This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic education management at Pondok Pesantren Qowiyyul Ulum Tahfiẕ Al-Qur'ȃn Surabaya. The study used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collected were analyzed by content analysis, narrative analysis and discourse analysis. To describe the facts that occur in the field. Then the validity of the data is tested through the credibility test and transferability test. The results show that the implementation of Islamic education management at the Qowiyyul Ulum Tahfiẕ Al-Qur'ȃn Surabaya Islamic Boarding School has been running optimally and in accordance with the stages of management starting from planning by compiling programs according to needs. Organizing tailored to the duties and functions of each, and the implementation stage is carried out by all parties, as well as supervision carried out by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school. The obstacles in the implementation of Islamic education management are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the environmental conditions of the pesantren which are close to the localization area of the Kremil so that the implementation of the pesantren program is not optimal. While the supporting factors come from the guardians of students, alumni, sympathizers, and the community.

Management of Human Resources Development of Taman Pendidikan Al Qur'an (TPQ) Assyamsuddluha in a Village Khoirul Anwar Bani Sutar; Taufiq Churrahman

This study aims to: (1) describe the management of human resource development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha in Trawas sub-district, Mojokerto district, (2) describe the factors that influence the management of human resource development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha in Trawas sub-district, district Mojokerto . This research is a type of qualitative research, by taking the research location in Taman Pendidikan Al Qur'an (TPQ) Assyamsud Dluha, Belik village, Trawas district, Mojokerto district. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that: First, TPQ Assyamsud Dluha has attempted to develop human resources started by the planning process, implementation, and evaluation. The development is carried out through education and training (training) using the Nahdliyah method. Second, the factors that influence the development of TPQ Assyamsud Dluha's human resources include: low skills (ability) of human resources, low mentality of human resources and diverse socio-cultural conditions of the community so that it is not easy to combine them together to achieve institutional goals.
