Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kebersihan merupakan hal yang penting dan harus diperhatikan karena kebersihan akan mempengaruhi kesehatan, kenyamanan, keamanan dan kesejahteraan seseorang. Mitra dalam Pengabdian Kesehatan Kepada Masyarakat adalah Pusat Pengembangan Anak (PPA) Emaus. Masalah yang ditemukan oleh Pengabdi adalah kurangnya pemahaman anak usia pra sekolah tentang perawatan personal hygiene, anak juga belum mengerti tentang cara mencuci tangan dan menggosok gigi yang benar. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah mengajarkan sedini mungkin kepada anak, tujuan dan cara menjaga personal hygiene. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan pemeriksaan personal hygiene, hasil pemeriksaan didapatkan semua anak mengalami caries dan gigi berlubang (100%). Pengabdi juga melaksanakan pendidikan kesehatan tentang personal hygiene, mengajarkan langkah-langkah mencuci tangan dan menggosok gigi yang benar. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah anak terlihat antusias dan aktif pada saat menerima pendidikan kesehatan, serta menunjukkan kebersihan pada kulit, rambut, hidung dan telinga dan kemampuan untuk mencuci tangan serta menggosok gigi dengan benar.

Abstract

Background : Stunting is a growth disorder that describes the failure to achieve growth potential as a result of suboptimal health and/or nutritional status. The purpose of community service is to improve nutritional status through health education, competition methods for preschool age children at PKK Parang 1 Kindergarten, Parang Village, Kec. Banyakan, Kediri Regency. Method : The program of activities carried out is in the form of community service in the form of health education with the competition method, targeting preschoolers and parents in PPK Prang I Kindergarten with a total of 20 children. Measurement analysis by measuring Nutritional Status based on BB/U and TB/U, as well as mother's behavior in personal hygiene. Result : The results of the Phase I activity on April 30, 2021, there were 14 child targets by measuring the nutritional status and behavior of mothers in personal hygiene as well as health education using leaflets and question and answer methods with the theme Stunting, as well as giving vitamins, milk and snacks, and Phase 2 On 7 May 2021 there were 17 children, with activities measuring children's nutritional status and measuring mother's behavior in personal hygiene, as well as announcements of healthy children's competitions based on children's nutritional status and mother's behavior, as well as giving vitamins, milk and snacks. The results of the measurement of Nutritional Status based on BW/U obtained that there were 2 children (10%) who were very underweight and underweight, nutritional status based on TB/U (stunting) there were 2 children (10%) who were stunted. The results of the competition based on changes in mother's behavior and nutritional status of children obtained 3 winners of 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place. Conclusion : Through community service, the incidence of stunting and nutritional status is less than 10% of children and the behavior of mothers with health education has increased.

Abstract

Background : Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV 2 virus. Since it was first announced in Indonesia, the number of COVID-19 cases has increased from time to time so it requires attention. In practice during the pandemic, the management of COVID-19 requires the cooperation of all stakeholders to handle it. Efforts are needed to prevent and contain the spread of the corona virus. Prevention efforts can be carried out by carrying out various activities, one of which is outreach activities to be able to provide scientific information to all levels of society regarding the corona virus outbreak in Indonesia and at the Putera Asih Kediri Special School in particular. Method : The number of students and parents or families participating in Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid-19) Education through the STIKES Program Baptist Hospital Serves With Love is 24 people. Results : The average value of the pretest was 68.06 and after education the average value of the posttest increased by 79.44. There was an increase of 11.39. This is in line with the expectations of the service team, namely an increase in students' understanding of the corona virus disease 19. Conclusion: Educational activities carried out can increase the understanding of Putera Asih Special School students about Corona Virus Disease-19

Abstract

Introduction: Many patients with hypertension have not got the proper treatment in controlling blood pressure (BP). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of deep breathing (DB) and slow-stroke back massage (SSBM) in BP reduction to patients with hypertension. Method: The design was a True Experiment the Solomon Three-Group Design. Sampling technique was group randomized plan as many as 60 people. The treatment given was BP and SSBM. Blood pressure data retrieval used mercury spigmomanometer. Results: The results were ρ of BP values (systolic) was 0,000, while the value of ρ (diastolic) was 0,000. The value ρ of SSBM (systolic) was 0.000 while the value of ρ (diastolic) was 0.001. The statistical results of the effectiveness BP systolic reduction was the significant difference in both interventions with a control group with ρ = 0.000 and the most effective was the DB compare to SSBM with ρ = 0.05 (4.0 mmHg). While there are differences in BP diastolic reduction significantly in both interventions with the control group with ρ = 0.000 and the most effective was DB than SSBM with ρ = 0.01 (6.6 mmHg). Discussion: It can be concluded DB and SSBM are effective to lower BP (systolic mean difference of 9.3 mm Hg of DB and SSBM 5.3 mmHg, while diastolic mean DB 11.2 mmHg and SSBM. Keywords: deep breathing, slow stroke back massage, blood pressure, hypertension

Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) harus ditanamkan sejak dini pada anak melalui lingkungan formal di sekolah. Perilaku ini dipengaruhi faktor enabling berupa sarana prasarana yang mendukung terwujudnya perilaku PHBS tersebut. Sekolah merupakan sarana pembentukan perilaku pada siswa.Tujuan kegiatan Program perubahan perilaku PHBS melalui Promosi Kesehatan Toilet Sehat di SDN 4 Kalipang Kecamatan Tarokan Kabupaten Kediri. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarkat dilaksanakan pada bulan April dan Mei 2022 dengan sasaran masyarakat sekolah di SDN 4 Kalipang Kecamatan Tarokan Kabupaten Kediri, dengan kegiatan Promosi kesehatan dengan 4 langkah (advokasi, sosial support, binasuasana, pemb erdayaan). Hasil Kegiatan pada advokasi persetujuan kepala sekoleh terhdap program, Sosial support dukungan guru-guru untuk mendukung program, bian suasana dengan pemasangan poster dan pemberdayaan melalui pengyuluhan kesehatann dan gerakan kebersihan toilet sekolah dan penyediaan sarana kebersian dan cuci tangan siswa. Kesimpulan pemberian promosi kesehatan mampu meningkatan perilaku kesehatan PHBS siswa dalam pemcegahan penyakit melalui toilet sehat di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze logistics management and supplies in services in pharmacy installations, presenting an overview of logistics inventory management in pharmacy installations and various management of processing supplies in pharmacy. The writing method used in content analysis is by searching 10 journals from correct literature reviews in various journal sources in Indonesia. The results of the literature review show that the quality of services provided by hospitals greatly influences the image of the hospital and the satisfaction of patients who visit the hospital. Factors that influence the role of hospitals in managing drugs in hospitals and managing drugs in pharmacies are very necessary to prevent drug shortages and excess drugs caused by an increase in the number of patients. In conclusion, in these 10 journals, analyzing inventory management and its description is carried out from good input and processes, then in overcoming control of drug supplies, this can achieve the desired targets in accordance with the strategies and programs set by the government.

Abstract

Early childhood is an age that is vulnerable to crime and sexual violence. Educational steps through sex education programs, children introduce to from an early age. Therefore, parents required to have sensitivity, skills, and understanding to be able to provide certain portions of information, which does not make children confused and curious because parents are the party most responsible for children in educational matters, including sex education. Accompanying children by parents, teachers, or people closest to them is especially important. The method used is to provide direct education by presenting material and animated videos. Measuring children's understanding uses a questionnaire with pictures, numbers, and letters. The results obtained showed that education was proven to be able to improve children's experience, with pre-test scores on children's understanding out of 30 children showing that 15 children (52%) were good, 11 children (36.7%) were sufficient, and 4 children (13.3%) were poor. , while the post-test scores of 30 children showed good understanding for 26 children (85%) and enough for 4 children (15%).
