Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di MA. Penelitian ini bersifat evaluatif dengan menerapkan model CIPPO. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster sampling di wilayah Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil evaluasi implementasi Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Biologi dengan analisis CIIPO menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat dukungan lembaga 87.25%, (2) relevansi tujuan kurikulum 76.50% (3), kesiapan tenaga pendidik 38.18%, (4) kesiapan sarana 53.34% (5) kesiapan materi 64.34%, (6) penilaian pembelajaran 90.91%, dan (7) pencapaian tujuan kurikulum 64.34%. implementasi Kurikulum 2013 belum terlaksana dengan baik khususnya mata pelajaran Biologi MA. Hal ini dikarenakan belum terpenuhinya kompetensi guru yang mampu mengintegrasikan ilmu kebiologian dengan keislaman, serta belum tersedianya sarana penunjang untuk pengintegrasian tersebutImplementasi Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran Biologi MA di Kalimantan Tengah. Hal ini menyebabkan capaian tujuan kurikulum kurang maksimal.

Abstract

This is related to the quality of one's life so that it can open up public insight. The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the program on the aspects of context, input, process, and product of the multi-literacy education program at Learning Center (PKBM) Luthfillah, Palangka Raya. PKBM is an educational facility provided to provide non-formal education for citizens. Evaluation of the program that has been implemented uses the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model by analyzing the components of the context, input, process, and product of the Multiliteracy Education program implemented. This research is a type of qualitative research. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show: (1) in the context aspect, the program implemented has fulfilled the learning needs of the students, and the program objectives can be achieved as expected; (2) in the input aspect, educators and program organizers already have the expected competencies. It's just that for the initial abilities of students, the basic requirements for ownership of the Sukma have not been met; (3) in the process aspect, the learning strategies used are in accordance with the conditions of the students, namely andragogic, practical, and thematic strategies; (4) in the product aspect, students have graduated from the advanced literacy education program and have been able to apply the learning outcomes that have been obtained. However, the student's graduation certificate has not been received in the form of SUKMA-L.

Abstract

Budget absorption is a government instrument through fiscal policies in moving the economic wheels. The government expenditure sector aims at supporting community welfare development. Budget absorption per quarter at the IAIN Palangka Raya is in slow category. The research aims to identify the effect of human resources and financial administrative on budget absorption at the IAIN Palangka Raya. The research is a quantitative research with multivariate correlation approach. Population of the research includes stakeholders who handle the budget at the IAIN Palangka Raya. The research sample consists of 27 respondents. Data collection carries out through questionnaires and documents. Data resulted from the questionnaires are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results indicate that human resources (HR) and financial administration have no effect on budget absorption with bootstrapping value of 0.597 and 0.480, respectively. The results suggest that the level of human resources and financial administration has no effect on budget absorption at the IAIN Palangka Raya

Abstract

Penghapusan sarana pendidikan merupakan kegiatan dari manajemen sarana dan   penilaian mutu pendidikan. Permasalahan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya adalah belum terealisasi penghapusan barang milik negara sedangkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) sarana yang rusak menumpuk dan bahkan telah dihibahkan. pengelolaan dana dari Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan anggaran (DIPA) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah menjadi tanggung jawab Kementerian Agama Kota/Kabupaten yaitu mengelola barang milik negara untuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penghapusan sangat penting untuk mengurangi biaya perawatan, tanggung jawab dan tempat penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan faktor penghambat penghapusan sarana pendidikan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian adalah Staff Jabatan Fungsional Umum Pengelola Barang Milik Negara  dan Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Madrasah serta Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 1 dan 3 Kota Palangka Raya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan suber data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Manajemen penghapusan sarana pendidikan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Palangka Raya telah berjalan sesuai teori, namun ada hambatan pada faktor visi dan strategi, manusia, waktu dan manajemen.
