ABSTRAKUsaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Tenun Ikat yang berada di Kota Kupang, sebagian besarmasih menenun secara tradisional yaitu menenun dengan tangan tanpa menggunakan mesin danuntuk pewarnaan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan alam. UKM ini setiap hari mampu menjualsebanyak 20-30 helai kain, berupa: selendang, sarung dan selimut, tas, sepatu, dompet, pakaianjadi, berbagai jenis aksesoris berbahan dasar tenunan dan souvenir khas NTT. Media penjualanyang digunakan selain toko, juga menggunakan media sosial yaitu Instagram dan Facebook.Penjualan telah memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook dan Instagram sangatmembantu, namun informasi yang diberikan masih terbatas dan kelemahan manajemen penjualandan keuangan dimana manajemen penjualan dan keuangan belum terdokumentasi dengan baikmasih menggunakan pencatatan manual sehingga rekapan penjualan dan aliran keuangan seringterjadi kesalahan. Untuk itu diperlukan pengembangan dan pelatihan sistem informasi manajemenkeuangan, sehingga meminimalisir kesalahan dalam mengelola keuangan.

Pemberdayaan guru melalui media Video Pembelajaran yang merangkum : materi ajar dalam tema tertentu, LKS, Soal tugas, dan media gambar dari buku teks, serta memanfaatkan Group WA untuk mengirim video. Selain itu, Guru mengajar dalam bentuk tim, dengan kegiatan PLAN yaitu menyusun bersama rencana pembelajaran, DO melakukan bersama di kelas dari apa yang telah direncanakan, dan SEE merefleksikan bersama dari hasil pelakasanaan di kelas. Kegiatan ini di SDK Sta. Maria Assumpta Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur. Selanjutnya hasil kegiatan ini dianalisis untu melihat ada pengaruh atau tidak terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan data analisis dapat dijelaskan bahwa secara korelasi diperoleh angka R sebesar 0.962 dan R2 sebesar 95.6 %, Maka terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kemampuan guru dan LSLC terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Uji F diperoleh data yaitu F hitung > F tabel (153.219 > 3,88), maka ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara Kemampuan guru dan keterlaksanaan LSLC terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Uji t pada variabel X1 dan X2 dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel (8.679 > 2,178) maka secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan antara kemampuan guru dan keterlaksanaan LSLC terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, kemampuan guru dan keterlaksanaan LSLC secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Time-Frequency Analysis on Gong Timor Music has an important role in the application of signal-processing music such as tone tracking and music transcription or music signal notation. Some of Gong characters is heard by different ways of forcing Gong himself, such as how to play Gong based on the Player’s senses, a set of Gong, and by changing the tempo of Gong instruments. Gong's musical signals have more complex analytical criteria than Western music instrument analysis. This research uses a Gong instrument and two notations; frequency analysis of Gong music frequency compared by the Short-time Fourier Transform (STFT), Overlap Short-time Fourier Transform (OSTFT), and Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) method. In the STFT and OSTFT methods, time-frequency analysis Gong music is used with different windows and hop size while CWT method uses Morlet wavelet. The results show that the CWT is better than the STFT methods.

There are many problems in the process of credit payment, for example, to find out the location of the debtor who is late in the payment, debtors live nomads since they have only temporary ID Cards.his one of the reasons for the debt collectors having difficulties to find them in order to ask their payment. Therefore, it is important to build a geographic information system that can assist the employee for searching the debtor location. The tools for building this application are using PHP 7 programming language and MySQL database. This study is also using an expanding method of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model. There are five stages of waterfall model i.e. analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The result provides an application for detecting the location of the debtors who are late on payment.

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) merupakan salah satu dari 10 provinsi yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah menjadi destinasi unggulan wisata. Daya Tarik Wisata (DTW) yang dimiliki oleh Provinsi NTT sebanyak 458 DTW. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke NTT, Pulau Timor menjadi salah satu tempat tujuan utama wisatawan. Pulau Timor adalah sebuah pulau dibagian selatan Nusantara. Pulau ini dikenal memiliki jutaan pesona kekayaan alam, perairan yang jernih, hutan yang unik, serta kehidupan suku-suku Timor yang masih menjaga tradisi. Namun informasi dalam sebuah website dengan alamat www.dispar.nttprov.go.id, disampaikan cenderung dalam format yang statis dan relatif sulit untuk diperbarui infonya dengan cepat. Oleh karena itu, melalui Sistem Informasi Geografis Pariwisata diharapkan dapat menampilkan gambaran peta wisata pulau timor sehingga lebih menarik dan dapat dinikmati oleh masyarakat luas. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall (Siklus Air Terjun). Tampilan peta menggunakan Google Maps API, bahasa pemrograman yaitu PHP7 dan MySQL sebagai database server. Sistem informasi geografis tempat pariwisata di pulau timor berbasis web ini merupakan sistem yang memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai lokasi objek wisata di pulau timor beserta fasilitas pendukungnya meliputi informasi lokasi tempat wisata, jenis wisata, berita dan fasilitas sekitar lokasi wisata.

Labuan Bajo adalah kota Pelabuhan yang merupakan ibu kota dari Kabupaten Manggarai Barat. Kota ini menjadi pintu gerbang untuk destinasi wisata alam yang indah dan terkenal disekitarnya. Untuk mengakses destinasi-destinasi wisata ini, maka para wisatawan membutuhkan armada transportasi kapal pesiar. Pemesanan tiket kapal pesiar di Kota Labuan dapat dilakukan dengan mengunjungi pelni atau melakukan pemesanan via media sosial yang didapat dari website. Pemesanan dengan metode ini dapat menyulitkan costumer karena sulit untuk mengetahui kredibilitas sebuah website yang menyediakan paket perjalanan kapal pesiar. Dari sisi agen, histori pemesanan masih harus dicatat kembali melalui percakapan di media sosial. Pemesanan dengan cara ini juga dapat menyulitkan Dinas Perhubungan dalam mendata seluruh informasi dari agen-agen yang ada di Kota Labuan Bajo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas dengan merekayasa sistem reservasi tiket kapal pesiar berbasis mobile apps yang memiliki kredibilitas yang tinggi agar pengguna dapat melakukan reservasi kapal pesiar secara aman. Sistem yang direkayasapun dapat menyimpan dan merepresentasikan kembali informasi pemesanan dalam bentuk laporan dan grafik sehingga dapat mempermudah agen dalam melakukan rekapan infromasi pemesanan. sistem ini juga dapat membantu pihak Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Manggarai Barat dalam memantau dan mendata seluruh informasi dari agen-agen yang ada di Kota Labuan Bajo.

WiFi is a well-known technology that utilizes electronic equipment to exchange data wirelessly (using radio waves) through a computer network, including high speed internet connections. In addition there are currently many internet services for the public provided by companies such as PT. Telkom which provides wifi.id corner and Diskominfo which provides free wifi for public to help people who need internet access for work purposes. In Kupang City Regency,have been many scattered public internet services such as wifi.id corner and free wifi spread, but will there are still many people who do not yet the location information of wifi.id corner and free wifi , so there is a sense of discomfort by people who really need these services. Therefore built a Geographic Information System (GIS) web-based for mapping wifi id corner locations and free wifi using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research uses the Waterfall Life Cycle Software Development (CLC) development method. The waterfall model has five stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. The results of this study are Web-GIS applications that can provide information about Wifi Id Corner and Free Wifi in Kupang City as is of location maps, names, addresses, facilities and images wifi id corner locations and the selected free wifi locations.

Weaving Ikat UMKM in Kupang City amounted to 82 groups spread across 6 Districts. Sampling technique for all ikat weaving businesses by segmenting business actors who have, and do not yet have a shop or physical building in a sale and purchase transaction. technological innovation marks a change in economic performance to be technology-based which has higher added value. E-commerce is the process of buying, selling, or exchanging goods, services and information through a computer network, including the Internet. In an effort to develop ikat weaving in order to develop globally, it is necessary to apply digital technology or e-commerce to attract a broad market. In this study using descriptive quantitative, where in quantitative research with this descriptive format aims to explain, summarize various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in the community and the object of research is based on what happened. In general, this study uses inductive statistics to analyze research data. Judging from the knowledge of the online sales system, UMKM woven ikat basically knows information about online sales but due to limited knowledge and abilities, MSMEs have not been able to use it. In this regard, weaving SMEs said they were ready to learn and implement an online sales system. In the online purchasing process, the community does not experience obstacles. Based on the results of data analysis of 82 ikat weaving, that: 100% MSME Medium category, 85% MSME Small category and 80% MSME Small category are ready to implement digital e-commerce technology for business development in order to survive and compete globally.

The Department of Agriculture of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is a regional apparatus with the main task of providing services to the community in the agricultural sector, one of which is food coverage. The website http://distan.nttprov.go.id does not yet contain information about food production results that are complete and clear. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a Food Production Results Visualization which is expected to display a picture of food production results based on the year of production, types of commodities and production results from each district in the province of East Nusa Tenggara that is easily accessed and understood by the public. The method used in this study is the waterfall system development method. The graphic design displayed on this website uses ChartJS. The programming languages used are PHP 7 and MySQL as database server. The results of this study are a Web-based Visualization of Food Production Results in East Nusa Tenggara Province which contains complete and clear information and is easily accessible to all parties..

Managing letters related to residence in Babau Village usually takes a long time. Residents must meet directly with the head of the RT/RW in the domicile area to obtain a cover letter, then they can go to the Kelurahan office to arrange the intended documents. The problem that then arises is if the community cannot meet the RT/RW leader because of busy life. Likewise if it arrives at the Kelurahan office, it turns out that the Lurah is not there. This will certainly hinder the management process. In addition to the above problems, another problem that can also arise is the RT/RW cover letter that has the potential to be falsified.These problems can be solved by building a Digital Village platform where the community does not need to meet directly with the RT/RW but can use the existing platform to manage the required documents. The proposal letter that goes to RT/RW can be directly approved and forwarded to the Village Head to be approved and ready to be printed. Everything is done without the need for paperless paperwork.
