<![CDATA[High increase in company value is a long-term goal that should be achieved by the company which will be reflected in the market price of its shares because investors' valuation of the company can be observed through the movement of stock prices of companies traded on the stock exchange for companies that have gone public. Company value is the investor's perception of the company, which is often associated with stock prices. Company value is not only measured by the level of profitability. Various studies have concluded that there are many factors that influence the high and low values of a company. One such factor is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This study aims to determine specifically the effect of the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance on the value of the company in the food and beverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. Taking the research period over the past three years, because in that period CSR disclosures are experiencing a fairly good development, indicated by the increasing number of companies that carry out CSR disclosures in the annual report. This study uses sample data from 11 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affect the value of the company. Companies that implement CSR, disclose it in Corporate Social Reporting so that it will get many benefits such as customer loyalty and trust from creditors and investors. Whereas Good Corporate Governance (GCG) influences company value. This can be interpreted that the size of the GCG index received by the company. This means that an increase in GCG will drive an increase in company value.]]>

<![CDATA[Kelurahan Blandongan Kota Pasuruan memiliki potensi yang besar akan berbagai olahan laut. Salah satu komoditas yang dihasilkan pada Dusun Jelak Kelurahan Blandongan adalah ikan bandeng. Jelak Joyo Foods merupakan kelompok usaha olahan pangan yang beranggotakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tinggal di Dusun Jelak, Kelurahan Blandongan. Namun, potensi dan peluang bisnis Jelak Joyo Foods masih kelolah dan dipasarkan secara tradisional. Proses produksi, pengemasan dan pemasarannya terbilang sederhana. Dengan dilaksanakannya program pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada kempok usaha Jelak Joyo Foods, jiwa kewirausahaan dan manajemen dalam menjalankan usaha semakin membaik. Inovasi produk dan kemasan semakin ditingkatkan serta area pemasarannyapun semakin luas dengan menggunakan business account pada social media sehingga omzet yang didapatkan semakin meningkat dan mampu menaikkan perokonomian masyarakat Dusun Jelak, Kelurahan Blandongan.]]>

This type of research is descriptive quantitative. <![CDATA[Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menerapkan metode berpikir kritis dalam mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris Bisnis yang dapat membantu mahasiswa membawa perubahan positif dalam cara berpikir mereka dan memperluas wawasan pengetahuan mereka. Hal ini memberikan informasi dan wawasan untuk mengembangkan kurikulum Bahasa Inggris untuk Keperluan Khusus (ESP) yang efektif untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi pendidikan untuk merekonstruksi prinsip-prinsip pengajaran tradisional ke dalam strategi pendidikan modern dan memberikan dasar bagi transformasi pendidikan yang demokratis di era pertumbuhan dan inovasi global. Dalam proses kegiatan, tim menerapkan berbagai macam kegiatan pembelajaran berdasarkan taksonomi Bloom terbaru. Hasil kegiatan mengungkapkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki sikap yang sangat positif terhadap kegiatan yang didasarkan pada pemikiran kritis yang terintegrasi dengan mata kuliah bahasa asing. Bahkan, mereka memiliki keyakinan yang kuat mengenai manfaat menggunakan keterampilan berpikir kritis di dalam kelas dan dunia kerja.]]>

<![CDATA[Providing an assessment and feedbacks are crucial parts for teaching and learning phase as well as for continued growth in the education system. In general, assessing the students’ progress and giving feedbacks as reflections of progress can be done in a variety of ways. The recent research is primarily concerned with how the formative assessment, as the most advantageous and beneficial kind of evaluation can be considered as a sufficient contributor to the instruction process, particularly once followed by genuine constructive feedbacks. This research's findings claimed that the formative assessment and feedbacks have a significant impact on what the learners perform and how the instructors teach. This research explored how formative assessment is implemented in ESP classes, particularly in Business English classes at universities in Indonesia and Thailand.]]>

<![CDATA[The economy of the village community is an important factor in assessing the success of village development according to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages article 1 number 6 states that village-owned enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are business entities whose capital is wholly or partly owned by the village through direct participation originating from village assets separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the maximum welfare of the village community. This article states that the management of BUMDes is carried out entirely by village communities from village by village and for village communities in an effort to strengthen their economy and is formed based on the needs and economic potential of village resources. It is hoped that the establishment of BUMDes is not only oriented towards institutional profits but also prioritizes improving the economy and social life of village communities. This study aims to assess the feasibility of implementing village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) business activities from economic and social aspects. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, observation and literature review with subjects as key research informants, namely BUMDes managers, village heads and one BUMDes service user. Measurement assessment analysis uses aspects of the feasibility study indicators. The results of the study show that the existence of Sekar Pandan BUMDes in Karangpandan Rejoso Pasuruan Village in terms of vision, mission and objectives is currently still not appropriate, so that its positive role in improving the economy and social cannot be directed by the village community in general, while from a business feasibility assessment it is still necessary to increase the management capacity of the community with assistance and guidance from related agencies on a cross-sectoral basis]]>

<![CDATA[Cash is a company asset that is easy to liquidate, cash is included in the category of current assets and is easy to use for its financial operations. An overview of the company's cash condition is a function of the preparation of cash flow statements, which provide information about the company's collection and disbursement of cash. Cash flow is categorized into 3 parts, namely. operating activities, investing activities, and financing activities. All three contain different information and serve as a complement to one another in the main operations of the company. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach and took secondary data from the financial statements of PT. Carma Wira East Java 2019–2021. Data collection techniques used are field research and library research. The ratio analysis approach is used in cash flow analysis to describe future cash capabilities and explain existing cash capabilities. The results of this study from each of the cash flow ratio analysis methods used show that PT. Carma Wira Jatim only relies on funds from operating activities to support its operations, and the company is in unfavorable condition, as evidenced by the results of the analysis which tend to be low and have decreased every year.]]>

<![CDATA[Grab is one of the online transportation service providers in Pasuruan City. Drivers in Pasuruan City are accustomed to using more than one online application while working to maximize their income and continue to do this because it is based on their motivation to meet their needs. This study aims to determine the influence of work culture and work motivation on the performance of grab drivers in Pasuruan City. The population used in this study is grab drivers in Pasuruan City. The sampling technique used is using the hair et al formula, with a total of 60 responses. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test) and determination coefficient analysis (R2) with a significance level of 5%. The type of data in this study is primary data. The results of this study show that (1) work culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on driver performance. (2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on driver performance. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on driver performance. Work Culture and Work Motivation have an influence of 52.9% on the performance of grab drivers in Pasuruan City]]>

<![CDATA[Batik is a pictorial Indonesian cloth which is made specifically by writing the night on the cloth, then the processing is processed in a certain way which has a uniqueness as a whole technique, technology, as well as the development of related motifs and culture, has been designated by UNESCO as a Humanitarian Heritage for Oral and Cultural Heritage. Nonbendawi (Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity). Batik from time to time continues to develop with various techniques. Wastra Nusantara is the development of batik which is better known as shibori. High creativity will determine the results of the shibori produced. Shibori himself can use folding, turning, sliding or other techniques according to the creativity or desire of the maker, so that the archipelago can produce abstract motifs, boxes, lines and others. Students as the younger generation are a very inspiring and imaginative field for works of art, so that with this Community Service Activity (PKM) it is hoped that existing local wisdom can be well preserved and will not become extinct]]>
