Abstract

Abstrak.Self-esteem (harga diri) merupakan kebutuhan individu yang berhubungan dengan motif berprestasi dan kepercayaan diri sendiri. Pada perkembangan siswa di masa remaja yang terkadang memiliki keinginan diperhatikan secara berlebihan atau bahkan ingin diberikan kebebasan seluas-luasnya, guru harus berhati-hati memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan atau koreksi atas kekeliruan yang dilakukan siswa. Harga diri siswa SMP VII SMP 7 Sentajo Raya memilik Karakteristik tergolong ke dalam masa remaja awal. Dalam hal ini perlu dihrapkan ada umpan balik sehingga akan meningkatkan self-esteem (harga dir), dengan meningkatnya harga diri maka akan meningkatkan motivasi anak dalam pembelajaran. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam membantu mengembangkan self esteem. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-test and Post-test Group Design) Dalam penelitian ini penulis melihat pengaruh pemberian umpan balik positif, netral dan negatif terhadap self-esteem pada siswa SMP, dengan populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 orang. Hasil hipotesis penelitian menemukan bahwa, (1).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemberian umpan balik positif, Umpan balik Netral dan Umpan Balik Negative terhadap perkembangan self-esteem yang sehat pada siswa SMP. (2).Pemberian umpan balik positif akan memberikan pengaruh paling baik dalam mengembangkan self esteem yang sehat pada siswa kelas 1 SMP.

Abstract

This study aimed to know to what extent students’ skill of basic movement of freestyle swimming technique, the problem can be formulated as how are students’ mastery of basic swimming movement of freestyle swimming technique in Swimming course of Health, Physical Education and Recreation Department of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Universitas Islam Riau. This study was descriptive design. There were 30 male students as participants of this research. The research result showed that there were 67% of students categorized as good level of freestyle swimming technique which 33% errors level.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators and learning resources in a learning environment. Therefore, the role of the principal as an intermediary connecting the education system, teachers and performance must be perfected. Research objectives: (1) to investigate further about the level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers and (2) to see the effect of the swimming learning method on the physical condition of students in 10-year-old children at SDN 016 Tanah Merah. Research Method: The approach in this study uses the "Pretest Posttest Design". This research involved 10-year-old students of Elementary School (SD) 016 Tanah Merah with a population of grade 4 students. This research involved students of SDN 016 Tanah Merah. To determine the number of samples in this study, researchers used Raosoft software. The results of calculating the sample size obtained for the grade 4 student population are at SDN 016 Tanah Merah. In this study, "Pretest-Posttest Design" acts as the main research instrument. Divided into several aspects such as (i) Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) to get feedback on transformational leadership, and (ii) Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) to get feedback on teacher job satisfaction. The data obtained in this study were analyzed through descriptive and inferential methods using Smart PLS software.
