Abstract

Tantri Nandhaka Harana adalah nama sebuah buku cerita yang di dalamnya terdapat cerita-cerita mengenai kehidupan binatang dan manusia dalam bentuk pupuh dan kidung. Cerita Tantri Nandhaka Harana adalah mengandung kiasan-kiasan yang indah dan bermanfaat bagi hidup dan kehidupan. Cerita Tantri Nandhaka Harana mengandung ajaran kepemimpinan agama Hindu yang dapat memberikan gambaran kepada pemimpin Hindu untuk menjadi pemimpin yang berkarakter. Seorang pemimpin di dalam cerita Tantri Nandhaka Harana harus berpedoman atas dharma, karena dengan dharma maka seorang pemimpin dapat mencapai moksa. Pemimpin hendaknya memiliki etika yang baik, menerapkan prinsip tri kaya parisudha, yaitu berpikir yang baik (manacika parisudha), berkata yang baik (wacika parisudha), dan berbuat yang baik (kayika parisudha). Abstract

Siwaratri celebration can be said to be a socio-religious construction, this is in view of the externalization element in the form of a Siwaratri concept, objectivation (institutionalization of ritual processes and self-discipline to worship God in its manifestation as a memalina), and internalization, namely the absorption of values ​​and norms in Siwaratri Celebration. as a foundation in realizing the consolidation of hopes, beliefs, awakening mental attitude towards enlightenment and liberation.The construction process is carried out by rearranging information about Siwaratri in the form of knowledge, beliefs, beliefs, values ​​and attitudes, traditions, and patterns of certain actions obtained in this religious practice into a powerful information structure, in a meaningful sense , based on values, integrated and always actively looking to always be reflected back. Knowledge and beliefs about Siwaratri are not objective realities that exist outside of humans, but active reconstruction in the human mind when interacting in religious life and at the same time these beliefs can rebuild certain knowledge, values, and actions that are useful for the subject (Hindus) especially in building personal, structural, and social piety.

Abstract

The Hindu Theology Study Program carries out community service in the Yehembang Kangin Traditional Village, Mendoyo District, Jembrana Regency in 2021 with the theme "Training for Leadership and Understanding of Hindu Religion". The theme is adjusted to the needs of the community in the field of Kepemangkuan, the conception of tattwa, acara agama, padewasan, and Sanskrit in puja mantras to answer the challenges of religious life. This community service uses training methods by demonstrating procedures for using Genta and reciting puja mantras, as well as community education through lectures and discussions. In general, the implementation of community service received a good response from the community and was smooth. Obstacles such as the distance between the service locations and the schedule of activities that conflict with the traditional agenda can be overcome through good cooperation from all parties. During community service, it was found that the enthusiasm of the community to understand the teachings of Hinduism was very high. Especially the Pemangku who need explanations related to practices and sesana to comply with the rules of literature. The lack of literature and discussion opportunities becomes an obstacle in the public knowledge abou Hindu religious teachings. The community needs guidance related to Hindu religious teachings to prepare themselves to become a moderate society in  a pluralistic environment.
