Abstract

Abstrak: Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang dibekali dengan berbagai ketrampilan dan pratikum diharapkan akan mampu diterima oleh dunia industri atau mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan membuka suatu usaha. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berbentuk pelatihan secara online yang ditujukan khususnya untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Karya Guna 1 Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, bertujuan menggali dan menumbuhkan minat siswa untuk mulai berpikir sejak dini menjadi seorang wirausaha dan membuka sebuah usaha yang sesuai dengan kompetensinya yaitu bengkel. Selain itu peserta juga dibekali dengan konsep berwirausaha, membangun jaringan dan memahami pasar yang akan dihadapi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa, diawali dengan kegiatan observasi dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan pihak guru dan siswa mitra. Kegiatan dilakukan secara online melalui media zoom meeting berbentuk pelatihan. Kebermanfaatan kegiatan terlihat dari antusiasi para peserta melalui pertanyaan tentang konsep wirausaha, seputar minat, rencana dan sikap seorang wirausaha. Potensi ini menjadi awal untuk seseorang yang berminat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha. Kata kunci: bengkel; minat; pengabdian kepada masyarakat; wirausaha Abstract: Vocational high school graduates who are equipped with various skills and practicum are expected to be able to be accepted by the industrial world or be able to work independently by opening a business. Community Service Activities in the form of online training aimed especially at Vocational High School students of Karya Guna 1, Department of Light Vehicle Engineering, aim to explore and foster student interest to start thinking from an early age to become an entrepreneur and open a business that is in accordance with their competence, namely a workshop. In addition, participants were also provided with entrepreneurial concepts, building networks and understanding the market that will be faced. The implementation of this activity involves lecturers and students, beginning with observation activities using interview techniques with the teacher and partner students. Activities carried out online through a zoom meeting media in the form of training. The benefit of the activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants through questions about the concept of entrepreneurship, about interests, plans and attitudes of an entrepreneur. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the lean manufacturing system on the performance of E-supply chain management. The sample for this study is a company that uses a lean manufacturing system in Cikarang, Bekasi. This research method involves using direct observation in companies regarding the use of lean manufacturing systems from the processes of receiving customer orders, calculating raw material requirements, ordering raw material requirements, production processes, and delivery processes, so that concrete data can be obtained. With this research, it will be determined whether the use of a lean manufacturing system will affect production lead time, reduce the amount of inventory, reduce inventory area, and improve delivery performance. So that from the implementation of lean manufacturing, is there any influence on the performance of E-Supply Chain Management. With E-Supply Chain Management, control and monitoring of Supply Chain Management performance can be done in real time, wherever we are as long as there is an internet network, we can control.
