akhir dilaksanakan seminar hasil kegiatan. Teknik pengumpulan data teknik nontes. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yang dilaksanakan secara asinkronis. Data yang terkumpul berbentuk RPP blended learning dan kemudian diobservasi sesuai indikator kelengkapan RPP. Teknik analisa menggunakan deksriptif dengan menentukan presentase. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam membuat RPP hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase sebesar 94%.  Dapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan keterampilan Guru MGMP Fisika Ogan Ilir dalam menyusun Rencana Pembelajaran Blended Learning pada mata pelajaran Fisika.  Assistance activities have been carried out to prepare Blended learning implementation plans for Physics teacher MGMP Ogan Ilir. This activity aims to improve the skills of teachers in preparing online-based learning plans. Activities are packaged in the concept of classroom action research which is carried out in 3 cycles. Cycle I discusses the material of the blended learning plan using zoom meetings. Cycle 2 online guidance and asynchronous independent assignment. Cycle 3 Collaborative guidance using zoom meetings, and in the final stage, a seminar on the results of the activities are held. Non-test technique data collection techniques. The data collection instrument used an observation sheet which was carried out asynchronously and synchronously through a zoom meeting. The analysis technique uses a percentage, and then it is described. The results showed an increase in the skills of teachers in making lesson plans, which was indicated by the percentage of validity of 94%. It can be concluded that there is an increase in the skills of the Physics MGMP Teachers of Ogan Ilir in compiling Blended Learning Plans on Physics subjects.
