Abstract

Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu uji parsial (Uji t) dan uji simultan (Uji F). Jumlah responden sebanyak 88 orang dan 46 penyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk pembiayaanpada PT. CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Cabang Bandung 1. Hasil variabel lain dalam penelitian bahwa secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan produk pembiayaanpada PT. CIMB Niaga Auto Finance Cabang Bandung 1.

Abstract

This study aimed to see whether there is an influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Another aim was to see how much influence these factors have on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The research used a quantitative approach with survey methods. Analysis of the data used was multiple regression. Participants involved in the study were 385 teachers in Bandung high school by using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence on the school principal leadership variables, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher performance. Statistically the amount of contribution from all independent variables was 68.12%, so the remaining 32.88% was determined by other variables not measured in the study. This research was also useful to find out the factors that can improve teacher performance, so that it is expected to be a theoretical or practical consideration in schools in order to improve the quality of teachers and schools.

Abstract

Terdapat adanya masalah dalam penelitian seperti tidak tersedia nomor antrian dan pelayanan online yang lambat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh persepsi terhadap kepuasan nasabah, besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dan besarnya pengaruh pesepsi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 88 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan spss 22 Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis jalur didapatkan data bahwa persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 15,7%, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 59,3%, dan pengaruh persepsi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah sebesar 75,3%. Dalam pengujian hipotesis, digunakan perhitungan statistik, yaitu Uji t untuk persepsi terhadap kepuasan nasabah adalah (3,472 > 1,98827), itu artinya persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan uji t untuk kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah (10,295 > 1,98827), itu artinya kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Uji F, dimana uji F adalah (129,354 > 3,10) artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya bahwa persepsi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is something that is needed for children and society. Because it is beneficial to the operational efforts of the national development program, priority needs to be included in the contents of the school curriculum. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of Entrepreneurship Learning Entrepreneurial interest, in the 2015 class of Langlangbuana University FEB Students. Qualitatively through questionnaire data collection techniques obtained from FEB Langlangbuana University students class of 2015. To test the data of this study using the software in the form of SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that t is seen that the value of Entrepreneurship Learning (2,314) is greater than tcritical (1.96) which means that the results of hypothesis 1 are H0 rejected, then the statistical conclusion is that Entrepreneurship Learning significantly influences entrepreneurial interest. Then, on the entrepreneurial practice variable that the calculated value of Entrepreneurship Practices (2,378) is greater than tcritical (1.96) which means that the results of hypothesis 1 are H0 rejected, then the statistical conclusion is that Entrepreneurial Practices significantly influence entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

PT. PLASTIKATAMA is an industrial technology company that runs its business in the production of air pollution control equipment, anti-corrosion equipment, electro-coating systems, chemical tanks, and industrial technology goods made from fiberglass, plastic, and metal as basic materials. Constraints that are being experienced by PT. PLASTIKATAMA, namely the production process is still ineffective, this can be seen from the lack of achievement of targets such as there are still obstacles in the timeliness of producing products, the inaccurate quality of the products produced. The purpose of the author in conducting research is: to know the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT. PLASTIKATAMA, to determine the effectiveness of production at PT. PLASTIKATAMA, knowing the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the production process on the effectiveness of the production of PT. PLASTIKATAMA. The results of this study can be used as input and information about the implementation of Good Corporate Governance so that it can be used as a basis for determining the effectiveness of the company's production. For employees at PT. PLASTIKATAMA provides information about the effectiveness of company production and Good Corporate Governance.

Abstract

The development of make-up in the teenager circle is growing and there are more and more new products that are emerging, where every company has to do more creative marketing and attract new customers so that they can maintain consumer icons in this new image. Make-up is now not only done for personal needs but has become public consumption since the presence of a beauty vlogger. In this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, information about product quality can be obtained by watching content from beauty vloggers This study aims to determine the effect of Beauty Vlogger and Product Quality on the Decision to Purchase Marcks Powder. The method used in this research is the descriptive method and verification method. The results of this study indicate that Beauty Vloggers can be seen to be in a good category, Product Quality can be seen in a good category, and Purchase Decisions can be seen to be in a good category. The T-Test results show that Beauty Vlogger has an effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality has an effect on Purchase Decisions. The F-test shows that Beauty Vlogger and Product Quality affect Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on human life, one of which is in teaching and learning activities. Both students, teachers, and agencies are required to adapt to the situation and change learning methods to distance learning (online). The purpose of this research is to look for factors that influence teacher readiness for change, especially in terms of leadership and organizational culture. This study uses a quantitative approach to the statistical analysis used in the multiple regression method assisted by the SPSS tool. The measuring instruments used are arranged using a Likert scale based on various theories. From the results obtained, the principal's leadership and organizational culture have a significant influence on teacher readiness for change both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

PT. PLN Persero Distribution of West Java and Banten serves the public for electricity providers, especially in the West Java and Banten areas. In the field of human resource management, according to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT PLN Persero number 1504.K/DIR/2011, the measurement of contractual achievement of employee performance targets is the result of a compilation of the results of measuring employee performance achievement and employee self-development programs (PDP programs). The type of research used is descriptive and verification research. This research is descriptive because in this research it describes a description that aims to get an overview of the variables of Leadership, Organizational Climate, Talent Management, Human Resource Performance obtained through tabulated data. The test results show that Talent Management variable is an intervening variable. Leadership significantly influences Employee Performance through Talent Management.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach to statistical analysis used is the multiple regression method assisted by the JASP application. The measuring instruments used are arranged using a Likert scale based on various theories. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can be developed in the form of intervention or training to increase teacher readiness in dealing with change, which is based on leadership and organizational culture variables. Based on the results of the study, it was found that competency and readiness for change in lecturers have a significant influence on lecturer performance both partially and simultaneously.
