It face on government policy that arrange the utilizing of the cellular common tower in order to maintain the esthetical planology city management. Abstract

Pertambahan jumlah pengguna telekomunikasi bergerak seluler yang semakin tinggi berimplikasi pada kian banyaknya menara seluler di berbagai wilayah. Upaya setiap operator untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan BTS (Base Transceiver Station) mensyaratkan penempatan antenna secara strategis sesuai karakteristik sinyal dan propagasi telekomunikasi. Kecenderungan perlombaan operator untuk mengamankan daerah layanan dan pelanggan mereka berakibat pada munculnya fenomena ’hutan menara’ di wilayah yang bersangkutan. Pada gilirannya, optimasi menara seluler merupakan solusi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model optimasi menara seluler yang berkaitan dengan jumlah menara , radius layanan komunikasi, dan banyaknya operator yang dapat memfungsikan sebuah menara bersama secara efektif. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan mendata jumlah dan sebaran pengguna di sekitar menara , mengukur kualitas sinyal komunikasi melalui survei lapangan dan eksperimentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh akan menjadi pengayaan dalam kajian dan pengembangan aplikasi teknik telekomunikasi seluler pada umumnya. Namun secara khusus diharapkan sebagai rujukan aktual bagi para operator telekomunikasi seluler dan pemerintah daerah (kota dan kabupaten) untuk menopang pengembangan bisnis telekomunikasi dan penataan pembangunan wilayah secara terpadu dan sinergis. Kata Kunci : Optimasi menara, Penataan menara seluler bersama, Telekomunikasi bergerak.

Abstract

The presence of air quality monitoring in the city was instrumental in the day-to-day human activities which serve to have high mobility. As long as there is still no system that can provide accurate information about the conditions of temperature and air at the site, but this information is needed as a warning and consideration. Although there are tools needed quite complex because it requires a computer server, while the use of server computers are found to be efficient when placed at a location outside the room. Based on the above problems the author to design and create a system of temperature monitoring and web-based air pollution that can be accessed through the medium of computer networks. This web-based monitoring systems embedded in a chip, making it more flexible without needing a computer server. Keyword: Embedded Web Server, Temperature Monitoring, Air Quality Monitoring.

Abstract

This thesis describes the design of an early warning system against fire, the overall systemconsists of hardware and software. The hardware system consists of temperature sensors and gas sensorsthat detect signs of fire the detection of gas, smoke and increase in temperature in a room. All detectedinformation is processed by a microcontroller atmega16 that function ring alarm form buzzer, exos fanand hydrant based on predefined parameters, namely ≤ 36 ° for safe levels indicated green, ≥46° forstandby levels indicated yellow, ≥60° for alert levels indicated red and last ≥80° for evacuation levelsindicated red and to transmit the data to the server computer via serial communication lines. BorlandDelphi7 as software (user interface) on a computer server function display and record the results of thetwo sensor readings along with the details of time, date, month and year.Keyword : Early Warning Fire, Serial Communications, User Interface, ATMega16, Delphi7.

Abstract

Pengontrolan atau pengendalian peralatan rumah tangga ini menggunakan Teknologi komunikasi yang berbasis Handphone dengan fasilitas SMS. Untuk proses kerjanya, Handphone mengirimkan data 10 bit yang terdiri dari 1 bit start, 8 bit data, dan 1 bit stop dalam taraf tegangan RS (Recommended Standart) dan kemudian di rubah oleh oleh IC MAX232 sehingga tegangannya menjadi taraf TTL (Transistor Transistor Logic), sebab Mikrokontroler bekerja pada taraf TTL. Dalam proses penerimaan sinyalnya, diterjemahkan dalam bentuk kode bilangan Heksadesimal, sehingga bisa digunakan untuk mengaktifkan Mikrokontroler dengan tujuan agar peralatan rumah tangga seperti Televisi, AC, Kipas dan lain-lainnya dapat di On atau Di Offkan. Dalam pengoperasiannya, alat pengontrol ini tidak banyak mengalami kesulitan, karena sangat mudah dan efisien, hanya membutuhkan sebuah pesan yang pengirimannya dapat dilakukan dimana saja atau kapanpun dengan cepat dan efektif Kata Kunci : Teknologi komunikasi, SMS, IC MAX232

Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a piconet pervasive system that meets the Cisco standard for QoS video streaming value of the throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss, by performing the optimization and analysis of video streaming on the network, by utilizing the bluetooth cell phones and computers media in an condition which have Wi-Fi or do not have Wi-Fi. The stages of research are analysis of bluetooth network system, design a prototype system, audio video compression, hint track, optimization, system testing, performance measurement, and analysis of measurement results. The results showed packet loss value for all video compression on a client-server distance of 2.5 m, 5 m, 7.5 m and 10 m has been fulfilling the Cisco standard of QoS video streaming, where the smallest value obtained at 8 kbps data rate of 2.12% packet loss to an condition that does not have Wi-Fi, and a distance of client - server 2.5 m. In condition that have Wi-Fi interference, the largest value obtained at 24 kbps data rate of 4.62% packet loss to an condition that have a distance of client - server 10 m. This value is still appropriate of Cisco QoS standards streaming video that sets the value of the largest packet loss is 5%. Delay parameters have values ranged from 0.43 - 1.81 milliseconds, while the standard of maximum delay for QoS video streaming is 5 seconds.Keywords: video streaming, bluetooth, QoS, optimization, Wi-Fi interference.
