<![CDATA[Salah satu tolak ukur yang mencerminkan kinerja yang baik dari pelaku bisnis di bidang jasa konstruksi adalah ketepatan biaya dan waktu penyelesaian proyek sesuai dengan rencana. Penerapan manajemen proyek yang signifikan seperti pengendalian proyek sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Namun pada saat pelaksanaan proyek, perusahaan sering kali menemukan beberapa masalah yaitu adanya ketidaksesuaian biaya yang dikeluarkan dengan anggaran dan keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi performansi proyek pada pembangunan Gedung Kantor yang termasuk ke dalam proyek pembangunan Education Center Samarinda ? Kalimantan Timur Tahap I menggunakan dua metode pengendalian proyek, yaitu Analisis Varians dan Konsep Nilai Hasil. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, kinerja pekerjaan selama proyek tidak efisien walaupun proyek dapat diselesaikan sesuai jadwal rencana. The significant implementation of project management, such as project control is needed to achieve that purpose. By the time the project is in progress, the company often find several issues that there are discrepancy between actual cost of work performed with the budget and the delay time of project execution. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the construction?s performance of Office Building belongs to the Education Center Construction Project in Samarinda - East Kalimantan Phase I using two project control methods, Variance Analysis and Earned Value Concept.
