Abstract

The purpose of the Community Service program through the Application of Appropriate Technology is to help producers (Beras Setra Ramos) in developing their business so that they can progress and improve their business, so that they can improve their standard of living and prosper. The way the team took to improve the partners' welfare began with a situation analysis in the field to find out the problems faced by the partners. The method used in the Application of Appropriate Technology is to provide theory and carry out direct activities, namely in the form of practice. In order to support the realization of the methods offered by the service team, the work procedure includes the location survey stage, the preparation / planning stage of the activity, the socialization stage, the activity implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the report preparation stage. The results of the implementation of this service to partners are: 1) There is an increase in the knowledge of business actors (Beras Setra Ramos) about the importance of quality product attributes ( packaging design ) 2) there is an increase developing soft skill in operating packaging sewing tools 3) there is an increase in the knowledge of product business actors (Setra Ramos Rice) in the application of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service program through the Application of Appropriate Technology (PTTG) is to assist producers (Setra Ramos Rice) in developing their businesses so that they are more advanced and increase their businesses, so that they can improve their standard of living and prosper. Abstract

This research aims to find out the profit optimization model in AN-NISA Koya company by using linear programming method simplex whether there is a difference between before and after using linear programming simplex method. The main raw materials used by the company are rice and granulated sugar. The study used interview data collection techniques, library studies, and observations. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The method used in this study is the linear programming simplex method which is calculated manually and with the help of POM-QM software. Based on the results of research, it is known that with the linear programming simplex method using the helped of POM-QM software the company can optimize profits. And from comparative analysis, there is a difference between the results of data before using linear programming method simplex and after using linear programming method simplex.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions and consumer perceptions on the decision to repurchase Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with causality method and survey approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling that is purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that promotion and consumer perception simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya. Promotions and consumer perceptions partially have a significant effect on repurchase decision for Xpander cars in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of relational marketing and pricing policies on customer loyalty in the B2B-based retail business in the City of Tasikmalaya. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain an overview of the attributes of online stores, consumer satisfaction and trust. While empirical research is conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires to 100 respondents who were consumers of sandal craft material stores based on Business to Business (B2B) using judgment sampling or purposive sampling techniques. As well as the analytical tool used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) where the attributes of relational marketing and price policies become exogenous variables and customer loyalty becomes variable. The results of this study indicate that relational marketing and pricing policies have an important role in creating customer loyalty. The better relational marketing and pricing policies, the more customer loyalty will increase.

Abstract

Article History: Received: Revised: Accepted: Abstract: This study aims to determine the Simultaneous and Partial Effects between Product Design and Advertising Creativity on Competitive Advantage at the Tasikmalaya Embroidery DMK Company. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 24. The results of the study show that Product Design and Advertising Creativity have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Partially Product Design has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. Partially Advertising Creativity has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions (a survey of Lawang Coffee consumers in Leuwisari, Tasikmalaya), both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a causal quantitative survey approach. The population studied were 100 respondents. The data collected in the form of secondary and primary data. Data analysis in this study using Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that product quality and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions at Lawang Coffee in Leuwisari District. Product quality partially influences purchasing decisions at Lawang Coffee in Leuwisari District. Promotion partially affects purchasing decisions at Lawang Coffee in Leuwisari District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty (Survey of Pringsewu Pangandaran restaurant customers). The method used is a quantitative approach with the survey method. With a research sample of 100 customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the brand image perceived by the customers of Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant had very good criteria. The product quality at Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Satisfaction Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant has very good assessment criteria. Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers has quite good criteria. Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty. Product Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction is significant, meaning that Customer Satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty to Pringsewu Pangandaran Restaurant Customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of store image and product variations on purchase decision Kareem Hjiab in Kab, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the store image and product variations simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase decision. Store image partially significant effect on purchase decision. product variations has a significant effect on purchase decision Kareem Hjiab.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perception of price, taste, and location of sales on customer satisfaction at Café Shelter Wisata Galunggung Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method with a survey method. The population in this study is unknown and the sample is taken using random sampling. While the determination of the number of respondents (samples) using purposive sampling as many as 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. SPSS version 25 is used. The results show that price perception and taste simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price perception partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Taste partially has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The sales location partially has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.
