Abstract

Ada persoalan mendasar dalam demokrasi yang memberikan pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap perilaku penguasa, pengusaha, dan masyarakatnya. Demokrasi sebagai derivasi dari ideologi kapitalisme-sekularisme-liberalisme menumbuhkan praktik yang jauh dari keberadaban sebuah masyarakat karena nilai kebenaran ditentukan oleh manusia. Dampaknya adalah kebenaran dalam demokrasi bersifat relatif dan berubah disebabkan perubahan waktu dan tempat, serta kepentingan. Dalam ideologi ini, nilai keragaman dan ketuhanan diakui keberadaannya (sekularisme), hanya saja ditempatkan sebagai private domain yang tidak berhubungan sama sekali dengan public domain. Islam berbeda dengan ideologi kapitalisme-sekularisme dan sosialisme-komunisme. Islam merupakan sistem yang mengatur kehidupan dengan menyatukan antara urusan mondial dan akhirat. Keduanya berkorelasi kuat mempengaruhi perilaku manusia, karena diyakini kebenaran harus merujuk kepada wahyu Tuhan dan setelah manusia mati diyakini ada kehidupan lain setelah kematian (Akhirat). Oleh sebab itu, kaum muslim terikat dengan nilai-nilai dan hukum Tuhan dalam perilakunya. Inilah aspek mendasar yang menuntun aktivitas muslim menuju keberadaban dan peradaban luhur. Berdasarkan kaca mata kritis, Islam dan demokrasi memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan baik dari segi landasan konsepsi, praktik musyawarah (syura) dan pemilu. Menyamakan Islam dan demokrasi sebagai sesuatu yang sebangun tentu merupakan kesalahan fatal dalam konsepsi berfikir mendasar dan paradigmatik. Oleh sebab itu, proses transformasi politik perlu dilakukan dengan memperhatikan ketentuan nilai dan hukum dalam syariat Islam.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 disrupts the technology field and other fields, such as law, economics, and society, namely the deprivation of human values and religion. One of the steps to overcome the disruption era is the revitalization of Islamic values, given that the majority of Indonesia's population is Muslim. Islamic values ​​are fundamentally built in the family as the smallest social structure of society. Therefore, this study aims to describe the strategy of the revitalization of Islamic values ​​in the family. To achieve this goal, a descriptive analysis method is used. To obtain accurate results, this study was conducted in three steps. First, the provision of data with the method of conversation with questionnaire techniques about Islamic values ​​in the family which one of the members is the student. Second, the analytical method used is the eclectic SWAT-functional method. Using SWAT-analysis as one of the methods, the strengths, weaknesses, threats, and challenges of the family to revitalize Islamic values ​​in the era of disruption can be mapped, while using the functional analysis, it can be given the principles of Islamic families. Then, the analyzed data is compiled as a strategy to revitalize Islamic values ​​in the family. Third, the presentation of data informally, namely providing a straightforward explanation of optimizing Strengths-opportunities and strategies to overcome weaknesses (weakness-threats) to revitalize Islamic values ​​in the family. The results of the study were found two types of Indonesian families based on the eight family functions in the Qur'an. Type-A, a good family and strong, namely the fulfillment of family functions between 70% to 90%. The type-B family is not good and not strong because religion and education are not good. This research implies that a strategy is needed to optimize the value of Islamic values in the type A family and strengthen the religiosity function and educational function in the type B family.

Abstract

In Indonesia, public asset privatization policy has been valid since the Oil and Gas Law Number 22 the Year 2001. The objectives of this research were: (1) To determine the criteria for public assets according to the idea of Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani., (2) To find out the Islamic economic analysis of the idea of Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani on the privatization of public assets. The data source of this research is secondary data, which were taken from literature and books from research correlating to the object of this study and other required data. The data analysis in this research is descriptive. First, various data collected were analyzed using content analysis technique (content analysis), then the study and analysis of the data are carried out to obtain the conclusions. After conducting the research and analysis, it is concluded that (1) Syekh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani classifies public assets based on the types of ownership, namely public ownership and state ownership, (2) Islam strongly prohibits the management of public assets through privatization. However, it is returned to the State, and its use by the public is permitted by shara'.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the formation and meaning of Indonesian words as Indonesian Twitter's tweet register markers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection methods using listen and note method. The referential equivalent method and the content analysis method with the presentation of the results of data analysis carried out using formal and informal methods are two methods used in data analysis. The data source is Twitter user comments in the six tweets of the @areajulid account with the most comments in 2021. The results show that there are five ways of forming Indonesian words as Twitter registers, namely the process of (1) affixation, including the words "mengjamet", "mengkesal", and "membagongkan"; (2) abbreviations include the words "mjb", "pen", "jamet", "lontang", "sat", "dahlah", and "monmaap"; (3) anagrams include the words "kane", "isilop", and "ngab"; (4) hybrids include the words "kenawhy", "akhlakn't", and "jujurly"; and (5) changes in the form of syllables in basic words including the words "anjir", "anjrit", "santuy", "gemoy", and "cangtip". The purposes of using the Indonesian word Twitter register marker are (1) to express feelings; (2) to make fun of; (3) to greet; and (4) to misspelt words.
