Abstract

This study contains testing and analysis of the effect of good governance principles on the management of village funds, as well as the use of information technology as moderation. The population in this study was 197 villages in Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample of 132 villages. The sampling technique used was proportional stratified random sampling based on the village index. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The finding showed all influential hypotheses, namely good governance with the principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation in the management of village funds, and moderated by the use of information technology.

Abstract

Pemasaran melalui e - commerce dengan menggunakan media sosial seperti facebook (FB), instagram (IG) dan whatsup business sangat membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan penjualannya Hal ini telah di buktikan oleh Lyna Risoeles sebagai salah satu pelaku UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang jajanan pasar dengan menu utamanya risoles. Logo dan benner juga membawa pengatruh yang besar bagi Lyna Risoles sebagai bentuk cara mempromosikan produknya sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to introduce and implement The sensitive "Processing System Child Discipline" in Orphanage Ar-Rahim as a solution to discipline problems in foster care. As for the background of this devotion for the average orphanage located in Pekanbaru coined the low level of discipline. This we know when we visit some orphanages are in Pekanbaru. low levels ofdiscipline in children resulting in the quality of the child's self to be low in order to compete in the future. Seeing that we create a system that we named "The-sensitive" child discipline processing system in which the system uses daily activity form is packaged into a software-application. The applications are not just used by the orphanage, but educational institutions can use it. The method used in this devotion is the method of discussion and workshops, by doing debriefing and providing motivation to the orphans of the discipline, while the valuation method is through a pre-test and post, and also daily form 14 days. The results found from these activities in the form of qualitative and quantitative. Qualitatively orphans declare any change perceived after the program is run by a team of Si sensitive. Quantitatively the increased amount of discipline of children at home Ar-Rahim. This is evidenced significant change between the results obtained with the answer of the orphanage children.

Abstract

This study aims to show the effect of financial literacy, education level, and income level on family financial planning in Banjar Balam village, Lirik sub-district, Indragiri Hulu regency, and Riau province. The research method was developed quantitatively. The population of this study was all heads of families in the Banjar Balam village, as many as 504 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 80 samples. Research shows that financial literacy and income level positively and significantly affect family financial planning. In contrast, the level of education does not affect family financial planning. Simultaneously financial literacy, education level, and income level significantly affect family financial planning by 34 percent. This research can be a reference for local governments in disseminating family financial planning in Indragiri Hulu regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Bengkel Parna Jaya Motor. Penelitian kuantitatif ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 600 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 86 dengan teknik incidental sampling dengan sumber data primer utama (wawancara dan kuesioner). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistical program for social science (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjuakan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Bengkel Parna Jaya Motor. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini melalui hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel penelitian sebesar 50,1% dipengaruh oleh layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan, sementara 49.9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian akan pentingnyapeningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, sebagai upaya dalam mengatasi kemiskinan melalui pelatihanketerampilan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada pekon Margomulyo, Air Naningan, Tanggamus,Kabupaten Lampung. Pengabdian ini melibatkan Ibu-ibu PKK, dan masyarakat setempat, dengan metodedemonstrasi (praktek) dan pendampingan, dengan tahapan survey, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan evaluasi sertatindak lanjut.. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukan dengan adanya pelatihanketerampilan masyarakat mampu membuat produk atas hasil pertanian masyarakat, dan terciptanyapackaging kemasan produk hasil keterampilan, serta siap untuk dilakukannya pemasaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Properti in Pekanbaru, this research was conducted on employees of PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling using saturated sampling technique, because the researchers only took samples of employee respondents, amounting to 35 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression, classical assumption test, F hypothesis test, t hypothesis test, coefficient of determination. The results of the research conducted show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.844 or 84.4%. That intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation simultaneously affect work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. Intrinsic motivation has no effect on work productivity at PT. Az-Zuhra Property in Pekanbaru. While extrinsic motivation partially affects the performance of employees at PT. Az-Zuhra Proerti in Pekanbaru. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Grand Hawaii Hotel Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 12.265 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin dan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 100 orang responden, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, secara parsial harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan secara parsial fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan secara simultan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,679 atau 67,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial distress and tax insentif on accounting conservatism. The population in this study are transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method which resulted in 20 companies as samples. The data used is secondary data, where financial distress and tax insentif are independent variables, accounting conservatism is the dependent variable. The research analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that financial distress and tax insentif  affect on accounting conservatism in transportation sector companies on the IDX. Keywords: Financial Distress, Tax Insentif, and Accounting Conservatism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the prevention of fraud by using a competency variable moderated by an internal control system. This quantitative research was conducted in a sub-district in one of the Meranti Islands Regency, Riau. The research population was 12 BUMDes with a saturated sample technique (survey) which involved respondents as informants on the research questionnaire. The results of the study show that competence has an effect on fraud prevention, meanwhile through moderating regression analysis, it shows that the internal control system is not able to moderate competence in fraud prevention. Keywords: prevention fraud, competency, internal control system
