Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank BNI Syariah Bogor Branch Office. The type of research used is associative research with data collection methods using questionnaires. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression. With a saturated sample of 35 respondents who are employees of the service unit at Bank BNI Syariah Bogor Branch Office, this study shows that the performance of service unit employees at PT Bank BNI Syariah Bogor branch office is 70.2% influenced by motivation and work environment variables while for 29,8% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Variables of motivation and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Competition in the banking world in increasing the value of its assets is getting tighter.The presence of financial technology adds to the tight competition in the banking world. Rural Banks (BPR) which focuses on small community services and MSMEs must innovate in order to survive in the banking industry. This research aims to find out if there is an influence of product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation on business performance, with accidental sampling method to obtain 150 samples of BPR Customers Bogor District, this research uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method to analyze the data obtained. The results showed that, there is a positive influence of product innovation, process innovation, marketing innovation and organizational innovation on business performance. Product innovation variables have a stronger impact on business performance than marketing innovation, organizational innovation and process innovation. Keywords : Product Innovation, Process Innovation, Marketing Innovation and Business Performance

Abstract

This research has tested some financial ratios of Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and Return On Equity upon the Change of Shares Price at telecommunication company sector for the period of 2008 to 2017 to know the significance of those ratios, so that, it can be used by the investors to make a decision before investing their money. By having Time Series data of 2008 – 2017, this research has found out that the variables of Earning Per Shares (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have significantly affected the change of shares price, but Return On Equity (ROE) has not significantly affected it. This research has indicated that the three independent variables (EPS, PER and ROE) have significantly affected shares price change. Abstract

This study aims to partially examine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction, partially examine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction, and partially examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, at the same time conducted at SOLARIA Resto Mall Lippo Cikarang.  The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely quota sampling. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who had visited the SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang restaurant, and these respondents distributed online questionnaires via google form. This research is based on multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS statistical procedures, to test the validity and reliability of research tools in the form of partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test), classical assumption test and hypothesis test. hypothesis test (F test), the results obtained are product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of price on consumer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. There is a simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Resto SOLARIA Mall Lippo Cikarang. This shows that all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of APBD/counties/ regency/city budget allocation against the poverty in Indonesia for the period of 2006 – 2009. By using the panel data of 172 regencies/cities, this research has found that the allocation of APBD budgeting is not pro-poor oriented, but it could have the possibility to reduce the poverty level. The result of this research has explained that low rate of the inflation could reduce the poverty level itself.Keywords:  budgeting allocation, APBD (counties, district, city  budgeting), pro-poor, poverty level.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine the effect of promotion through Instagram social media and WhatsApp online consultation services in influencing the patient's decision to do outpatient treatment at Dr. Yati Zarnudji Main Inpatient Clinic . This research uses a quantitative method. The sample in this research was 145 outpatient Dr. Yati Zarnudji Main Inpatient Clinic determined by purposive sampling method. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the promotion of Instagram and WhatsApp online consultation services partially and simultaneously have an influence on the decision to do outpatient (service purchase decisions). This research has contributed to the management of Dr. Yati Zarnudji Main Inpatient Clinic related to promotional strategies and policies through Instagram and the ongoing online whatsapp consultation service.
