Abstract

Abstrak Indeks massa tubuh (IMT) merupakan indikator status gizi berdasarkan tinggi badan dan berat badan yang berkaitan dengan penyakit diabetes mellitus (DM).Indeks massa tubuh yang tinggi adalah faktor yang dapat berkaitan dengan kejadian diabetes mellitus tipe 2lehnya itu upaya penentuan status IMT penting dilakukan sebagai langkah pencegahan maupun penanganan penyakit DM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks massa tubuh penderita DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Poasia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan telah dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2018 di ruang poli umum Puskesmas Poasia.Pengumpulan data menggunakan Mikrotoice untuk menentukan Tinggi Badan dan Timbangan Injak untuk menentukan berat badan.Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IMT responden bervariasi yakni terdapat responden yang IMT normal 26,7%, berisiko (6,7%), dan obesitas I (46,7%) serta obesitas II (20%). Rata-rata IMT adalah 27,15, median 26,53 dan standar deviasi 7,21. Status IMT terbanyak adalah responden yang mengalami obesitas I sebanyak 14 orang (46,7%). Penelitian ini menyarankan bagi pihak Puskesmas Poasia agar melakukan pemeriksaan IMT rutin pada penderita DM tipe 2 dan bagi penderita DM tipe 2 sebaiknya membatasi makanan tinggi lemak dan melakukan aktifitas fisik secara teratur. Kata Kunci :Indeks Massa Tubuh, Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Absctract Body mass index (BMI) is an indicator of nutritional status based on height and weight related to diabetes mellitus (DM). A high body mass index is a factor that can be related to the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Therefore, it is important to determine the status of BMI as a preventive measure and manage DM disease. This study aims to determine the body mass index of patients with type 2 diabetes at the Poasia Health Center. This type of research is descriptive and was carried out in June-July 2018 in the public clinic at Poasia Health Center. Data collection uses Mikrotoice to determine Height and Step Scales to determine body weight. Data analysis was performed descriptively. The results showed that respondent BMI varied ie there were respondents whose BMI was normal 26.7%, risky (6.7%), and obesity I (46.7%) and obesity II (20%). The average BMI was 27.15, the median was 26.53 and the standard deviation was 7.21. Most BMI status were 14 people (46.7%) who were obese I. This research recommends that the Poasia Health Center to carry out routine IMT examination in patients with type 2 DM and for patients with type 2 DM should limit high-fat foods and do regular physical activity. Abstract

Abstrak. Manajemen perencanaan gizi olahraga yang kurang tepat untuk para atlet terutama atlet dayung dapat berdampak pada prestasi atlet khususnya di sekolah SMAN Perbakatan Bahteramas yang menyediakan asrama dan mewajibkan para siswanya tinggal di asrama, sehingga pola makan dan status gizi para atletnya dapat dipantau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen perencanaan gizi dan asupan gizi atlet dayung di SMAN Perbakatan Olahraga Bahteramas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah desktiptif, dengan populasi sebanyak 36 orang yang diambil secara total sampel sehingga sampel penelitian adalah 36 orang. Data manajemen perencanaan gizi diperoleh dengan wawancara dan observasi sedangkan data asupan diperoleh dengan recall 24 jam. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ahwa manajemen perencanaan gizi pada atlet dayung yang belum terlaksana yaitu belum ditetapkannya pola menu, besar porsi, format menu, penilaian menu, merevisi menu, pre test menu serta belum dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan bahan makanan dan belum adanya pedoman berat bersih bahan makanan yang digunakan dan dikonversi kedalam berat kotor dan asupan gizi pada atlet dayung yakni asupan energi, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang yakni masing-masing 58,3%, 55,6%, 58,3% dan 63,9%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah manajemen perencanaan gizi pada atlet dayung belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal dan asupan gizi khususnya energi, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang.

Abstract

Penyakit HIV AIDS merupakan suatu penyakit yang terus berkembang dan menjadi masalah global yang melanda dunia khususnya di Desa Kondowa Kabupaten Buton Sulawesi Tenggara yang sebagian penduduknya adalah perantau sehingga berisiko terpapar HIV AIDS.Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang HIV AIDS pada umumnya masih rendah, yakni mengganggap penyakit tersebut merupakan penyakit kutukan dan merupakan aib bagi keluarga yang menderita.Upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang HIV AIDS dengan metode ceramah yang masih jarang dilakukan pada masyarakat Kondowa. Olehnya itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan metode ceramah terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat tentang HIV dan AIDS. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperiment dengan pendekatan one group pre test-post test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 4 September-4 Oktober 2019 di Desa Kondowa.Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana yaitu sebanyak 30 orang.Hasil : penelitian diperoleh bahwa rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan kelompok adalah 18,03 dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 29,67 sesudah penyuluhan. hasil uji statistik wilcoxon sign rank test diperoleh nilai p value sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05). Kesimpulan ada pengaruh penyuluhan (metode ceramah) terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh handbook overweight terhadap asupan lemak dan berat badan remaja di sekolah menengah pertama swasta Frater Kendari Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre ekperiment menggunakan pre test-post test design. Sampel sebanyak 32 remaja overweight. Pengumpulan data berat badan menggunakan timbangan injak yang terkalibrasi dan asupan lemak menggunakan form recall 3 x 24 jam. Data diukur sebanyak 4 kali dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired T-test. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh handbook overweight terhadap asupan lemak remaja dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0.05 (CI 95%) dan ada pengaruh handbook overweight terhadap berat badan remaja dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0.05 (CI 95%). Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu Handbook Overweight dapat menurunkan asupan lemak dan berat badan remaja

Abstract

Toddler nutritional status is an indicator of Toddler health which is influenced by several factors such as infectious diseases, income and parenting. Nambo Health Center data in 2019 The prevalence of good nutrition is 90.47%, over nutrition is 0.24%, malnutrition is 8.9%, and malnutrition is 0.3%. Increased in 2020 good nutrition 85.49%, over nutrition 0.11%, less nutrition 13.53%, and poor nutrition 0.45%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between infectious diseases, family income and parenting patterns with the nutritional status of children under five. Quantitative research design, cross sectional study approach. The population is all toddlers from fishing families aged 12-59 months in the coastal area of ​​Petoaha, totaling 208 toddlers and a sample of 86 people obtained by purposive side. Data were analyzed using Fisher Exact test. The results showed that the relationship between infectious diseases and eating patterns with nutritional status was obtained with a p value of 0.000 and the relationship between income and nutritional status obtained a p value of 1,000. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between infectious diseases and eating patterns with the nutritional status of children under five and there is no relationship between family income and the nutritional status of children under five on the Coastal Coast of Petoaha Village. Suggestions for the Petoaha Village Government, in order to establish a policy to improve the nutritional status of children under five. For mothers to provide good parenting and for further researchers, to analyze the dominant factors related to the nutritional status of Toddlers in Petoaha Village.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kelor merupakan bahan pangan lokal yang banyak tersedia di lingkungan masyarakat Sulawesi Tenggara khususnya di Kota Kendari, Salah satu produk olahan kelor yang banyak digemari adalah Biskuit kelor yang dimix dengan ikan guna mengurangi rasa khas dari kelor. Ketersediaan ikan sori di Kota Kendari dapat didayagunakan guna menunjang kebutuhan zat gizi dalam setiap daur kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kadar protein, kalsium dan Fe pada Biskuit kelor mix ikan sori. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian experiment (experimental research) dengan populasi adalah biskuit kelor sebanyak 100 gr. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kandungan gizi biskuit Kelor mix ikan sori dalam 1 mg biskuit terdapat Protein 0,0502 mg/dl, Kalisum 0,0589 mg/dl dan Fe sebanyak 0,4680 mg/dl. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar dilakukan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar biskuit kelor mix ikan sori dapat dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat khususnya Balita, Anak Usia Sekolah, Remaja dan Ibu Hamil guna memenuhi kebutuhan Protein, Kalsium dan Fe. The availability of sori fish in Kendari City can be utilized to support nutritional needs in every life cycle. The aims of this study was analyze the levels of protein, calcium and Fe in Moringa Biskuits mixed with sori fish. This research is an experimental research (experimental research) with a population of 100 grams of Moringa biskuits. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the nutritional content of Kelor biskuits mixed with sori fish in 1 mg of biskuits contained 0.0502 mg/dl Protein, 0.0589 mg/dl Kalisum and 0.4680 mg/dl Fe. This research suggests that it should be done. This study suggests that Moringa biskuit mix with sori fish can be consumed by the community, especially Toddlers, School Age Children, Teens and Pregnant Women to meet the needs of Protein, Calcium and Fe.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding only for babies until they are 6 months old. The national achievement target is 80%, but the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in the Mokoau Health Center work area in 2015 is 45.18%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding with the theory of planned behavior approach. This type of research is qualitative with a theory of planned behavior approach. The research was carried out at the Azatata BTN Housing in the working area of ​​the Mokoau Health Center, Kendari City, the number of respondents was 5 people. The data is processed descriptively and narrated. The results of the study on attitude showed that 100% of respondents agreed to give exclusive breastfeeding, the subjective norm aspect showed that 3 respondents (60%) stated that their husbands did not support it and 4 respondents (80%) their mothers recommended and gave formula milk when the baby was born. Perceived Behavioral Control, from the aspect of resources, 4 respondents (80%) underwent cesarean delivery, from the income aspect, 100% of respondents were able to provide formula milk, 3 respondents (60%) said health workers did not recommend exclusive breastfeeding, for the opportunity 4 respondents (80%) work and on behavior intention 100% intend to give exclusive breastfeeding. The conclusion of this study is that the low behavior of exclusive breastfeeding is caused by a lack of parental support, lack of husband support, lack of support from health workers, history of cesarean delivery and work. Suggestions for Puskesmas need to provide counseling to the husband's family and parents, for the company to provide a special place for breastfeeding mothers and the need for further research on other factors that cause low exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

The prevalence of overweight in adolescents in the Brother Middle School is 14.1% (exceeding the standard for nutritional problems of 10%), therefore innovation is needed in the form of giving a handbook to overcome the problem of overweight. This study aims to determine the effect of overweight handbook on adolescent weight loss at Brother Kendari Junior High School. This research is a quantitative research (pre-experimental) with a pre-test-post-test design. This research was conducted on May 7 - July 14 2018. The population was all overweight Brothers Private Junior High School students, namely 38 people, a sample of 32 people was obtained by simple random sampling. Carbohydrate intake data collection form 3 x 24 hour recall. The data was measured 4 times and analyzed using the paired T-test. The results showed that the average (mean) intake of KH for adolescents increased, namely before being given the overweight handbook it was 327.0 g, then after being given the overweight handbook, the intake of KH for adolescents was 268.6 g. The average increase in KH intake was 58, 4 gr. The results of the paired T-test on carbohydrate intake obtained p value (0.000) <α (0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of overweight handbook on decreasing carbohydrate intake of overweight adolescents at Brothers Kendari Junior High School. It is recommended for the Brother Junior High School overweight students to always read the overweight handbook and limit foods high in carbohydrates and for the Brother Junior High School students to regularly provide education about limiting carbohydrate intake to overweight sufferers by using a handbook.
