Abstract

The main task of a teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, and evaluate students. The school principal should make a policy to qualify teachers, include the demands placed on teachers so that teachers are able to improve their performance, and apply good work discipline, so that teacher performance increases to the fullest. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the influence of the principal's leadership and work discipline on teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 23, this study tested the validity and reliability of the research instruments. While the respondents in the study were 95 respondents, using the census method by taking the entire population as a sample. Collecting data in research using a questionnaire. This study shows that the principal's leadership variable (X1) has an influence on teacher performance (Y1) seen in testing the T-test hypothesis where Tcount>Ttable (2.225 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.029<0.05), on the work discipline variable (X2) there is an influence on teacher performance, it is known based on the results of the t-test, namely Tcount>Ttable (5,567 > 1.986) and a significant level of less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the variable principal's leadership and work discipline has a simultaneous influence on teacher performance, based on the F test, namely Fcount (35.394) > Ftable (3.09), with a significant level of less than 0.05, namely (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

To increase the productivity and maximum efficiency of teachers at work, job satisfaction is an important concern for every organization. Increasing job satisfaction is important for organizations to increase commitment and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). The effect of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on teacher job satisfaction is the subject of this research. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the help of IBM SPSS version 25, and the research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. 71 respondents were taken as a sample through the census method, and data was collected through a questionnaire. The results showed that the organizational commitment variable (X1) influenced teacher job satisfaction (Y1), as shown by testing the t-test hypothesis, where Tcount>Ttable (5.413>1.995) and a significant level that was less than 0.05, namely (0.021< 0.05). Organizational citizen behavior (OCB) variable (X2) influences job satisfaction (Y1).

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity and practicality of teaching materials E-module Dilan Android-based (Didroid) on hot material for elementary school students. The research method applied is Research and Development (R&D) method with Sugiyono development model. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaire instruments filled by media experts, material experts, as well as student and teacher users. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis to describe the results of the questionnaire assessment. The results showed that the E-module Didroid developed meet the criteria of valid and practical. The results of media validation get a score of 100 so that it is included in the very valid category. The results of the validation of the material get a score of 96.7% on the aspect of Self Instruction, a score of 100% on the aspect of Self Contained, a score of 80% on the aspect of Self Alone, a score of 93.3% on the aspect of self adaptive, and a score of 80% on the aspect of User Friendly so that it enters the category of very valid and valid. The results of the practicality of student users get a score of 90% and teacher users get a score of 100% so that it enters the category of very practical. It can be concluded that the E-module developed Didroid valid, practical, and feasible to use in science learning in Grade V Elementary School. E-module Didroid easy to understand, easy to use, attractive, and can be used as a reference teaching materials that use digital technology.
