Abstract

A positive condition for the company is believed by the government in 2018 to help build infrastructure in several major cities in Indonesia such as toll roads and the development of ports and airports. On the other hand the achievement of targets given by the company to employees cannot be achieved maximally, where in general employees feel dissatisfaction in their work. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence both simultaneously and partially compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, Tbk Bogor. This research is a quantitative research involving 30 employees. The analysis technique uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are there are influences both simultaneously and partially compensation and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, Tbk Bogor

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence about the direct and indirect effects of training and competence together to employees performance in PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. This study uses an explanatory approach Analysis and Descriptive Analysis, which aims to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, the present invention will be described, by observation and research and describe the nature or the events ongoing at the time of the study and examine the causes of the symptoms. In this study examines the influence of variables of training, competence and motivation, simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The benefits of this research is that companies in improving the performance of employees through training programs, attention to improving the competence of employees, increase employee motivation, and in turn can help in improving the work (performance) of each individual employee. The results showed simultaneously and partially variable training and competency positive effect on employee motivation and improve employee performance

Abstract

An effective training program can improve the performance, skills, attitudes and spirit of the organization (Gomez, et al, 2001). The implementation of training and development programs must have various benefits for greater career development for future responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze simultaneously and partially learning and training on the performance of employees of PT. Metiska Farma, causing 84 research respondents. The research sampling technique uses saturated samples, which is all the amount of information used as research samples. Research analysis uses simple analysis and multiple regression with hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results showed that there were both simultaneous and partial training and leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Metiska Farma.

Abstract

Promotion is all efforts made by educational institutions to introduce services to prospective new students, persuade/provide information so that consumers are interested. Besides that, brand image also greatly influences the number of prospective new students in educational institutions. A positive brand image is a very valuable asset and a strong capital to influence prospective new students. The existence of promotional activities and a good brand image will influence the students' decision to choose the educational institution. This study uses a quantitative research method with a causality approach. The sample in this study were 84 respondents using a proportionate random sampling technique, namely where all members have the same opportunity to be sampled according to their proportions. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and tested using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 22. The results showed that the promotion variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose (Y1), seen from testing the hypothesis T test where tcount t table (2.635 1.989) and a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.010 0.05), brand image variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose (Y1), seen from testing the hypothesis t test where tcount ttable (4.449 1.989) and a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05), the promotion variable (X1) and brand image (X2) on the decision to choose (Y1) have a simultaneous effect, seen from the F test, namely Fcount Ftable (26.601 3.11) and a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 0.05).

Abstract

The main task of a teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. The school principal should make a policy to qualify teachers, include the demands placed on teachers so that teachers are able to improve their performance, and apply good work discipline, so that teacher performance increases to the fullest. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the influence of the principal's leadership and work discipline on teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 23, this study tested the validity and reliability of the research instruments. While the respondents in the study were 95 respondents, using the census method by taking the entire population as a sample. Collecting data in research using a questionnaire. This study shows that the principal's leadership variable (X1) has an influence on teacher performance (Y1) seen in testing the T-test hypothesis where Tcount>Ttable (2.225 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.029<0.05), on the work discipline variable (X2) there is an influence on teacher performance, it is known based on the results of the t-test, namely Tcount>Ttable (5,567 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the variable principal's leadership and work discipline has a simultaneous influence on teacher performance, based on the F test, namely Fcount (35.394) > Ftable (3.09), with a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes at the village government level is a strategic management of the central government to improve the village economy which is expected to have an impact on national economic growth. In practice, the existence of BUMDES currently faces the stagnant condition. Entrepreneurship has become a very important world phenomenon since couple of decades which considered as a solution to socio economic development. This paper is intended to analyze how sustainable entrepreneurship can be applied to Village-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia, and is expected to be a starting point and solution for developing sustainable BUMDes operations in Indonesia.
