Abstract

Kampus mengajar adalah salah satu dari sekian produk kebijakan publik yang dicanangkan oleh Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan, Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat mengasah jiwa kepemimpinan, karakter serta memiliki pengalaman belajar mengajar. Diharapkan dengan adanya program kampus mengajar dapat memberikan peningkatan efektivitas proses pembelajaran dalam kondisi darurat covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis evaluasi pendidikan numerasi dan literasi melalui program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 di SD Negeri Tumbrep 01. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan penggunaan metode evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu metode Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP). Jika dilihat dari hasil evaluasi menggunakan metode CIPP, masih terdapat beberapa hambatan-hambatan yang harus diselesaikan demi keberhasilan program kampus mengajar angkatan selanjutnya. Hambatan – hambatan tersebut diantaranya adalah keterbatasan tenaga pendidik dan sarana prasarana serta kurangnya kesadaran siswa mau pun wali murid dalam membantu suksesnya pelaksanaan program kegiatan kampus mengajar angkatan 3 di SD Negeri Tumbrep 01.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research with a case study approach to explain the public service innovation "The Tuna Super (Immigration Tahuna Supervising Undocumented Person)" carried out by the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tahuna in carrying out immigration responsibilities in the Indonesia-Philippines border area, especially in the Sangihe Islands Regency. Si Tuna Super application can run on Apple and Android devices and is built using the Glide platform. The appearance of this application is made user-friendly. This application provides information on district areas as well as the number distribution of undocumented persons. Also, it makes it easier to coordinate or exchange application user information in collecting data. Immigration Office Class II TPI Tahuna entered into a cooperation agreement not only with the Local Government of Sangihe Regency, but also with the Regional Government of Talaud Regency, and the Government of Bitung City. This Cooperation Agreement aims to strengthen coordination and synergy. This is carried out by carrying out undocumented person data entry by local government officials, especially in every sub-district and village in Sangihe Islands Regency, Talaud Islands Regency, and Bitung City. In Sangihe Regency, the regional government and the Immigration Office have carried out stages of outreach and training to sub-district or villages even Neighborhood Associations or Citizens Association, considering that they are the frontlines who interact directly with foreign communities in their area. Abstract

Fakta bahwa tingkat literasi dan numerasi Indonesia yang masih rendah menjadi suatu tantangan yang harus dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Berbagai upaya dilakukan guna meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi di Indonesia salah satunya melalui Program Kampus Mengajar. Program usungan Kemendikbud ini menempatkan mahasiswa terpilih ke sekolah sasaran dengan tujuan membantu peningkatan literasi dan numerasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar di SD Negeri Pertibi Tembe, Desa Pertibi Tembe, Kecamatan Merek, Kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi yang berlangsung selama 5 bulan sejak Juli-Desember 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar dalam proses peningkatan literasi dan numerasi telah sesuai dengan tujuan Program Kampus Mengajar. Dengan demikian kegiatan ini telah efektif membantu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di SD Negeri Pertibi Tembe.

Abstract

The East Java Provincial Social Service prioritizes the shackle-free East Java program. The program seeks to end the practice of shackling. In reality, the shackle problem is still found in East Java. The aim of the research is to examine the execution of the East Java shackles-free policy as a top priority initiative to help shackle victims regain their social function and spiritual well-being. In this work, a case study methodology uses qualitative research. Then, observation, documentation, and interviews were used to collect data. The six indicators used in this research include policy standards and aims, resources, implementing organization characteristics, relationships between organizations, implementers' attitudes, and the social, economic, and political environment. The study's findings indicate that East Java has not yet fully implemented the shackle-free program. It has been established that several districts and cities have not adopted the shackle-free program because social readiness is limiting their ability to do so. That's holding up the goal of East Java to get rid of shackles.

Abstract

In order to maximise public services as a support system for government administration, ongoing innovation is needed to raise the standard of public services. This study uses a qualitative methodology that involves creating a complex description, looking up words, compiling in-depth reports from respondents' perspectives, and studying real-world scenarios linked to enhancing online licencing services in the city of Surabaya via the SSW Alfa application programme. Research methods with qualitative descriptive and study focus include relative advance, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability and Observability. Data analysis is based on the interactive data model from Miles and Huberman which consists of three activity flows that occur simultaneously, namely: data condensation, data presentation, and verification withdrawal. The results of the study show that SSW Alpha is based on: 1) Relative Advantage, the community is given the advantage of having easy access to permits; 2) Compatibility, there is a discrepancy in the flow of licensing and authority signing with previous innovations, therefore old innovations are no longer used; 3) Complexity, still complicated and trouble occurs and there are still incomplete files; 4) Triability, through the trial stages before the application is launched to the public; 5) Observability, making it easy for the public to observe and monitor the permit filing process and the convenience of officials to easily obtain licensing data.

Abstract

Smart Village is defined as a service that utilizes information technology in carrying out various activities in the village and is managed by the community effectively and efficiently. Limpung Village is one of the pilot villages for the implementation of the smart village program in Batang Regency. The existence of the implementation of the smart village program has created changes in the order of public services that concern the interests of the wider community in Limpung Village. This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of the smart village program in relation to socio-cultural transformation in a smart governance perspective. The data in this study will be obtained by means of interviews and observations and presented with a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study can be seen that in the perspective of smart governance which is one of the components of the smart village concept in relation to the implementation of the smart village program, it has created a social transformation of society seen from the cultural background and the direction of socio-cultural transformation. In the focus of the cultural background, a significant influence occurs in a pattern of community transformation that previously carried out public services manually, now starting to switch to using digital methods. In terms of direction and socio-cultural transformation, it shows that the implementation of the smart governance component is aimed at creating an advanced society in accordance with the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The function of the family is of concern to many parties, one of which is the government's attention because the family is the first step to creating a better quality of life. The aim of establishing a counseling corner is to change behavior or circumstances in clients who previously had or did things that were not good. Another aim is to ensure mental health and find solutions to the problems faced by clients, as well as improving the quality of the client's self. Apart from that, the goal that we really want to achieve with the existence of a counseling corner in the RW hall is to create a better life and personality. So Puspaga services are provided at the Bubutan Village RW Hall, which is one of the innovations of the Surabaya City Government to bring public services closer to the community. Research on Policy Implementation for Family Counseling Corners and Family Learning Centers uses descriptive methods with a case study approach. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Counseling Corner Facilitators and Puspaga facilitators have been able to provide closer services to the community by providing Puspaga Balai RW services in Bubutan Village which include counseling and psychological assistance, socialization or promotion and parenting services.

Abstract

Development is a common issue faced by several regions in Indonesia. Regional development plans require the role of Bappeda in their implementation The importance of RPJMD in development planning is equally significant to the role and performance of Bappeda in formulating RPJMD for execution. The role of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) is to serve as the starting point for determining the direction of development by maximizing resources and involving stakeholders in the development process. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of the Sidoarjo District Development Planning Agency in formulating the 2021-2026 RPJMD The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data from interviews, documentation, analysis, or observation. The data is then synthesized using a descriptive approach Descriptive methods analyze data in detail and provide a comprehensive and detailed overview of the phenomenon being studied. This research concludes that the performance of Bappeda Kabupaten Sidoarjo in formulating the RPJMD 2021-2026 meets five performance indicators: productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The performance indicator is in line with the results and processes of the preparation of the Sidoarjo Regency RPJMD for the period 2021-2025 carried out by several relevant government agencies together with the Sidoarjo Regency Bappeda.   Keywords: Bappeda; Performance; RPJMD
