Abstract

The aim of this study is to release students of Islamic accounting course from secularism and capitalism. This research uses dialogic approach to raise the awareness of criticalmuslim students. The philosophical values of the French movie entitled “Le Grand Voyage” were taken as method of analysis. The reality of Islamic accounting students who are secularist and capitalist was then metaphorized into this film. The results of this study showed that the students could find not only material values, but also emotional values and spiritual values in accounting. There are several values that can be seen from the students’ story telling: material value , altruism value, love value, and spiritual value. It is hoped that this article could give an overview to Islamic accounting educators to provide accounting course accompanied by Islamic substance of tawheed.

Abstract

Dewasa ini kita sedang diresahkan dengan penyebaran wabah Covid-19. Hal ini mengakibatkan semua aspek kehidupan manusia terganggu baik dari aspek Intelektualiatas maupun Spiritualitas. Mayoritas siswa siswa di kelurahan dinoyo yang sedang menimba ilmu mengalami kesulitan pada saat menerima materi yang diberikan, sehingga membuat peserta didik lama kelamaan merasa jenuh dan tertekan dengan materi-materi serta  tugas-tugas yang diberikan. . Selain itu Covid-19 ini juga mengakibatkan kegiatan anak-anak TPQ Al-Muhajirin tidak berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dari permasalahan diatas dapat diatasi dengan beberapa metode yakni pendampingan belajar online dan mengajar mengaji yang dipandang cukup efisien untuk peserta didik dalam meningkatkan nilai intelektualitas serta spiritualitas. Kegiatan KSM-TEMATIK Universitas Islam Malang dilaksanakan secara langsung pada tanggal 02 Agustus 2021-14 September 2021 di Kelurahan Dinoyo RW 06 Malang. Mengukuhkan kemampuan pengambdian masyarakat melalui penguatan intelektualitas dan spiritualitas yang dapat berperan dalam menunjang keberhasilan yang merupakan salah satu program kegiatan KSM-TEMATIK Universitas Islam Malang.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of emotional and rational factors on student decisions to chooseIndonesian Islamic Bank products at the University of Islam Malang students. The sample in this study was 99students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of thedata used in this study using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity,simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of this study show that variableemotional factors and rational factors significantly affect the decision to choose a product. While partially 1)the emotional factor variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose a product,2) the rational factor variable partially has a significant and positive effect on the decision to choose a product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of customer knowledge, religiosity, and social environment oninterest in saving in Islamic banks among students of the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used iscorrelational research. The sample in this study was 99 students of the Islamic University of Malang. Data wascollected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study using validity test, reliability test,normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, simultaneous F test, coefficient of determination, and t-testresults. The results of this study simultaneously the variables of customer knowledge, religiosity, and socialenvironment have a significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banks. While partially 1) the variable ofcustomer knowledge partially has a significant positive effect on interest in saving, 2) religiosity partially has asignificant and positive effect on interest in saving, and the social environment partially has a significant andnegative effect on interest in saving.

Abstract

Kegiatan jual beli produk fashion secara online atau melalui e-commerce sudah cukup berkembangsaat ini khususnya di Indonesia, sebab memiliki banyak manfaat yang salah satunya mempermudah konsumenuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan berbelanja lantaran lebih praktis dan dapat diakses dimanapun selama memilikikoneksi internet. Namun disisi lain kegiatan jual beli secara online juga memiliki dampak negatif terkaitpermasalahan hukum yang bisa merugikan konsumen. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini maka transaksitersebut dianggap tidak sah karena tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis dan juga peraturan dalam hukum islam.Oleh sebab itu konsumen berhak mendapatkan perlindungan konsumen agar terpenuhi kebutuhanya dalammelakukan transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifdeskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan dengan teknik library dan fieldresearch dan di analisa menggunakan metode triangulasi. Peneliti memperoleh hasil bahwasanya pelaku usahadalam transaksi jual beli produk fashion secara online sudah menerapkan peraturan sesuai dengan hukumislam dan juga etika bisnis islam yang mana berarti telah terjadi pula perlindungan konsumen di dalamtransaksi tersebut.

Abstract

The Korean Wave phenomenon entered Indonesia through halal food diplomacy suchas k-pop and k-drama. This has led to high consumer buying interest in Korean food. Thisstudy aimed to determine the effect of halal certification and halal awareness on the purchaseintention of Korinus TOK-POKI food products. The population in this study are Muslimstudents who love Korean dramas and are interested in buying and have purchased HalalTok-Poki (Korinus Tok-Poki) products in Malang City. The sample used in this study was 74respondents who had met the sampling criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linearregression, instrument test, descriptive analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, andhypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially halal certification has apositive and significant effect on buying interest; partially, halal awareness has a positiveand significant effect on buying interest. Moreover, halal certification and awareness affectthe interest in buying Korinus TOK-POKI food products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Productive Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh (ZIS) on the performance of MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results of data analysis show that Productive ZIS simultaneously affects the performance of MSMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Partially, productive ZIS affects the performance of MSMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan literasi keuangan terhadap minatmasyarakat Desa Baruharjo, Kecamatan Durenan, Kabupaten Trenggalek dalam menabung di lembagakeuangan syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Baruharjo, Kecamatan Durenan,Kabupaten Trenggalek yang berusia minimal 18 tahun dan memiliki tabungan atau produk di lembagakeuangan syariah. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitiansebanyak 97 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisisregresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dalam uji f menunjukkan bahwasanya variabel religiusitas dan literasikeuangan syariah secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat menabung. Sedangkan dengan uji tmenunjukkan bahwasanya variabel religiusitas (X1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat menbaung(Y) dengan nilai signifikasi 0.005 < 0.05, sedangkan pada variabel literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap minat menabung (Y) dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the mechanism of Peer to Peer Lending services at PT Ammana Fintek Syariah and explain the application of DSN MUI Fatwa Number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 regarding Peer to Peer Lending products. The analysis uses qualitative methods with content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Peer to Peer Lending service mechanism at PT Ammana Fintek Syariah has been registered and licensed at the OJK, there are three service mechanism products, namely Ammana funding, Hajj financing, and Ammana Paylater. Legally, it is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The financing agreement sourced from PT. Ammana Fintek Syariah based on QS. Al-Anfaal verse 27 and Ijab Qobul in accordance with the QS. Al-Maidah paragraph 1. Application of Peer to Peer Lending products that are not in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa no. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 in the general provisions of point 19, namely Gharar. At PT. Ammana Fintek Syariah which is a product of Dana Ammana regarding contracts, there is confusion with the contracts used that are not in accordance with sharia principles

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and exchange rates on theprofitability of Islamic Commercial Banks listed at OJK in 2016-2020. The analyticalmethod used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. for hypothesis testingusing SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) the inflation variable has asignificant negative effect on profitability (Y). 2) the exchange rate variable has no effecton profitability (Y). while the inflation and exchange rate variables affect profitability.
