Abstract

Angka kejadian gangguan jiwa dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa mengalami berbagai gangguan dalam kehidupannya yang pada akhirnya akan menyebabkan beban bagi keluarganya baik secara subyektif maupun obyektif. Akan tetapi, di masyarakat sendiri, pemahaman mengenai gangguang jiwa masih minim,, sehinggga orang dengan gangguan jiwa kerap kali mendapatkan perlakuan negative dari masyarakat dimana mereka tinggal dengan keluarganya. Mengingat sebagian besar pasien dengan gangguan jiwa akan hidup di lingkungan dimana mereka tinggal, permasalahan pemahaman masyarakat tentang kesehatan jiwa perlu ditangani. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan masyarakat untuk mendukung orang dengan gangguan jiwa adalah dengan dengan memberdayakan kader posyandu. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang kesehatan jiwa masyarakat kader posyandu perlu dibekali pengetahuan dan ketrampilan melalui suatu psikoedukasi tentang upaya kesehatan jiwa. Sebanyak 43 kader posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Cigeureung menjadi peserta pelatihan peningkatan kesehatan jiwa masyarakat melalui psikoedukasi kesehatan jiwa . Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian program pengabdian kepada masyarakat IPTEKS bagi masyarakat (IbM) Politeknik Kesehatan Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan skor pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan jiwa masyarakat naik sebesar 29 poin dibandingkan sebelumnya. Secara statistik, dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon hasilnya menunjukan adanyat perbedaan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan, dengan taraf signifikansi ρ = 0,0001 (ρ < 0,05). Diharapkan setelah diberikan pembekalan maka kader posyandu akan berkontribusi dalam peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesehatan jiwa melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, melakukan bimbingan dan pemantauan terhadap keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of satisfaction on trust and its implications for loyalty (a study on BPJS participant patients at UPT Puskesmas Cimaragas, Ciamis Regency). The results of this study are expected to become input for the UPT Puskesmas Cimaragas, Ciamis Regency, which is useful for increasing satisfaction so that patient trust and patient loyalty can be achieved. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The data collection used was interviews using a questionnaire accompanied by observation and literature techniques, the p-sampling technique was carried out by consecutive sampling using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2019. Data analysis techniques used Path Analysis. The results showed that in general the satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of patients at the UPT Puskesmas Cimaragas, Ciamis Regency were in the poor category. There is an effect of satisfaction on trust and its implications for patient loyalty. The better the patient's satisfaction, the better the patient's trust in the Puskesmas, which in turn will have an impact on increasing patient loyalty at the UPT Puskesmas Cimaragas.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Using a quantitative research approach, the study analyzed data from 70 respondents across 20 manufacturing companies in West Java and processed it through the SEM-PLS methodology. The study findings suggest that Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction both have a direct influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in manufacturing companies located in West Java.

Abstract

The performance of Vocational Program lecturers at Private Polytechnics in West Java shows signs of being below par. This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture, lecturer morale, and empowerment on lecturer happiness, and how these factors ultimately affect the performance of lecturers at private polytechnic universities in West Java. The primary framework utilized in this research is a combination of Management Science and Organizational Theory. By employing a Middle Range Theory approach, the study also incorporates elements of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, the study draws upon the applied theories of Organizational Culture, Morale, Empowerment, Happiness, and Performance. A comprehensive review of the literature has led to the formulation of the following hypotheses: Organizational culture and work enthusiasm have a simultaneous influence on happiness, organizational culture directly impacts happiness, work enthusiasm significantly affects happiness, and happiness directly influences lecturer performance.
