Abstract

This research was inspired by the rapid development of information and communication technology. It obligates teachers to apply technology and information in learning for enriching their professionalism. This research aims to determine the significance of the effect on teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy on TPACK, as well as determining the significance of teacher experience and training on self-efficacy. The used method in this research was descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to economics teachers. Path analysis technique is used to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that teacher experience, training, and self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on TPACK. Teacher experience and training have a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Yet, self-efficacy is not able to mediate the effect of teacher experience on TPACK, and the effect of training on TPACK.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menurunnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang dilihat dari nilai UN (Ujian Nasional) SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Ciamis dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan uji path analysis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy guru dan motivasi belajar pada kategori sedang sedangkan.kreativitas guru pada kategori rendah.  Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Self-efficacy guru berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (2) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh positip terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) Self-efficacy guru berpengaruh positip terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Self-efficacy guru memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh positip terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Kreativitas guru memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (5) Motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh negatif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Self-Efficacy Guru, Kreativitas Guru, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Islamic service quality, Muslim Customer Perceived Value (MCPV), customer satisfaction, and revisit intention on sharia hotels in Bandung. A systematic random sampling was used to draw sample of 255 customers. The hotel includes Orange Home Sharia, Sharia Narapati Hotel, Cottage Daarul Jannah, Daarul Mutmainah, and MQ Guest House. This research used Structural Equation Modeling to measure the variables of service quality (Gayatri, 2013) and Muslims Customer Perceived Value (MCPV) (Eid and Gohary, 2015) to measure the perceived value variables. Eleven hypotheses were developed and tested using a sample of 255 Muslim tourists. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the measures, while the structural equation modeling in hypotheses testing. The strength of the relationship between the constructs indicates that features of the suggested MCPV model are crucial to achieving Muslim customer retention in the tourism industry. Findings also suggest that the availability of the suggested Islamic attributes value, along with conventional value dimensions, could satisfy Muslim tourists when they buy a tourism package

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is the declining student achievement in economic subjects seen from the UN (National Examination) SMA throughout Ciamis District. The method used was a survey, while technical analysis of test data using path analysis. Samples used as many as 33 teachers.The results showed that teachers’ self-efficacy and motivation to learn in the medium category, while the creativity of teachers in the low category.The conclusion of the study are (1) self-efficacy of teachers negatively affect students’ motivation, (2) creativity teachers have a positive influence on the students motivation, (3) self-efficacy of teachers have a positive influence on student achievement. (4) the creativity of teachers have a positive influence on student achievement. Abstract

The potential for zakat in Indonesia in 2019 is valued at IDR 233.8 trillion, but the realization is still far from expected because BAZNAS is only able to manage 3.5% of its potential. One of these factors is that LAZ's human resources are still less competent in their fields. Work productivity is still low, so that the distribution of zakat is still consumptive and creates a lack of public trust in LAZ. This study aims to test the organizational behavior theory by analyzing the effect of compensation on amil's work productivity and how work motivation in moderating this effect. With a total sample of 87 respondents, taken using a sampling technique referring to cluster random sampling or random sampling techniques cluster (group), namely the population is divided into smaller sub-units then, obtained from the partial selection of units or better known as primary units, until finally selecting units within the selected primary unit. This research uses the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that the level of compensation was in the medium category, the level of work motivation and work productivity was mostly in the high category, and that compensation had a positive effect on amil's work productivity and work motivation did not moderate the relationship between compensation and amil's work productivity, but work motivation had a positive effect on amil work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe in general how the level of application of Islamic marketing ethics in the use of digital marketing in SMEs through a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this study is to look for the average demographic data that has been filled by respondents. The subjects of this study are SMEs who have done marketing using digital marketing operating in the city of Bandung with a total of 30 respondents. Furthermore, the sampling technique that the researchers used was non-probability sampling with convenience types to make it easier for researchers to obtain samples. The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of all dimensions has a very good category. So, it can be said that the application of Islamic marketing ethics in the use of digital marketing in SMEs in Bandung has been very good. Meanwhile, the dimension that has the highest average percentage value is the dimension of being serving and being humble. However, there are still dimensions that have not been categorized as very good, namely the dimensions of behaving well and sympathetic and do not like to bad-mouth.

Abstract

AbstractPurpose – This study aims to describe and analyze the application of Islamic business ethics as a necessary component of family business success. The study's subject is a family business in Ciamis Regency, West Java. Islamic business ethics indicators are based on five axioms: monotheism, balance, free will, Ihsan, and responsibility.Methodology - The research method employed is qualitative, using a phenomenology approach, case study and library research. The research data were gathered through observation, interviewing, and documenting.Findings - The research data were gathered through observation, interviewing, and documenting. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financing of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the mudhârabah contract provided by KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis. The mudhârabah financing product KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis is a solution for interest-based banks. This descriptive-qualitative research utilizes observation, interview, and document study techniques to obtain data information. The results showed that the implementation of the mudhârabah contract at KSPPS-BMT eL-Taqwa Cidewa Ciamis in determining the profit-sharing was adjusted to the understanding and requests of prospective customers. Two categories of profit-sharing are carried out, the profit-sharing ratio (%) for both parties is determined at the beginning of the contract before the income is known so that the monthly installment payments are fixed, and the profit-sharing ratio (%) is determined at the beginning of the agreement. Still, the installment payments are not fixed because adjusted to customer income. As for the role of the mudhârabah contract for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), of course, there are various kinds of developments experienced by every entrepreneur, seen from the good developments and some experiencing poor development so that they encounter obstacles in their business.

Abstract

One of the requirements for a country to change its status to a developed country is the number of entrepreneurs who reach 2% of the total population in productive age. However, currently, the total entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still at 0.7% of the total productive age population. As the largest Muslim country globally, there is only 0.18% of Indonesian Muslim entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the high interest of students to become shariapreneurs. The research method used is the descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Islamic economics study program at the State University of Bandung. The samples taken in this study were 251 people. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Furthermore, in the results of this study, Islamic business knowledge has a positive and significant effect on shariapreneur interest and motivation, which has positive and significant results on shariapreneur interest. Researchers hope that the results of this study can provide benefits to various parties in increasing the interest of shariapreneurs in Islamic economics study program students in the State University of Bandung City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of inflation on revenue sharing results from the musyarakah financing contract, and how the effect of operational costs on revenue sharing results from the musyarakah financing agreement, and how the effect of inflation and operational costs together on revenue sharing from the financing agreement musyarakah at PT. Muamalat Indonesia Bank. This research is a quantitative study. The sample used in this study is in the form of monthly financial reports of PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2016-2019 period published on the official website of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, and Bank Muamalat Indonesia by using Purposive Sampling techniques. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is associative. The analysis model used is the Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. In this study, to process the data, the author uses the application SPSS 22. The analysis results showed that variables inflation and operational costs partially have a positive and significant effect on revenue sharing from musyarakah financing. Inflation and operational costs affect the revenue-sharing from the musyarakah financing agreement. The Prob value evidences this—statistical 0,000, which is smaller than 0.05. Then the contribution of inflation and operational costs to the revenue of musyarakah financing in this study amounted to 0.419 or (41.9%). At the same time, the remaining 58.9% was explained by other variables not examined or not included in this research model.
