Abstract

Since the arrival of the Covid-19 phenomenon, it has changed people's consumption behavior a lot, at the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemi it proved that the Covid-19 disaster greatly affected the health, social, tourism, and economic conditions of an area. Regions that basically rely on the most superior economic sector for regional progress, have finally been neglected due to the arrival of this virus. One of them is MSMEs, currently MSMEs are experiencing various problems such as declining sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulty in raw materials, declining production and layoffs of workers, this is a threat to the national economy. This research focuses on the generation and development of MSMEs by utilizing digital technology into businesses and the government's efforts to facilitate MSMEs to grow the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 Pandemi, which has existed since the beginning of 2019 and has had many negative impacts on the world's economic sector, including Indonesia. The data collection technique in this research is library research. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, brochures, and other data relevant to the research theme. The results of this study are how business actors use digital technology in making new product innovations and how the government revives the economic sector by facilitating MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna mahasiswa S2 UINSU terhadap layanan fintech Dompet Online DANA. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan termasuk kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas layanan, keamanan, promosi, dan jenis layanan yang ditawarkan oleh fintech tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan fokus pada hubungan sebab-akibat. Sampel terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa S2 UINSU yang menggunakan layanan Dompet Online DANA, dan data diperoleh melalui penggunaan kuesioner dengan skala Likert sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengungkap dampak faktor-faktor tersebut terhadap keputusan penggunaan dan tingkat kepuasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas layanan, keamanan, promosi, dan jenis layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa S2 UINSU terhadap layanan fintech Dompet Online DANA. Selain itu, hubungan antara keputusan penggunaan dan tingkat kepuasan menunjukkan adanya siklus timbal balik di mana tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keputusan penggunaan yang lebih positif, dan sebaliknya. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya bagi perusahaan fintech, seperti Dompet Online DANA, untuk mempertimbangkan dan meningkatkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan penggunaan dan kepuasan pelanggan dalam pengembangan layanan mereka. Abstract

This study is set against the backdrop of the Eco City Investment Policy implementation in Rempang, which is a sustainable urban development strategy aiming to integrate economic growth with environmental preservation. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the impact of the Eco City Investment Policy on the local community's economy from an Islamic Economics perspective, emphasizing social-economic balance and justice, as well as environmental preservation. The research methodology is qualitative, utilizing a descriptive approach to collect and analyze data obtained from secondary sources. The findings indicate that the Eco City Investment Policy in Rempang has significant potential to enhance community welfare through job creation and increased environmental awareness, in line with the Islamic economic principle of balance and justice. However, there are challenges and obstacles in its implementation, requiring commitment and coordination among stakeholders. The implication of this research is the necessity to incorporate Islamic Economic values and principles in the planning and implementation of sustainable development policies like Eco City, to achieve fair and sustainable economic growth in harmony with the environment. This study contributes to the understanding of how sustainable investment policies can be designed and implemented to support inclusive and environmentally friendly economic growth in accordance with Islamic Economic principles.
