Abstract

This research determine the effect of Leadership and Effectiveness Against Work Discipline Teachers Working in MTs Miftahul Ulum Gunung Geni Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The population in this research was the total number of teachers MTs Miftahul Ulum Gunung Geni as many as 20 people. While the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. This type of research with manifold quantitative correlation approach in order to determine the relationship and influence of leadership and discipline to the effectiveness of teachers' work, and in the process the author uses helping of software such as programs Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS, v.15) with the data used in this study were independent variables are Leadership (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), and the dependent variable is Work Effectiveness (Y). From the data processing obtained an equation Y = 9.493 + 0.378 + X2 0,381X1 which means the value of the constant a = 9.493 states that if the respondents' assessment of the leadership and discipline unchanged (fixed), the amount of work amounted to 9.494 Effectiveness of regression b1 = 0.381 states that every additional assessment Leadership at one point, then it affects the increase in effectiveness of the work amounted to 0.432 if the discipline of work has not changed (fixed), and the regression coefficient b2 = 0.378 states that whenever there is additional appraisal work discipline by one point, then it affects the increase in effectiveness of work amounted to 0.378 if the leadership does not change (fixed). The results showed a partial t test = 2,004 X1 and X2 = 2,488 bigger than t table is 1.734 with a significant 0.05. This means that all independent variables (Leadership and discipline of work) has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the work of teachers in MTs Miftahul Ulum Mount Geni Banyuanyar Probolinggo. The coefficient of determination (R) is 0.434 x 100% = 43.40%, this suggests that the effect of variable X (Leadership and discipline) to variations (up and down) Y (Effectiveness of work) amounted to 43.40%, while the balance of 56.60% comes from other factors in addition to leadership and discipline. The test results indicate that the hypothesis that the writer to convey unacceptable that "There is a significant relationship between leadership and discipline to the effectiveness of work of teachers in MTs Miftahul Ulum Gunung Geni Banyuanyar Probolinggo regency". Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of Animal Husbandry and Healthy Board of Probolinggo Regency with research variables, namely Discipline (X1), Communication (X2), and Motivation on Employee Performance (Y). The population of this research is all employees of Animal Husbandry and Animal Husbandry Office as many as 90 people at once sampled. Data analysis method is qualitative and quantitative analysis using seven formulas that is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, classical assumption test, and regression hypothesis with SPSS 22 for windows software. Based on the test result 1) t test (Partial) is obtained the significant of discipline (X1) on employee performance with t value ≥ t table (8,389 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0,000> 0,05), for communication test result (X2) Employee with the value of t table ≥ t table (2,481 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.015 ≤ 0,05), while for the result of motivation test (X 3) on employee performance with t value table ≥ t arithmetic (2,530 ≥ 1,988) (sig. 0.013 <0.05). For test results 2) F test knows whether Discipline (X1), Communication (X2) and Motivation (X3) influence simultaneously (F) on Employee Performance (Y). F count> F table (64,088> 2.71) (Sig.0,000 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the analysis result of the variables affecting employee performance, it can be seen that the dominant influence the employee performance is the disciplinary variable (X1).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotional mix dimensions on the purchase decisions Telkomsel starter cards among students of the FE, UPM Probolinggo. Aspects covered in the promotion mix include advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing of Telkomsel's starter pack. Factors of the purchasing decisions discussed include decisions about product types, product decisions, brand decisions, sales decisions, product decisions, purchasing decisions, and decisions about how to pay. The population of this study is all students of Faculty of Economics who use Telkomsel prime card. Of these populations, taken some students as a sample of research that is 40 students. This study uses a statistical calculator tool that is SPSS 22. The most significant influential promotion mix is ​​personal selling and direct marketing. In addition, about 42.4% of independent variables (X) affect the dependent variable (Y), while 57.6% is explained by other factors outside the variable. Abstract

Kepuasaan nasabah dapat terwujud secara maksimal apabila pelayanan dan penetapan harga terpenuhi dengan baik akan sebanding dengan manfaat yang diterima nasabah sehingga tercipta kepuasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengetahui pengaruh pelayanan prima dan harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian UPC Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatf kausal, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner untuk 81 orang responden dari populasi 419 dengan pendekatan teknik sampling ialah nonprobability sampling yakni sampling purposive. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan metode analisis data berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji parsial (uji t). Dari hasil pengujian semua instrument data menunjukkan bahwa semua item pernyatan valid dan reliabel serta memenuhi uji-uji instrument yang lain. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan prima dan harga berpengaruh signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah secara sendiri-sendiri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Mutasi Karyawan memiliki pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kinerja pada CV. Putra Manalagi Kota Probolinggo. Dan juga diantara ketiga variabel tersebut, variabel mana yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel terikatnya (Kinerja Karyawan). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan variabel Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Mutasi Karyawan, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden.Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Putra Manalagi Kota Probolinggo. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional (X1) memiliki, Kecerdasan Spiritual (X2, dan Mutasi Karyawan (X3) dari ketiga variabel mempunyai nilai signifikansi. Dengan demikian hasil uji t (parsial) menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Kecerdasan Emosional, Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Mutasi Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Putra Manalagi Kota Probolinggo.
