Abstract

The evaluation process of an enterprise architecture implementation is very important. This process will assess whether the company that has been implemented is still in accordance with organizational goals or not. The hybrid evaluation method is a method used as the basis for developing evaluation applications because this method can assess all artifacts of the enterprise architecture. The methodology used in this study refers to the Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) method with a system development model following the flow of a waterfall. System modeling tools using UML. The results of the research are in the form of an initial design of the application that will be made which includes use case diagrams, class diagrams, and interface design. The results of this design can be used by both academics and academics, who will evaluate the implementation of enterprise architecture.

Abstract

IT Master Plan adalah gambaran dari strategi perusahaan dalam merencanakan implementasi teknologi. IT Master Plan dibuat sebagai pedoman bagi organisasi dalam menyelaraskan antara teknologi dan proses bisnisnya. Sebelum merancang IT Master Plan diperlukan analisis kondisi saat ini dari proses bisnis dan teknologinya. Untuk mengetahui kondisi awal, maka diperlukan sebuah analisis keadaan perusahaan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis awal sebelum merancang dokumen IT Master Plan dalam membangun smart campus. Dalam melakukan analisis, proses yang dilakukan akan mengikuti standar dari TOGAF 9.2 pada fase preliminary. Metode yang akan dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, observasi / wawancara, analisis preliminary dan penyusunan laporan hasil preliminary. Hasil penelitian ini berupa gambaran kondisi awal dari objek penelitian, sehingga dapat dijadikan dasar dalam melakukan perancangan IT Master Plan berbasis smart campus.

Abstract

Smart Campus refers to the integration of the unity of campus life that is supported by technology. The application of Smart Campus is a development from conventional management campus to campus that applies technology, one of the technologies is an information system. For an information system to be successful and optimal, an appropriate strategic information system (SISP) planning is needed in accordance with the business processes of the institution and is used as a blueprint as part of the IT Masterplan for the implementation of the Smart Campus. Smart Campus Strategic Planning implemented by utilizing the Ward and Peppard framework, with identification of information system needs based on the Critical Success Factor (CSF), Value Chain, Gap Analysis and McFarlan Portfolio. The results of this study can be used as a consideration for decision makers to determine campus policies in implementing various services provided by information systems as part of the Smart Campus, which can be described as a campus that intelligently interacts with its academics

Abstract

The IT Master Plan is a description of the company's strategy for planning the implementation of technology. The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on organizations, both private and public, because it forces all organizations to compete in the use of information technology to gain a competitive advantage. The implementation of the enterprise architecture has two approaches, namely the enterprise architecture framework and the implementation method of the enterprise architecture. The research method used in this study follows and continues the stages of the Design Science Research Methodology for Information Systems (DSRM). In this research, the analysis carried out is a literature study to determine the model that will be used as an application. In this study, a method of conducting research that refers to the TOGAF method was used. The results of this study are a description of the initial conditions of the research object, so that it can be used as a basis for designing an IT Master Plan based on a Smart Campus. There is a structure for the evaluation method, namely the hybrid evaluation method consisting of initiation, control, and sustainability. The system and interface designs that have been created are implemented to create a fully functional application. The entire structure of this hybrid evaluation method will be assessed on the basis of functionality and effectiveness. This application was made as an implementation of the previous design research. With this design, it can make it easier for practitioners and academics who will evaluate the implementation of enterprise architecture

Abstract

Kehadiran smartphone telah menawarkan strategi baru di bidang teknologi pendidikan untuk mendukung inovasi proses belajar mengajar yang dikenal dengan sebutan mobile learning atau m-learning. Peserta didik saat ini sebagian besar memiliki smartphone bahkan beberapa peserta didik memiliki lebih dari satu smartphone. Namun, pemanfaatan smartphone untuk pembelajaran belum optimal. Hal ini karena aplikasi berbasis mobile yang menyediakan bahan ajar sesuai dengan struktur materi perkuliahan masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi m-learning menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) dengan penekanan pada tiga tahap pertama. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype aplikasi m-learning untuk pembelajaran database yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

Darul Fithrah Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution that aims to provide its students with religious education, formal education, and character development. A community service theme related to the school website is proposed to increase communication efficiency, information transparency, and interaction between Islamic boarding schools, students, parents, and the community. This website design uses structured stages. The first stage is planning, training, evaluating, and making activity reports. At the planning stage, the features that will be displayed on the website are adjusted to the Islamic boarding school's needs. After the website is completed, information system training is carried out on the website. The evaluation stage is carried out to monitor if problems occur. Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation, the website created makes it easy for various parties to obtain and share information related to Islamic boarding schools, and the website has been well optimized so that it has entered the first page on the Google search engine in fourth place.
