Abstract

The development of the stock market has been dominated by individual. The decision-making process in investment actions is influenced by various individual characteristics and systematic factors are important elements that have an important influence on investors' financial decision making. Stock purchases can be influenced by attitudes, subjective norms and biases from past experiences. Stock investment is starting to be of interest to scholars. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control on investment intentions in the capital market. The population that will be used as the research object is scholars in Malang, who have already been familiar with finance courses. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, namely determining the sample according to the research objectives. Data analysis is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, which is analyzed using path analysis with PLS. The result show that attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control have an influence on the intention to invest in shares investment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial technology on financial satisfaction of Small Businesses (SMEs) in Malang City. By using primary data and random sampling, as well as using a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs and measured with a Likert scale. The collection of data on MSME respondents in the city of Malang is based on the distribution of questionnaires. The research objectives are as follows: To know the influence of Fintech on financial satisfaction?”. The analytical method used to determine the effect is to use simple regression statistics, with regression analysis tools used SPPS tools. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a significant influence between Fintech variables on Financial Satisfaction. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (Adj.R-square) generated by the Fintech regression model (effect of feature convenience, social influence, performance expectations, system security and payment system drivers) on financial satisfaction of 0.565. Simultaneous testing of the hypothesis of the influence of Fintech variables (Ease of Features, Social Influence, Performance Expectations, System Security and Payment System Drivers) on Financial Satisfaction resulted in an F-test statistic of 26,716 with a probability of 0.000. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence (together) with Fintech (Feasibility of Features, Social Influence, Performance Expectations, System Security and Payment System Drivers) on Financial Satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of Café Sawah as Village Tourism in Pujon Kidul is very important because it has an impact on improving the community's economy. So far, various dairy products by MSEs that are fostered by ‘Aisyiyah are sticks and crackers as typical souvenirs from Pujon Kidul Tourism. The souvenirs are still not packaged attractively. Product packaging is an effective marketing strategy in managing the end of production, until it is accepted by the end consumers. As a tourist area that is crowded with visitors, good and effective processing of souvenirs is a solution that can be offered to visitors as souvenirs. The purpose of this community service is to improve good packaging, elegant design, easy to carry and able to maintain the quality of the product during the trip. This community service methods are observation, audience and active participation, in order to increase the value of souvenir products with more attractive packaging, safe and comfortable, with local wisdom. The result of this community service is packaging that has an attractive design, an elegant impression of the product, improving of the product values, and so, it becomes a promotional medium when it is brought to a new place as a souvenir, and then, it will subsequently have impact on increasing the welfare of the surrounding community, especially MSEs fostered by ‘Aisyiyah.

Abstract

Pemasaran online merupakan salah satu konsep pemasaran yang dilakukan saat ini seiring dengan digitalisasi dan akses teknologi yang semakin canggih. Dengan menggunakan pemasaran secara online, maka produk yang dihasilkan akan semakin luas jangkauan pasarnya. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa teknik pemasaran yang bisa dilakukan seperti copywriting dan storytelling. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari selain unggul dalam hal akademik, juga memiliki produk yang dihasilkan oleh para siswa, khususnya jurusan tata boga. Namun, produk ini belum dipasarkan secara luas, terutama pemasaran secara online. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pendampingan pada mitra dengan memberikan pemahaman terkait pemasaran online, utamanya dalam teknik copywriting dan storytelling. Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai pada April 2021 dengan melakukan survey terlebih dahulu, kemudian pelaksanaan sosialisasi dilakukan September 2021 secara daring. Para peserta merupakan murid dari SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari dari jurusan Tata boga dan Multimedia. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman kepada murid untuk melakukan pemasaran online dengan teknik copywriting dan storytelling pada media sosial yang familiar digunakan oleh generasi milenial. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya penerapan bagi para murid untuk membantu memasarkan produk dari SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari

Abstract

The service was carried out to one of the SME groups in the tourist village of Café Sawah Pujon. The method used is the method of observation and active participation. The findings of the obstacles that were found were the unavailability of tools that accommodate processed products in a large capacity and the quality of processed milk that needed to be improved. This service is very much needed by 'Aisyiyah's SME group, to improve the quality of dairy products, which have become a mainstay for this group. The training was carried out by developing flavor variants of pasteurized milk, yogurt, and ice cream with better taste quality. The training that is carried out provides increased abilities for participants. Another activity carried out at this service is to assist with tools that can accommodate large amounts of dairy products within a certain period. Various activities are carried out aimed at increasing production capacity by maintaining consistency of quality. The dimensions of quality that are durability, conformance to specifications, features , reliabilty , aesthetics also perceived quality.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial di masyarakat semakin berkembang. Media sosial telah digunakan oleh sebagian orang salah sebagai media promosi. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang memiliki bidang multimedia berkaitan dengan teknologi. Namun, penggunaan media sosial di SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, utamanya dalam hal strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran. Strategi Branding perlu dimiliki oleh personal yang berhubungan secara langsung dalam penerapan komunikasi brand. Pemahaman yang baik tentang branding akan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memberikan hasil luaran yang tepat sasaran, komunikatif dan inovatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan bagi mitra yaitu guru SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosasi dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pada mitra pentingnya strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran sehingga output yang dihasilkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan atau skill mitra dalam penggunaan media sosial dengan memanfaatkan strategi branding dan komunikasi pemasaran. Peningkatan mitra diharapkan semakin meningkatkan kualitas sekolah di bidang professional pada khususnya dan nilai di masyarakat pada umumnya.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari merupakan salah satu sekolah kejuruan yang memiliki berbagai bidang, seperti multimedia, mesin, tata boga, dan sebagainya. Kreasi kue kering menjadi salah satu andalan dari SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari hasil karya siswa-siswi yang menjadi potensi untuk dikembangkan. Hal ini juga menjadi salah satu cara bagaimana sekolah dapat meningkatkan branding sekolah dan mengedepankan kualitas sekolah. Namun, saat ini olahan produk makanan yang dihasilkan masih belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik, dikarenakan belum adanya riset pasar yang dilakukan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melakukan pendampingan bagi mitra yaitu siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari dalam menganalisis riset pasar. Tujuan kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman pada mitra terkait pentingnya riset pasar yang tidak hanya dikalangan umum saja, melainkan sekolah juga perlu adanya pemahaman ini. Metode kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada para murid, dilanjutkan dengan pameran bazar makanan sehat yang disajikan oleh para murid SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari. Kegiatan ini juga akan menggunakan media sosial sebagai media untuk menunjang permasalahan mitra. Setelah itu kegiatan pengabdian ini diakhiri dengan pameran bazar makanan sehat yang disajikan oleh para murid SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari.
