Abstract

The increasing number of COVID-19 cases has caused the government to issue an appeal letter not to practice routine except for emergencies in health care facilities and advise the public to use online health services or telehealth. This has led to a 2 times increase in application downloads, 18 million monthly active users, 10 times paid doctor consultation transactions, 6 times health store services and 3 times the Make Appointment service on the Halodoc platform. The increase must pay attention to quality and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction on the Halodoc platform in Jabodetabek in 2021. The research method was quantitative analytic with an observational approach and a cross sectional research design. Respondents were 192 users of the Halodoc platform and were collected through an online questionnaire using a purposive sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The results showed that the majority of Halodoc platform users are teenagers aged between 17-25 (39.6%), female (70.8%), highly educated (70.8%) and high income (58.9%) with self-employed jobs (43.8%) and the majority live in Jakarta (43.2%) with a frequency of using the Halodoc platform 1-2 times (51.6%). There is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000) where a good service quality on the Halodoc platform can increase customer satisfaction by 11.6 times greater than the poor service quality. Suggestions that can be given are to increase personalization and assurance on the Halodoc platform according to the characteristics of each respondent so as to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Humanitarian workers or volunteers are included in non-wage workers which are one of the sectors that can be protected by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The research results in 6 provinces show that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants are 3.7 percent and haven’t reached the 6 percent target. Based on the interviews results with deskrelawan admin also stated that many volunteers didn’t have BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Individual awareness in insurance is marked by openness in accepting and utilizing insurance. This awareness can be influenced by various factors, including: age, gender, occupation, education. This research is quantitative research with cross-sectional design. It is a descriptive analysis with a test of the influence between dependent and independent variable. This research involved 115 respondents who were volunteers for the Mount Semeru eruption disaster management. The results of this study indicate that education has an influence on BPJS Employment ownership (p-value is 0.002 and OR is 3.54). Meanwhile, knowledge also affects BPJS Employment ownership with a sig value of 0.001 with an OR value of 11 for high knowledge and an OR value of 2.6 for moderate knowledge. Higher education haa s 3.54 times higher effect on BPJS Employment ownership than those with low education, while high knowledge has an 11 times greater effect on BPJS Employment ownership compared to those with low knowledge. Pekerja kemanusiaan ataupun relawan termasuk dalam pekerja bukan penerima upah yang merupakan salah satu sector yang dapat terlindungi oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil penelitian di 6 provinsi di Indonesia menunjukan bahwa peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sebesar 3,7 persen. Belum mencapai taget sebesar 6 persen. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan admin deskrelawan juga mengemukakan bahwa banyak relawan yang tidak memiliki BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Kesadaran individu dalam berasuransi ditandai dengan keterbukaan dalam menerima dan memanfaatkan asuransi. Kesadaran ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain: umur, jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif dengan rancang bangun crossectional. Bersifat analisis deskriptif dengan uji pegaruh antara variable dependent dan variabel independent dengan jumlah responden 115 relawan penanggulangan bencana erupsi Gunung Semeru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendidikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepemilikan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan nilai sig 0,002 dengan nilai OR 3,54. Sedangkan untuk pengetahuan juga berpengaruh terhadap kepemilikan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan nilai sig 0,001 dengan nilai OR 11 pada pengetahuan tinggi dan nilai OR 2,6 pada pengetahuan sedang. Pendidikan tinggi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepemilikan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan memiliki 3,54 kali lebih tinggi dibanding dengan yang memiliki pendidikan rendah, sedangkan pengetahuan yang tinggi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepemiliki BPJS Ketenagakerjaan 11 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan yang berpengetahuan rendah.
