Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan mengembangkan media iSpring pada pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (RD). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ASSURE. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Penilaian produk berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi, bahasa, dan media. Uji coba produk yang dilakukan yaitu uji coba perorangan diberikan kepada 3 siswa, uji coba kelompok kecil diberikan kepada 8 siswa, dan uji coba kelompok besar diberikan kepada 15 siswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kelayakan dari aspek materi dengan kategori valid, aspek bahasa dengan kategori valid, dan aspek media dengan kategori sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa media iSpring pada pembelajaran IPA berbasis STEM untuk mengembangkan kreativitas siswa layak untuk digunakan. AbstractThe research aimed to develop iSpring media on STEM-based IPA learning to develop student creativity. This research method used research and development (RD). The development model used the ASSURE model. The data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Research instruments used questionnaires and observation sheets. Product assessment in the form of questionnaires given to material, language, and media experts. The individual trial was given to 3 students, the small group trial was given to 8 students, and the large group trial was given to 15 students.  The results of the research obtained a percentage of eligibility from material aspects with valid categories, language aspects with valid categories, and media aspects with very valid categories. Based on the results, iSpring media on STEM-based science learning to develop students' creativity was feasible to use.

Abstract

Shopping via online is being one of the human life style for modern society. The developement of the buying something by online increase up to 26 % with the new consument reach 51%. By this phenomena can be used by the decorative fish in dveloping thei bussiness along the pandemic covid-19. The people who keep stay at home during the pandemic can contribute to increase or develope e-commerce. This research is to know the effect e-commerce or marketing by online especially for decorative fish (ikan hias) during pandemic covid-19. The method used is descriptive quantitative by using the simple regresi analysis. The result of this research show that there is significant impact in marketing decorative fish during the pandemic covid-19. The result R Square found that the impact of marketing by online to the e-commerce of decorative fish along the pandemic covid-19 is 34.8 %.

Abstract

Brand Image and service quality are some of the factors that can influence the saving decisions made by customers. As a result, banks as much as possible must be able to create a good brand image and service quality in the eyes of the public, this aims to meet the needs and desires of customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality variables on student decisions to save. This study uses quantitative methods and research data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires to students via Twitter which will then be used as samples. The results showed that the significant value for the influence of brand image on students' saving decisions was 0.02 and the significant value of the service quality variable on students' saving decisions was 0.04. This means that the X1 and X2 variables have an influence on the Y variable.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world has had a huge impact on the economy. Household consumption and the fulfillment of basic needs are a problem in the midst of restrictions on social mobility and rampant cases of layoffs. Emergency funds as a fulfillment of needs become important in the midst of a situation of uncertainty about a crisis that will never end. Pawn transactions are a way to get cash by mortgaging their belongings. The rahn contract already exists at BPRS Amanah Ummah and is practiced to help customers in particular and the public in general to obtain direct funds in accordance with sharia principles. This research is a qualitative research that aims to find out whether Covid-19 affects customer interest in sharia gold pawn products and what factors affect customer interest in sharia gold pawn products (rahn) in the Covid-19 era at BPRS Amanah Ummah. Money data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, questionnaires and observations. The employees of BPRS Amanah Ummah and customers who made pawn transactions became research respondents. The results showed that the covid-19 pandemic caused a decrease in the number of customers. Gold pawn customer data calculated from before and after Covid-19 stated that in 2019-2020 the total pawn customers were 7068 and from 2020-2021 as many as 6960 there was a decrease of 108 gold pawn customers. The economic factor is one of the most important factors in using the pawn services available at the Amanah Ummah BPRS. Economic factors include economic needs or economic problems that hit customers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This economic factor can be seen by the economic problems it causes that still affect the motives that determine the customer's decision to pawn the goods.

Abstract

Rismayanti Lubis 171104080851 “Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Transaksi Jual Beli Pada Wirausaha Muslim (Studi Pada Wirausaha Muslim di Desa Laladon)” in business competition is the ethics have to business people because the way regulates all human activites including business by giving limitation whatever may done and who cannot be done. this research explains how the implementation of ethical business people in transaction in muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon behavior and now how muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon according to Islamic. Bisiness this research in a qualitative. Descriptive approachdata collection techniques used in this research in the from of interview, observation and documentation the result of the transaction on muslim entrepreneneurs in the village Laladon cash, however some entrepreneurs have digital transaction, provides payments and have made a run of the seller and buyer. The implementation of ethical business on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon by applying the principle of unity the principle of justice, the principle of trustful, and responsibilities, principle of rectitude, products sold lawful, and did not do bisnis mal has ini practice in an entrepreneurship activity. Muslim entrepreneurial behavior in the village Laladon gave the best services with an attitude suave and customer with a vengeance. The application of islam in business ethics transaction on muslim entrepreneurs in the village Laladon has is served in accordance with islam Syariah.

Abstract

AbstractThis study discusses the effectiveness of marital guidance in kua citeureup in maintanining the integrity household countained from the cause due to the high  divorce in Indonesia, especially for muslim in Indonesia, where the government has issued a policy that the bride and groom thas prospective brides who want to marry are required to follow the guidance of marriage in advance. despite the policy being issued, the fact remains that many bride and groom who do not follow the marriage guidance even tends to underestimate the importance of following marital guidance. In the discussion of the effectiviness of marital guidance in maintaining the integrity of this household has two important points that need to be studied, how far the effectiviness of marital guidance that has been given by the officers kua citeureup to the bride and groom in maintaining the integrity of the household and any factors that make many bride and groom are still unable to attend marriage counselling that has been held by the office of religious affairs.Keyword: Marriage Guidance, KUA, Household Integrity AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang efektivitas bimbingan perkawinan di kua dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga yang terkandung dari sebab akibat tingginya tingkat perceraian yang terjadi di Indonesia, khususnya bagi umat muslim di Indonesia. Pemerintah dalam hal ini telah mengeluarkan kebijakan bahwa para calon pengantin yang ingin melangsungkan pernikahan diharuskan untuk mengikuti bimbingan perkawinan terlebih dahulu. Meskipun telah dikeluarkan kebijakan tersebut, faktanya masih banyak para calon pengantin yang tidak mengikutinya, bahkan cenderung menyepelekan pentingnya mengikuti bimbingan ini sebelum menikah. Dalam pembahasan tentang efektivitas bimbingan perkawinan dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga ini, memiliki dua poin penting yang perlu dikaji, yakni sejauhmana efektivitas bimbingan perkawinan yang telah diberikan kepada para calon pengantin dalam menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga dan faktor apa sajakah yang membuat para calon pengantin masih banyak yang belum dapat menghadiri bimbingan perkawinan yang telah diadakan oleh kua citeureup.Kata Kunci: Bimbingan Pengantin, KUA, Keutuhan Rumah Tangga

Abstract

AbstractThe use of Instagram as a medium of da’wah is a form of innovation among modern da'i as a flexible method of da'wah because it is able to adjust to the times. Instagram has provided a very large space for da'wah activists to broadcast Islamic teachings through creative and interesting content. This is supported by people's ability to use social media based on digital technology so that it can be categorized as a digital society. Therefore, Islamic da’wah content must be able to take a role on social media in order to be to foster Islamic spirituality in the tal society. This study examines whether the Instagram account Teladan Rasul has an influence on the interests of the da'wah of the digital community using quantitative methods with a correlational approach by measuring the correlation coefficient in the form of the influence of one variable on another using statistical data. The result is that there is an influence from the Teladan Rasul Instagram account on the interest in da'wah of the digital community. This is evidenced by the results obtained from the Pearson correlation value (calculated r value) with a 5% significance of 0.673, and the correlation coefficient value (r table value) of 130 respondents of 0.171. So that the calculated r value is stated to be greater than the r table or (0.673 > 0.171). Then the level of significance of the influence is declared strong. Therefore, this study to contribute ideas to inspire da'wah accounts on social media to develop digital da'wah content to be even better.AbstrakPemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media dakwah merupakan bentuk inovasi di kalangan da’i modern sebagai metode dakwah yang fleksibel karena mampu menyesuaikan perkembangan zaman. Instagram telah memberikan ruang yang sangat luas bagi para pegiat dakwah untuk mensyiarkan ajaran Islam melalui konten-konten kreatif dan menarik. Hal tersebut didukung oleh kecakapan masyarakat dalam menggunakan media sosial berbasis teknologi digital sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai masyarakat digital. Oleh karena itu, konten dakwah Islam harus dapat mengambil peran di media sosial agar mampu menumbuhkan spiritualitas keislaman di kalangan masyarakat digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah akun instagram teladan rasul memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat dakwah masyarakat digital menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan mengukur koefisien korelasi berupa pengaruh dari suatu variabel terhadap variabel lain menggunakan data statistik. Hasilnya terdapat pengaruh dari akun instagram teladan rasul terhadap minat dakwah masyarakat digital. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan  hasil yang diperoleh dari nilai korelasi pearson (nilai r hitung) dengan signifikansi 5% sebesar 0.673, dan nilai koefisen korelasi (nilai r tabel) dari 130 responden sebesar 0.171. Sehingga nilai r hitung dinyatakan lebih besar daripada r tabel atau (0.673 > 0.171). Maka tingkat signifikansi pengaruh dinyatakan kuat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pemikiran guna menginspirasi akun-akun dakwah di media sosial untuk mengembangkan konten-konten dakwah digital agar lebih baik lagi.
