Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kedisiplinan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen diterapkan dalam penelitian ini, hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan ringkasan ari interview peneliti kepada informan, ditemukan bahwa jumlah guru tidak dapat menampung banyaknya siswa membuat para guru sering terlambat. Ketidaksamaan tingkat profesionalitas guru juga menjadikan kedisiplinan menjadi kurang. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa poin (1)SDM yang  berkualitas dan profesional masih kurang. (2)Minimnya booster atau peningkatan seperti seminar peningkatan kualitas guru. (3)Disiplin waktu yang masih disepelekan. (4)Munculnya generasi baru sebagai guru yang minim pengalaman. (5)Sumber dana atau penghasilan untuk guru yang kecil dan masih mengandalkan aghnia santri. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas guru di Madrasah Nuurul Falaah, adalah sebagai berikut: (1)Untuk mengatasi kualitas guru dengan cara melakukan pelatihan dan pendidikan secara informal melalui kegiatan seminar. (2)Sumber dana untuk meningkatkan semangat moral guru dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Department of employment Cianjur District is a government agency that provides yellow card making service using online administration procedures, where the public required to be able mastering technology that are always changing. The research aimed to find effective yellow card making online, improving service quality is the main goal in the policy. The writer does the research used quantitative and descriptive. The research conducted against yellow card makers and employees department of employment Cianjur districk, The technique data collection used with observation, dokumentation, written interview also literature review which has close relationship from the subject matter, the data is processed using descriptive analysis. From this research the results is that yellow card making online 99% can be effective time and cost also makes it easier for the public making yellow card.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan tentang pemanfaatan webinar gratis dan peranannya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan kompetensi mahasiswa di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Metode penulisan bersifat deskriptif menggambarkan fenomena pelaksanaan webinar berbagai disiplin ilmu yang telah dilakukan oleh Politeknik Piksi Ganesha serta pengaruhnya terhadap mahasiswa. Manfaat mengikuti webinar untuk mahasiswa Politeknik Piksi Ganesha diantaranya menjadikan mahasiswa lebih aktif belajar, menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan mengenai isu-isu terkini dan bahkan peluang usaha serta investasi. Keunggulan mengikuti webinar ini tidak memerlukan biaya mahal bahkan gratis, sharing informasi secara cepat, terkadang mendapatkan sertifikat dan tidak perlu hadir secara fisik. Kendala untuk menyelenggarkan webinar antara lain: koneksi internet harus stabil, kendala pemahaman Bahasa Inggris, kesulitan teknis, keterbatasan bahasa tubuh, keterlambatan sertifikat. Mahasiswa harus tetap mampu belajar secara mandiri dengan harapan untuk memperbaharui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya sehingga selalu update informasi-informasi terbaru baik tentang mata kuliah yang dipelajari maupun ilmu-ilmu yang lain.

Abstract

Penyuluhan kewirausahaan pada kegiatan UMKM Ibu-Ibu PKK di Kecamatan Batununggal memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan wirausaha dalam rangka pengembangan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Melalui penyuluhan ini, para ibu-ibu PKK diberikan pengetahuan tentang konsep dasar kewirausahaan, perencanaan usaha, manajemen operasional, pemasaran, manajemen keuangan, dan strategi bisnis. Penyuluhan ini juga berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan seperti kreativitas, inovasi, manajemen waktu, pemecahan masalah, dan kepemimpinan yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan usaha UMKM. Selain itu, ibu-ibu PKK juga diberikan pemahaman tentang pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk mereka. Melalui penyuluhan ini, diharapkan ibu-ibu PKK dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola usaha, mengoptimalkan potensi dan sumber daya yang dimiliki, serta meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan kewirausahaan pada kegiatan UMKM Ibu-Ibu PKK dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal, peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, dan pemberdayaan perempuan di tingkat komunitas. Terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mengenai materi kewirausahaan dari sebelumnya 65% menjadi 87% atau peningkatan sebesar 22%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was aim the influence of the organization commitment to the turnover intention to a non-medical employees at RSUD Al Ihsan West Java Province. This research use descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection technique used by observation and literature study are questionnaire and interview with the research subject is the employees many as 32. The result of this research shows correlation is 0,944 means that the organization commitment and turnover intention has a very strong relationship. And a great variable of the organization commitment to turnover intention is 89,1% and the remaining 10,9% influenced by another factor as Job satisfaction, workspace, stress work, as well individual characteristics. The problems found in this research are: (1) low of employment, (2) lack of a sense of pride in the organization, (3) low of organization commitment, (4) luck of loyalty to the organization. The suggestion from the writer are: (1) gives the employees an opportunity to demonstrate creativity and innovation, (2) giving employees opportunity to develop themselves and career, (3) give appreciation to employees, (4) giving a trust, a duty and a responsibility to employees.

Abstract

In every company or organization, employee performance is an important part of improving service and progress of a company. The research was conducted at Mitra Medika Clinic. The population in this study was 245 with a sample taken of 152 respondents. This study aims to determine the role of employee performance in improving medical record services at Mitra Medika Clinic. The analytical method used in this research is simple linear regression. The results showed that the role of employee performance had a positive and significant effect on improving medical records at Mitra Medika Clinic. Keywords: performance, service

Abstract

Success in the organization is inseparable from the performance of its employees in serving, so that it can meet the expectations of society with satisfying service quality. This study aims to determine how much influence the variable employee performance has on the variable quality of public services in Astanaanyar District. This research method uses a type of quantitative research, using a questionnaire data collection method. The population in this study were Astanaanyar District employees and the community who received services with a total of 60 people. Data processing in this study was assisted by SPSS software version 23.00. the results of data analysis were obtained from the results of the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, F Test, T Test and the Coefficient of Determination. Based on the results of the F test and T test, the results of data analysis show that employee performance variables affect service quality variables, and employee performance variables on service quality variables have a positive influence value. As well as the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test explaining that the employee performance variable has an effect on the service quality variable of 37.3%.

Abstract

The study aims to determine how influential integrity and work discipline are on the quality of service in Jatinangor sub-district. The author researched using quantitative methods. The population of this study is people in the Jatinangor area. The analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, t tests. Sample tests chosen by researchers are sampling as many as 40 respondents. The results of this study stated that there was a significant influence of integrity (X1) and work discipline (X2) on service quality (Y) in Jatinangor sub-district by 74.9%, while there were other factors that influenced 25.1%.
