Abstract

Data mining is a series of processes to extract added value in the form of information that has not been known manually from a database. The resulting information is obtained by extracting and recognizing important or interesting patterns from the data contained in the database. One part of the service of an agency is the service to customers, customers or those related to certain services. The quality of service is assessed by what has been done and how to treat from those who serve, some provisions used to ensure service optimization are Confiden, Integrity, Pride and Passion with the main purpose or output is Customer Satisfaction. The process of Forming a Pattern of Satisfaction Level by Utilizing the C4.5 Algorithm Penelitain process is carried out by data collection, testing with applications, exposure of pattern results or Knowledge. Pola yang terbentuk after the extraction is 1.Integrity = low: quite satisfied {very satisfied=0, quite satisfied=3}Integrity = tall, Passion = low: quite satisfied {very satisfied =0, quite satisfied =2}, Passion = tall: very satisfied {very satisfied =11, quite satisfied =0}.

Abstract

Thyroid gland disease or what is called hyperthyroidism is a disease that is often found in the community. The body's need for thyroid hormone is needed to control body growth and process food metabolism into energy. An overactive thyroid gland produces thyroid hormone which causes high levels of thyroid hormone in the blood. This condition is known as hyperthyroidism. In the medical world, to be able to diagnose hyperthyroidism is difficult, because the symptoms of hyperthyroidism vary greatly, depending on the rise and fall of thyroid hormones. From the above problems, a technology utilization is needed to reduce each problem and implement it into an expert system. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that uses special knowledge/knowledge to solve problems at the human expert/expert level. Expert systems have been developed in various sciences, one of which is in the field of medicine to diagnose diseases. The expert system used to determine the diagnosis of the disease will help confirm the diagnosis and provide advice and therapy in the treatment of the disease. The test results "Expert System Diagnosing Hyperthyroid Disease Using the Certainty Factor Method" show that this expert system can diagnose hyperthyroidism according to the answers given by the user with an accuracy value of 100%.

Abstract

Pada setiap sekolah, ujian semester merupakan sebuah kegiatan yang wajib dilewati untuk seluruh siswa. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi serta dimasa tatanan kehidupan normal baru membuat setiap sekolah wajib untuk menjalankan kebijakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ), dengan adanya perangkat Smartphone Android yang siswa miliki serta bantuan paket pembelajaran dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar dan ujian online. Dalam kegiatan ini, metode yang dilakukan dalam bentuk lokakarya dengan pengajaran langsung melalui aplikasi progam Microsoft Office 365, dalam memudahkan para guru melakukan proses ujian online pada semester pertama masa new normal. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, muncul minat para guru-guru SMP Negeri 27 Medan untuk menerapkan ujian online berbasis Android di lingkungan sekolah, terlihat dari perwakilan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) yang sangat antusias dalam mempelajari fitur-fitur yang tersedia, dan pengaturan pengelolaan soal ujian.

Abstract

The development of the business prompted the company to always strive to improve the quality of products and services to consumers. The service can purchase goods was done electronically and can also be done online or electronic commerce. Implementation of business solutions is a commitment to improve its corporate customers a competitive advantage in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, performance, and business development. The research purpose is to analyze the quality of point of sale (POS) designs to support a purchasing service system that can help Nasi Kapau Unidar restaurants. This creation begins with data collection using the mean squared error (MSE) method with a flowchart approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the result of the accuracy with mean squared error of 0.44.

Abstract

Attendance is an activity that states the presence or absence of an employee. One of the technology models used to express the presence of an employee is a fingerprint machine. PT Global Andalas Cargotama has implemented an employee attendance system using a fingerprint. However, in the process of implementation, the fingerprint machine has weaknesses that are vulnerable to manipulation, fingerprint identification which is often hampered due to the need for routine machine maintenance and attendance recapitulation which is still done manually and not in real time. The face recognition system is an application to recognize faces in real time and accurately and can be applied to overcome the weaknesses of the fingerprint machine. This study uses the LBPH (Local Binary Pattern Histogram) method in recognizing employees' faces when doing attendance, this is based on several studies that have been done previously, this method has a high level of accuracy in recognizing faces. Meanwhile, SHA256 bit cryptography is used to solve the problem of attendance manipulation. The results of facial recognition both when attendance comes in and attendance goes home will be stored on the server computer locally to state employee attendance. The test results from this study showed that the attendance application was able to recognize the employee's face accurately with an average accuracy rate of 0.9511 by paying attention to the room lighting parameters, accessories on the face and the distance from the camera to the face. Through this research, it is expected to be able to overcome the problem of the weakness of the fingerprint machine and the attendance process at PT Global Andalas Cargotama to be more effective.

Abstract

In today's world, our dependence on computers extends to even the most basic daily tasks. As users, we consistently engage with computers for activities such as communication, data sharing, information retrieval, social interactions, and more, all conducted over networks. It is evident that the network connecting various devices globally, including servers, computers, laptops, mobile phones, etc., serves as the fundamental technology facilitating these tasks. However, this interconnected system poses a significant threat in the form of cybercrime. Despite the implementation of cybersecurity measures throughout the network, there exist flaws and obstacles that compromise security, leading to the occurrence of these crimes. One can envision the relationship between cybercrime and cybersecurity as a ratio, with cybercrime holding the higher value. This variable is steadily increasing at a greater rate than cybersecurity, indicating a growing imbalance between the two.

Abstract

Pengembangan teknologi yang cepat mengakibatkan kompleksitas dan ukuran desain perangkat lunak yang semakin meningkat, yang mengarah pada beban kerja administratif dan pengembangan yang tinggi. Studi ini fokus pada pengukuran kompleksitas perangkat lunak menggunakan desain database dan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk mengambil data terkait. Model Entity Relationship (ER) yang dikembangkan oleh Peter Chen menyediakan kerangka kerja konseptual untuk mengklasifikasikan data dalam konteks relasional. Skema ORS (Object Relationship Schema) yang disempurnakan juga diperkenalkan untuk memberikan pandangan yang lebih baik mengenai persyaratan basis data. Kompleksitas sistem perangkat lunak kontemporer juga harus dinilai dalam pendidikan tinggi, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor seperti ketergantungan fungsional, keamanan, kompleksitas komputasi, kasus penggunaan, dan struktur komponen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang kompleksitas perangkat lunak dan pentingnya penilaian dalam pendidikan tinggi.
