Abstract

Abstract

Online shopping behavior refers to the process of purchasing products and services through the internet. Online Shopping is one of alternatives to purchase goods or services by men and women who are target market groups for marketers. Men and women tend to have different ways of thinking. The purpose of this study is to describe the differences between men and women, observed from their rationality in making decisions to purchase fashion products online. This study uses a decision-making style approach developed by Scott and Bruce (1995). In this study, the population is consumers living in the city of Padang who have purchased fashion products online at online shopping sites. There were 138 respondents who were sampled in this study. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-test. This study found that there were differences in decision-making styles between men and women in purchasing fashion products online. In this case men are said to be more rational than women in making purchasing decisions online. Keywords: Online Shopping, Buyer Decision Making Style

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of workload, work stress and perceived fairness on burnout on BKPSDM employees in Padang Pariaman Regency. The sample size used is 50 employees and is a total of all employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Pariaman Regency. The analytical method used to prove the hypothesis is using multiple regression and t-statistical testing. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done it was found that workload has a positive effect on burnout perceived by employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Pariaman Regency, while work stress and perceived fairness do not significantly influence the burnout felt by employees of the BKPSDM Office in Padang Regency.

Abstract

Innovative work behaviour in higher education is an important aspect that requires attention. The study of innovative work behaviour in higher education is very important to foster a culture of creativity and progress. This research aims to identify lecturers who have innovative behaviour and provide rewards or support for their development. This can encourage professional growth and increase the competence of lecturers, thereby creating superior human resources in the field of higher education. The Sample in this research were lecturers who worked at private universities in the LLDIKTI X Region. Sample selection used probability sampling techniques with random sampling. Research hypothesis testing was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis model. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is used to measure the influence between variables of organizational Innovativeness Climate, Motivation to Learn, and Knowledge Sharing towards Innovative Work Behaviour. The results of this research organizational Innovativeness Climate, Knowledge Sharing, and Motive to Learn significantly influence Innovative Work Behavior. The test results show that the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the level of innovative behaviour of lecturers in the workplace.
