Financial Institutions are an important part in economic development in Indonesia, the existence of cooperatives is expected to realize the welfare of the community with the principle of helping. Considering, most indonesians are majority Muslim. However, in practice, cooperatives that develop today still use conventional systems, where in the view of the public there is still usury and is considered not in accordance with sharia principles. To make the operational principles of cooperatives in accordance with sharia principles, a Sharia Cooperative or Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT) was formed. The development of Sharia Cooperatives is very good in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the number of Sharia Cooperative business units reached 150,223 units with a total of 1.4 million members. The capital alone reached Rp.968 billion and the outside capital rp.3.9 trillion with a business volume of Rp.5.2 trillion. The purpose of this study is to find out the assessment of health level as well as the impact of health level assessment in an effort to improve the performance of Sharia Cooperative As-Sakinah Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with case study approach that aims to gain in-depth knowledge related to events or problems that occur. The results of this study show that overall, the level of health of Cooperative As-Sakinah Sidoarjo can be said to be good even though there are still problems or obstacles that occur. The assessment of the level of health of cooperatives is able to improve the performance of cooperatives to be better and continue to improve in order to improve the development of cooperatives in the future.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia have an increasing number from year to year. Starting from 2012 to 2017 the development of MSME reached 13.98 percent. percentage in 2017, MSME have reached the number of 62,922,617 units in various regions in Indonesia, of course the number is much larger than the large businesses that only amounted to 5,460 units. Largest amount was donated by micro businesses as much as 62 million (98.7 percent), with small and medium enterprises amounting to 815 thousand units or only 1.3 percent. Sumber Kembar village is also a contributor to the unit. but still have difficulty in implementing the right marketing strategy. Research aims to know the implementation of marketing strategies in an effort to increase the sales turnover of MSME Sumber Kembar village and as an education on the impact caused. type of research method used qualitatively with case study approach. MSME in the village use offline steps in a product marketing that makes their turnover small and the business difficult to develop. if the MSME in Sumber Kembar village do not follow the development of technology, then they will be difficult to compete with other competitors who have advanced.

The agricultural sector is one sector that plays a very important role in meeting human food needs. Indonesia is an agrarian country which means that most of the population work as farmers. An agreement for agricultural products is an agreement that arises in indigenous peoples, namely between the owner and the manager of the land, usually this agreement is based on the principle of trust between the two, which is written or not. This study aims to determine how the application of agricultural land cooperation using the telonan system and also the impact of the application of telonan cooperation in an Islamic economic perspective. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach. Researchers collected data using interviews, documentation and direct observation. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of the syirkah contract in the village of Sumberwaru Wringinanom Gresik is in accordance with Islamic economics in terms of the understanding of the number of scholars who are the chairman of the east java MUI, but there are several things that have been improved, such as the implementation of the contract must be written so that the deadline is clear. The results of the analysis from interviews with several informants of cooperation actors in Sumberwaru Village showed an increase in the welfare aspect according to maqoshid sharia on the indicators of religion, soul, mind, lineage and property which had increased and were deemed sufficient to fulfill daily needs.

Putat Village, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo, a village that provides opportunities for the public in utilizing village treasures through a leasing system that is useful for seeking income. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application and impact of the village treasury Ijarah was carried out between the village and the Putat Village community to increase the income of the community using the Maqashid Sharia indicator. The method of this study uses kualitatif research using a case study approach, namely research carried out directly by using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study are rent of village treasures in the implementation using the lottery system in this case in accordance with the pillars and requirements of Ijarah and Islamic Law, based on the Maqashid Sharia indicator consisting of religion, soul, reason, offspring, treasure, village cash tenants have the ability to increase income to meet daily needs so that it can change the condition of economy to be better.

Kampung Embroidery, Beji Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency is one of the districts of East Java that thinks about the welfare of the community through creative efforts and Pasuruan is also known to be many creative women who are active in earning a living. In a situation of limited job opportunities, it turns out that in the area of Embroidery Village, there are many Home Industry border craftsmen.. MSMEs have an important role in the economy and business development in Indonesia. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods and interactive data analysis. The results show that through economic growth a country is able to change its economic conditions for the better in accordance with maqashid sharia and can improve the welfare of the community.

Abandoned village land is used for community welfare, one of which is used to build people's markets. Where the people's market is useful for utilizing existing facilities, as well as providing opportunities for the surrounding community to increase income as well as creating jobs for people who are unemployed. And from there the Village Officials create a people's market to be rented out to local people who want to trade. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the ijarah contract and the impact on the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach that aims to obtain information directly from informants based on the current case. The results of this study indicate that the application of village land leases in Bulusari Village is in accordance with Islamic law even though at the time the agreement took place there was no third party to be a witness. As for the impact on Village Officials as land administrators and tenants, this system can improve the welfare of indicators of religion, life, mind, descent and property.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of excellent service management to increase the satisfaction of prospective pilgrims at PT Mabruro Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research is PT Mabruro Sidoarjo gives satisfaction to prospective piligrims by providing excellent service from registration to completion of hajj activities with trust and sincerity.

Agricultural land has a large area and is useful for farmers, but not all villagers work as farmers due to limited funds and need money, so they prefer to rent it. This study aimed to determine the application of the ijarah contract and its impact on the agricultural sector. This study uses a qualitative method by applying a case study approach to obtain information directly from informants based on current cases. This study indicates that the application of agricultural land leases in Garung Village is following Islamic law. Several informants differ in explanations regarding the nominal fee of ujrah, year, and the expiration of agricultural land lease agreements. At the same time, the impact on landowners cannot improve welfare from religious indicators and souls. Still, it can improve welfare from indicators of religion, life, mind, descent, and property in terms of land tenants.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan serta dampak akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah pada pengelolaan produk proteksi kesehatan di Prudential Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah pada pengelolaan produk proteksi kesehatan selain nasabah mendapatkan manfaatnya, nasabah juga dapat menolong sesama nasabah lain yang terjadi risiko sakit. Dampak penerapan akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah untuk pengelolaan produk proteksi kesehatan juga memberikan keuntungan bagi nasabah dan perusahaan sebab nasabah yang tidak mengalami klaim selama pembayaran premi, maka premi tersebut akan di kembalikan berupa surplus sharing, sehingga perusahaan tidak mempunyai beban atas premi nasabah yang tidak mengalami klaim. Kata Kunci: Akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah, Proteksi Kesehatan, Prudential Syariah ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the application and impact of Wakalah Bil Ujrah contract on the management of health protection product in Prudential Sharia Sidoarjo Branch. This research uses qualitative research, with the method of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of the Wakalah Bil Ujarah contract on the management of health protection products in addition to the customer gets the benefits, the customer can also help other fellow customers who are at risk of illness. The impact of the application of Wakalah Bil Ujarah contract for the management of health protection products also provides benefits for customers and companies because customers who do not experience claims during premium payment, that the premium will be returned in the form of surplus sharing, so the company does not have a burden on customer premiums that do not experience claims. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi akad bagi hasil pada sektor pertanian yang dilakukan petani Desa Maduran serta dampaknya bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan petani Desa Maduran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan informan adalah purposive sampling. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi akad bagi hasil yang dilakukan petani Desa Maduran belum sepenuhnya sesuai dalam islam karena dalam penentuan batasan waktu tidak diketahui dengan jelas dan dalam pembagian modal serta biaya pada sistem paron tidak sesuai dengan akad muzara’ah dan mukhabarah. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari informan petani Desa Maduran menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan kerohanian petani pelaku kerjasama pertanian melalui amalan jariyah , sejahtera dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan kesehatan para petani pelaku kerjasama (hifz an-nafs), sejahtera dalam peningkatan pemahaman atau pengetahuan petani pelaku kerjasama pertanian di Desa Maduran tentang pertanian (hifz al-aql), sejahtera dalam peningkatan pemeliharaan keturunaan dengan melihat tercukupinya biaya pendidikan dan pemeliharaan pengetahuan tentang pertanian terhadap anak-anak para petani pelaku kerjasama (hifz an-nashl), dan sejahtera dalam hal memperoleh tambahan pendapatan (hifz al-maal) yang secara langsung dirasakan para petani pelaku kerjasama di Desa Maduran.Kata Kunci: Akad Bagi Hasil, Kesejahteraan, Kerjasama Pertanian. ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the implementation of the profit-sharing contract in the agricultural sector by Maduran Village farmers and its impact on improving the welfare of Maduran Village farmers. The method used in this study is qualitative, while the method used to determine informants is purposive sampling. Researchers collected data using interviews, documentation and observation methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the profit-sharing contract carried out by the Maduran Village farmers is not fully compatible with Islam because the time limit is not clearly known and the distribution of capital and costs in the profit-sharing system is not following the muzara'ah and mukhabarah agreements. The results of the analysis obtained from farmer informants in Maduran Village show that there is an increase in the spiritual welfare of farmers who are engaged in agricultural cooperation through the practice of Jariyah, prosperous in fulfilling the health needs of cooperative farmers (hifz an-nafs), prosperous in increasing understanding or knowledge of farmers who do agricultural cooperation in the village. Maduran about agriculture (hifz al-aql), prosper in increasing the maintenance of heredity by seeing the adequate cost of education and maintenance of knowledge about agriculture for the children of cooperative farmers (hifz an-nashl), and prosperous in terms of obtaining additional income (hifz al -maal) which is directly felt by the cooperative farmers in Maduran Village.Keywords: Profit Sharing Agreement, Welfare, Agricultural Cooperation
