Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kehadiran Covid-19 hanya berdampak dalam kesehatan masyarakat, namun pula perekonomian aneka macam negara, termasuk Indonesia. Akibat pandemi ini, beberapa pemerintah wilayah menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang berdampak dalam restriksi kegiatan masyarakat. Menurunnya kegiatan tadi berdampak dalam status sosial ekonomi masyarakat, terutama yang rentan dan miskin. Memang, Neraca Pembayaran dibutuhkan permanen mendukung dan mendukung ketahanan sektor eksternal. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan buat memperjelas sejauh mana efek Covid19 terhadap perekonomian Indonesia menurut sisi neraca pembayaran dan proyeksi ke depan, mengingat potensi jangka panjang menurut pandemi covid-19. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yg berupaya mencari data dan efek pandemi Covid-19 terhadap neraca pembayaran Indonesia. Penelitian ini memakai metode perpustakaan. Hasil : Alhasil, efek Covid19 terhadap neraca pembayaran Indonesia terasa sampai akhir triwulan I-2020, mencatat defisit US$8.545 juta dan surplus US$9.245 juta dalam kuartal II-2020. terbukti semakin tinggi drastis. Meski mengalami penurunan dalam kuartal III, tetapi masih mencatatkan surplus sebesar $2,053 juta, ini lebih baik menurut periode sebelumnya. Kesimpulan : Indonesia juga terkena dampak pandemi Covid-19, dimana 4.444 sektor ekonomi banyak yang tumbang dan mengalami pertumbuhan negatif 4.444. Selain itu, munculnya pandemi Covid-19 telah menetapkan norma baru bagi investor.

Abstract

Since the arrival of the Covid-19 phenomenon, it has changed people's consumption behavior a lot, at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemi it proved that the Covid-19 disaster greatly affected the health, social, tourism, and economic conditions of an area. Regions that basically rely on the most superior economic sector for regional progress, have finally been neglected due to the arrival of this virus. One of them is MSMEs, currently MSMEs are experiencing various problems such as declining sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulty in raw materials, declining production and layoffs of workers, this is a threat to the national economy. This research focuses on the generation and development of MSMEs by utilizing digital technology into businesses and the government's efforts to facilitate MSMEs to grow the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 Pandemi, which has existed since the beginning of 2019 and has had many negative impacts on the world's economic sector, including Indonesia. The data collection technique in this research is library research. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, brochures, and other data relevant to the research theme. The results of this study are how business actors use digital technology in making new product innovations and how the government revives the economic sector by facilitating MSMEs.
