Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pelatihan Microsoft Word ini bertujuan untuk membekali keterampilan pegawai kantor desa Ulak Kapal dalam penggunaan perangkat komputer khususnya yang berkaitan dengan sistem pelayanan administrasi masyarakat. Saat ini perangkat Desa Ulak Kapal tidak menguasai penggunaan program komputer standar antara lain Word. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pelatihan dan memberikan materi Microsoft Word yang sering digunakan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari pelayanan administrasi masyarakat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfrekuensi satu kali dalam seminggu. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan informasi, pengetahuan serta membantu Perangkat desa Ulak Kapal untuk meningkatkan layanan administrasi.

Abstract

Sistem pemasaran telah mengalami pergeseran dari pemasaran tradisional ke pemasaran digital. Hal ini karena masyarakat mulai terbiasa melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas secara online termasuk dalam pembelian suatu barang seperti bahan pangan segar. Pembelian bahan pangan segar secara online ini banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat di perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keputusan pembelian bahan pangan segar secara online oleh konsumen rumah tangga di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui perilaku responden dalam pengenalan kebutuhan, alasan responden membeli bahan pangan segar secara online adalah sebagai alternatif pembelian jika malas keluar rumah, sedang sibuk, PPKM, dan banyak toko hingga pasar yang tutup. Pada tahap pencarian informasi menunjukkan bahwa konsumen mendapatkan informasi tentang bahan pangan segar yang dijual secara online dari media publik.  Tahap ketiga yaitu evaluasi alternatif menunjukkan bahwa harga merupakan faktor yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam membeli bahan pangan segar secara online. Tahapan keempat yaitu keputusan pembelian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan membeli bahan pangan secara online paling banyak adalah tergantung situasi. Tahapan terakhir yaitu evaluasi pasca pembelian dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa puas terhadap bahan pangan segar yang dibeli secara online.

Abstract

Vegetables were a type of food that had a complete nutritional content needed by the human body. Consumption patterns made by consumers for a vegetable were inseparable from the various main factors that influence the decision called consumer attitudes. This study aims to analyze attitudes and patterns of consumption of vegetables in households in Bandar Lampung City. Research data was collected on June 2021. Respondents in the study were 60 housewives in Bandar Lampung City. Household consumer attitudes towards vegetables were analyzed using the Fishbein multiattribute model, while descriptive analysis was used to analyze household consumption patterns for vegetables. The results show that household attitudes in Bandar Lampung City towards vegetables have an Ao value of 104.66 and a very positive attitude category. The pattern of vegetable consumption households in Bandar Lampung City includes the average consumption of mustard greens, kale, and spinach of 0.5 kg/week, 0.41 kg/week, and 0.43 kg/week, respectively. The majority of the frequency of consumption of spinach and kale was two times a week, while the consumption of mustard greens was one time a week. The reasons for consumers consuming mustard greens, kale, and spinach were preferences with successive percentages of 43.4 percent, 36.7 percent, and 38.3 percent. Housewives obtain vegetables by buying them directly at traditional markets or modern markets.

Abstract

This research was conducted using a case study method that aims to conduct an analysis on the raw material procurement and production performance in the agroindustry of Kapal Lampung Brand ground coffee and the agroindustry of Intan Brand ground coffee in Bandar Lampung City. The two locations of this research were purposefully selected based on the purpose of comparing two ground coffee agroindustries that compete with each other in two different regions and the length of time since the business was established. Research data was collected for one month, from December 2021 to January 2022. Analysis of raw material procurement is carried out by qualitative descriptive analysis based on the six precise aspects of quantity, quality, place, time, price, and type. Analysis of production performance is carried out by quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis based on the aspects of productivity, capacity, quality, delivery speed, flexibility, and process speed. This research shows that the raw material procurement activities in two coffee powder agroindustries are not as precise as expected in terms of price. Overall, the production performance of both ground agroindustries does not belong in the good category.
