Abstract

Plastic products contain ingredients that can harm human health, but these products are often used as food packaging. This article discusses the issue of consumer protection against the activities of businesses that use plastic products as food packaging and the government's role in supervising the use of plastic products for this purpose. This article is compiled based on juridical-normative literature studies, meaning that data is sourced from literature (secondary data) relating to consumer protection, both from the results of previous studies that are associated with statutory provisions. From the data analysis it can be concluded that businesses have violated the legal provisions of consumer protection because they use dangerous plastic products as food packaging. To minimize this adverse behavior, the government must provide information to consumers and businessman about the use of plastic packaging and supervise the use of plastic products by businessman. In addition, the government needs to require businesses to include symbols, triangle codes, and information on types of plastic used in places that are easily seen and read by consumers. Thus, consumers know clearly whether the plastic used is dangerous or harmless to package food products so that they make a decision to buy or not buy the intended product.

Abstract

Lubuk Tempurung Waterfall Bathing Attraction is the only tourist attraction in Belimbing Village, Kuranji district, Padang City which is equipped with waterfalls. This tourist attraction has not received guidance yet from the government or investment from the private sector. The purpose of the research is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of Lubuak Tampuruang Waterfall Bathing Attraction. This study uses SWOT analysis, which analyzes internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats). The main data are collected through the questionnaire. The results of the research are, first, the main strength is the water attraction equipped with a waterfall is easy to reach because it is not so far from the center of Padang City. Second, the weakness is the road to the tourist attraction is inadequate. Third, the opportunity is the high desire to travel and recreation. Fourth, the threat that needs to be addressed is the influx of negative cultural influences from outsiders and interactions between local communities and global tourists. The strengths-opportunities strategy suggested in the development of Lubuak Tampuruang Waterfall Bathing Attraction is maximizing the power to achieve opportunities that will make this attraction better than ever.Keywords: external factors, internal factors, tourism, SWOT, Lubuak Tampuruang

Abstract

Information system used at Bung Hatta University uses Digital Campus, one of the applications is E-Lecturer Performance . E- Performance Applications Lecturer designed For manage related data academic covers teaching , research , supporting , PKM, journals, proceedings , books , IPR and recognition use technology computer . Quality information system helps give satisfaction for University And lecturers in improving Power compete , give mark plus for University. To measure success something The Lecturer E-Performance application that already exists on the Bung Hatta University website and has been used by lecturers, needs to be evaluated by measuring the level of success of the application by apply model of success Delone And McLean , the analysis method used is descriptive analysis which is based on the actual scores from respondents' answers, while the number of samples used was 95 respondents. The results explain that the application as a whole has a very good running system quality with a score of 95.01%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis results from 10 hypotheses, there are 6 hypotheses accepted and 4 hypotheses rejected and the role of mediating variables can be partial and full mediation so that the findings from this research are that system quality has a very significant effect on user satisfaction
